“双一流”建设为高校学术期刊的发展提供了新的机遇和挑战。在“双一流”建设背景下,探讨学术期刊与人才培养、科技创新和学科建设之间的协同互促作用具有重要意义。文章在分析学术期刊与“双一流”建设协同发展中面临的困境基础上,指出应该构建以期刊为核心的学术共同体,打破期刊与学术资源间壁垒;创新出版模式,打造科研出版融合一体的新型出版模式;同时要完善健全评价体制机制,实现“独立”与“一致”兼顾的协同发展,推动学术期刊与“双一流”建设的相向而行、同振共鸣,真正促进二者协同发展。

Preparation and Kinetics of the Thermal Decomposition of Nanosized CuC_2O_4-ZnC_2O_452H_2O

The physical mixture of nanosized CuC2O4-ZnC2O4·2H2O, as precursors of CuO-ZnO, have been prepared by the one-step solid state reaction method at room temperature. The thermal decomposition processes taking place in the solid state oxalate mixture of nanometer CuC2O4-ZnC2O4·2H2O have been studied in static air using TG, DSC, XRD and TEM techniques. TEM showed that the grain size of the decomposition product is 5-15 nm. The values of the activation energy Eα were determined using the isoconversional procedure of KAS method and the Ozawa method. The most possible mechanism function f（α） of the thermal decompositions of nanosized CuC2O4-ZnC2O4·2H2O are defined using the comparative method, function models of tbe decomposition of CuC2O4 and ZnC2O4, follow tbe same mechanism function ＂Avrami-Erofeev equalion＂. The pre-exponential factor A is obtained on the basis of Eα and f（α）, thus the thermal analysis kinetic triplet of the decompositions of nanosized CuC2O4-ZnC2O4·2H2O are determined.

The thermal behaviors of single laterite ore and graphite-laterite mixtures were investigated by thermogravimetry （TG）, derivative thermogravimetry （DTG）, and differential thermal analysis （DTA）. Four mass loss steps maximized at about 78, 272, 583, and 826℃ are observed for the laterite ore, representing the vaporization of free water, the dehydroxylation of goethite, the decomposition of serpentines, and the second dehydroxylation of serpentines, respectively. The reduction reactions of the graphite-laterite mixtures start at around 700℃ and can be divided into three major temperature regions. Coal-laterite composites with an addition of 10 wt.% CaO were roasted at 1100-1350℃ for 30 min, and the reduced samples were characterized by X-ray diffraction （XRD） and scanning electron microscopy （SEM）. The results indi- cate that the reduction reactions proceed more completely at higher temperatures. The growth of the reduced ferronickel particles is greatly influenced by the roasting temperature, Obvious growth of the reduced ferronickel particles appears with the formation of worm-like crystals for the sample reduced at 1250℃ and spheric particles are observed for the sample reduced at 1300℃. When the reduction temperature increases to 1350℃, the reduced ferronickel particles agglomerate to ferronickel granules of 3-8 mm in diameter. The main elements in the granules include iron, nickel, chromium, carbon, and sulfur, with the content of nickel and that of iron of 9.08 wt.% and 85.21 wt.%, respectively.

The design, selection and application principles of complex alloys according to the requirements of making low-alloy steels are discussed. The designed complex alloys containing calcium, barium, magnesium, strontium, rare earth elements, etc. should not only be able to deoxidize, desulphurize and refine liquid steel, but also alloy it. The application principles of alloys are as follows: using Si-Mn or Si-Mn-Al alloys for pre-deoxidizing, Si-Al-Ba or Si-Al-Ca-Ba alloys for final deoxidizing and Si-Ca-Ba-Mg(Sr) alloys for refining.

Epstein–Barr virus(EBV)-associated lymphoproliferative diseases(EBV-LPDs)are common complications that occur after solid organ transplantation or allogeneic hematopoietic stem-cell transplantation(HSCT).However,their occurrence and treatment post-chimeric antigen receptor-modified T(CAR-T)cell therapy has not been *** patients had been diagnosed with EBV-positive aggressive B-cell lymphoma and experienced relapses after multiple lines of *** receiving CAR-T cell therapy in tandem with autologous HSCT,the patients achieved complete ***,with a median time of 38.5 months after CAR-T cell therapy,B-cell-derived EBV-LPDs were diagnosed,and they were relieved through the administration of immune checkpoint inhibitor or B-cell-depleting ***,our report suggests that EBV-LPDs may represent a long-term adverse event after CAR-T cell therapy,especially in patients who previously had EBV-positive disorders,and they can be resolved by immune normalization strategy or B-cell depleting therapy.

澳大利亚体裁教学法原来主要用于中小学和成人移民的英语教育。在对某大学英语专业学生进行了一个学期的写作教学实验后,进行数据对比分析。结果表明,该教学法同样有助于大学英语教学,在提高ESL学习者写作水平的同时,该教学法能够让学习者更加重视写作的交际目的和相应的词汇语法特征。由此说明该教学法具有较强的实用性,可以进一步推广使用。

Tissue specificity,a key factor in the decellularized tissue matrix(DTM),has shown bioactive functionalities in tuning cell fate-e.g.,the differentiation of mesenchymal stem ***,cell fate is also determined by the living microenvironment,including material composition and spatial ***,two neighboring tissues within intervertebral discs,the nucleus pulposus(NP)and annulus fibrosus(AF),were carefully processed into DTM hydrogels(abbreviated DNP-G and DAF-G,respectively)to determine the tissue-specific effects on stem cell fate,such as specific components and different culturing methods,as well as in vivo *** differences in their protein compositions were identified by proteomic ***,the fate of human bone marrow mesenchymal stem cells(hBMSCs)also responds to both culturing methods and ***,hBMSCs cultured with DNP-G(3D)differentiated into NP-like cells,while hBMSCs cultured with DAF-G(2D)underwent AF-like differentiation,indicating a close correlation with the native microenvironments of NP and AF cells,***,we found that the integrin-mediated RhoA/LATS/YAP1 signaling pathway was activated in DAF-G(2D)-induced AF-specific ***,the activation of YAP1 determined the tendency of NP-or AF-specific differentiation and played opposite regulatory ***,DNP-G and DAF-G specifically promoted tissue regeneration in NP degeneration and AF defect rat models,*** conclusion,DNP-G and DAF-G can specifically determine the fate of stem cells through the integrin-mediated RhoA/LATS/YAP1 signaling pathway,and this tissue specificity is both compositional and spatial,supporting the utilization of tissue-specific DTM in advanced treatments of intervertebral disc degeneration.

Low back pain is a vital musculoskeletal disease that impairs life quality,leads to disability and imposes heavy economic burden on the society,while it is greatly attributed to intervertebral disc degeneration(IDD).However,the existing treatments,such as medicines,chiropractic adjustments and surgery,cannot achieve ideal disc ***,advanced bioactive therapies are implemented,including stem cells delivery,bioreagents administration,and implantation of biomaterials *** these researches,few reported unsatisfying regenerative ***,these advanced therapies have barely achieved successful clinical *** main reason for the inconsistency between satisfying preclinical results and poor clinical translation may largely rely on the animal models that cannot actually simulate the human disc *** inappropriate animal model also leads to difficulties in comparing the efficacies among biomaterials in different ***,animal models that better simulate the clinical charateristics of human IDD should be *** addition,in vivo regenerative outcomes should be carefully evaluated to obtain robust ***,many researches neglect certain critical characteristics,such as adhesive properties for biomaterials blocking annulus fibrosus defects and hyperalgesia that is closely related to the clinical manifestations,e.g,low back ***,in this review,we summarized the animal models established for IDD,and highlighted the proper models and parameters that may result in acknowledged IDD ***,we discussed the existing biomaterials for disc regeneration and the characteristics that should be considered for regenerating different parts of ***,well-established assays and parameters for in vivo disc regeneration are explored.

针对当前国外道路数据更新机制中存在的问题,通过分析国外道路数据在属性信息描述方面的差异,构建了面向国外道路数据更新的可用性评估模型;基于属性特征语义转换,消除了国内外道路数据的属性特征差异;设计基于规则的质量控制模板,实现了基于一致性处理过程的属性信息质量控制。实践证明,本文技术实施方案,能够为面向国外道路数据的生产更新提供理论支持和技术指导,更好地实现数据共享和数据应用。
