In this paper, the attack detection problem is investigated for a class of closed-loop systems subjected to unknownbutbounded noises in the presence of stealthy attacks. The measurement outputs from the sensors are quantized before transmission.A specific type of perfect stealthy attack, which meets certain rather stringent conditions, is taken into account. Such attacks could be injected by adversaries into both the sensor-toestimator and controller-to-actuator channels, with the aim of disrupting the normal data flow. For the purpose of defending against these perfect stealthy attacks, a novel scheme based on watermarks is developed. This scheme includes the injection of watermarks(applied to data prior to quantization) and the recovery of data(implemented before the data reaches the estimator).The watermark-based scheme is designed to be both timevarying and hidden from adversaries through incorporating a time-varying and bounded watermark signal. Subsequently, a watermark-based attack detection strategy is proposed which thoroughly considers the characteristics of perfect stealthy attacks,thereby ensuring that an alarm is activated upon the occurrence of such attacks. An example is provided to demonstrate the efficacy of the proposed mechanism for detecting attacks.

This paper is concerned with the finite-horizon H∞ state estimation problem for time-varying complex networks subject to the Random Access Protocol（RAP） scheduling and uniform quantization effects. The communication between network nodes and the state estimator is implemented via a shared network, where the RAP is utilized to regulate the signal transmission over the communication network. The aim of the addressed problem is to design an estimator such that the H∞ disturbance attenuation level is guaranteed for the estimation error dynamics over a given finite horizon. By employing the stochastic analysis approach and completing squares method, the desired estimator gains are characterized by solving two coupled backward recursive Riccati Difference Equations（RDEs）. Finally, a numerical example is given to illustrate the effectiveness of the results.

The present study addresses the problem of fault estimation for a specific class of nonlinear time-varying complex networks,utilizing an unknown-input-observer approach within the framework of dynamic event-triggered mechanism(DETM).In order to optimize communication resource utilization,the DETM is employed to determine whether the current measurement data should be transmitted to the estimator or *** guarantee a satisfactory estimation performance for the fault signal,an unknown-input-observer-based estimator is constructed to decouple the estimation error dynamics from the influence of fault *** aim of this paper is to find the suitable estimator parameters under the effects of DETM such that both the state estimates and fault estimates are confined within two sets of closed ellipsoid *** techniques of recursive matrix inequality are applied to derive sufficient conditions for the existence of the desired estimator,ensuring that the specified performance requirements are met under certain ***,the estimator gains are derived by minimizing the ellipsoid domain in the sense of trace and a recursive estimator parameter design algorithm is then ***,a numerical example is conducted to demonstrate the effectiveness of the designed estimator.

This paper tackles the maximum correntropy Kalman filtering problem for discrete time-varying non-Gaussian systems subject to state saturations and stochastic nonlinearities. The stochastic nonlinearities, which take the form of statemultiplicative noises, are introduced in systems to describe the phenomenon of nonlinear disturbances. To resist non-Gaussian noises, we consider a new performance index called maximum correntropy criterion(MCC) which describes the similarity between two stochastic variables. To enhance the “robustness” of the kernel parameter selection on the resultant filtering performance, the Cauchy kernel function is adopted to calculate the corresponding correntropy. The goal of this paper is to design a Kalman-type filter for the underlying systems via maximizing the correntropy between the system state and its estimate. By taking advantage of an upper bound on the one-step prediction error covariance, a modified MCC-based performance index is constructed. Subsequently, with the assistance of a fixed-point theorem, the filter gain is obtained by maximizing the proposed cost function. In addition, a sufficient condition is deduced to ensure the uniqueness of the fixed point. Finally, the validity of the filtering method is tested by simulating a numerical example.

To explore the effect of NF κB on bcl x gene transcription in extended drug resistance leukemia cell line HL 60/E6, drug resistant subline HL 60/E6 was derived by intermittently exposing HL 60 cells to 6 ng/ml epirubicin. Indirect immunofluorescence was used to demonstrate the location of NF κB RelA in HL 60/E6 cells. FCM analysis and RT PCR were used to detect the efficiency of liposome mediated ODN transfection and the change of bcl x L mRNA levels after 5 μmol/L phosphorothioate (PS) derivatized antisense (AS) oligodeoxynucleotide (ODN) directed to RelA was transferred into HL 60/E6 cells. The results showed that RelA remained persistently active and located at the nuclei of HL 60/E6 cells,but in the cytoplasm of HL 60 cells, the efficiency of liposome mediated ODN transfection was significantly higher than that of null ODN ( P <0.01 in 4 h, 6 h, 12 h, 24 h). Exposure of HL 60/E6 cells to 5 μmol/L AS PS ODN directed to RelA led to a maximal 40 % decline of bcl x L mRNA levels within 8 h. The inhibition rate of bcl x L mRNA was (15±1.79) %, (28±2.34) %, (40±3.47) %, (20±1.54) % in 4 h, 6 h, 8 h, 15 h, respectively, but it was less than 15 % in control group. It was concluded that NF κB was involved in regulating bcl x transcription. It was suggested that NF κB was an important factor for drug resistance in leukemia cells.

The nanofriction properties of hexagonal boron nitride(h-BN)are vital for its application as a substrate for graphene devices and solid lubricants in micro-and nano-electromechanical *** this work,the nanofriction characteristics of h-BN on Si/SiO_(2) substrates with a bias voltage are explored using a conductive atomic force microscopy(AFM)tip sliding on the h-BN surface under different substrate bias *** results show that the nanofriction on h-BN increases with an increase in the applied bias difference(V_(t–s))between the conductive tip and the *** nanofriction under negative V_(t–s) is larger than that under positive V_(t–s).The variation in nanofriction is relevant to the electrostatic interaction caused by the charging *** electrostatic force between opposite charges localized on the conductive tip and at the SiO2/Si interface increases with an increase in V_(t–s).Owing to the characteristics of p-type silicon,a positive V_(t–s) will first cause depletion of majority carriers,which results in a difference of nanofriction under positive and negative V_(t–s).Our findings provide an approach for manipulating the nanofriction of 2D insulating material surfaces through an applied electric field,and are helpful for designing a substrate for graphene devices.

ZrB2 ceramics with various hexagonal BN(hBN)additions up to 37 vol%were reactively densified by spark plasma sintering using powder mixtures containing ZrB2,ZrN and ***-boron based additives effectively promoted the densification process,ZrB2 ceramics reached>99%relative density at 2000℃and an applied pressure of 60 MPa with only 5 vol%in-situ formed hBN,whereas the relative density of pure ZrB2 was only 91.2%at the same *** thehBN contents,the morphology of hBN grains gradually changed from quasi-spherical to flake dominated,which has substantial influence on their mechanical ***-situ ZrB2-10 vol%hBN ceramics demonstrated high flexural strength of 597±22 MPa,relatively low Young’s modulus of 406 GPa and good machinability,especially for the impressively large strain to failure(1.47×10^-3)which is superior to most of their counterparts in the ZrB2 based particulate reinforced ceramics.
