可持续设计是推动生态文明建设的重要力量，尽管可持续设计理论正迅速发展并不断完善，但其具体方法和实践在不同国家的家具行业中的应用仍存在显著差异。本研究旨在明确家具可持续设计发展方向，并总结家具可持续设计创新实践方法。通过文献综述，本文总结了可持续设计理论的源流，梳理了家具设计领域践行可持续发展的演进历程。本文通过分析近四年米兰国际家具展和荷兰设计周的案例，揭示了当前家具领域可持续设计的主要范式正在从单一因素朝着更广泛和系统化的方向发展。创新不仅集中在以技术创新为导向的材料绿色化和产品升级方面，还开始关注系统导向的模式创新。总的来说，本研究明晰了家具可持续设计在实践中的国际发展前沿，为我国深入研究家具可持续设计策略奠定基础，并为开展可持续设计创新实践提供了宝贵的借鉴。

The estimation of state of health(SOH)of a lithium-ion battery(LIB)is of great significance to system safety and economic *** paper proposes a SOH estimation method based on the SSA-Elman model for the first *** improve the correlation rates between features and battery capacity,a method combining median absolute deviation filtering and Savitzky-Golay filtering is proposed to process the *** on the aging characteristics of the LIB,five features with correlation rates above 0.99 after data processing are then *** the defects of the Elman model,the sparrow search algorithm(SSA)is used to optimize the network *** addition,a data incremental update mechanism is added to improve the generalization of the SSA-Elman ***,the performance of the proposed model is verified based on NASA dataset,and the outputs of the Elman,LSTM and SSA-Elman models are *** results show that the proposed method can accurately estimate the SOH,with the root mean square error(RMSE)being as low as 0.0024 and the mean absolute percentage error(MAPE)being as low as 0.25%.In addition,RMSE does not exceed 0.0224 and MAPE does not exceed 2.21%in high temperature and low temperature verifications.

TGR5 expression in benign, preneoplastic and neoplastic lesions of Barrett's esophagus: Case series and findings

To examined the bile acid receptor TGR5 expression in squamous mucosa, Barrett’s mucosa, dysplasia and esophageal adenocarcinoma (EA).METHODSSlides were stained with TGR5 antibody. The staining intensity was scored as 1+, 2+ and 3+. The extent of staining (percentage of cells staining) was scored as follows: 1+, 1%-10%, 2+, 11%-50%, 3+, 51%-100%. A combined score of intensity and extent was calculated and categorized as negative, weak, moderate and strong staining. TGR5 mRNA was measured by real time *** found that levels of TGR5 mRNA were significantly increased in Barrett’s dysplastic cell line CP-D and EA cell line SK-GT-4, when compared with Barrett’s cell line CP-A. Moderate to strong TGR5 staining was significantly higher in high-grade dysplasia and EA cases than in Barrett’s esophagus (BE) or in low-grade dysplasia. Moderate to strong staining was slightly higher in low-grade dysplasia than in BE mucosa, but there is no statistical significance. TGR5 staining had no significant difference between high-grade dysplasia and EA. In addition, TGR5 staining intensity was not associated with the clinical stage, the pathological stage and the status of lymph node *** conclude that TGR5 immunostaining was much stronger in high-grade dysplasia and EA than in BE mucosa or low-grade dysplasia and that its staining intensity was not associated with the clinical stage, the pathological stage and the status of lymph node metastasis. TGR5 might be a potential marker for the progression from BE to high-grade dysplasia and EA.

For the sake of enlarging the domain of attraction of model predictive control （MPC）, a novel approach of gradually approximating the maximal terminal state region is proposed in this paper. Given the terminal cost, both surrounding set sequence and subsets sequence of the maximal terminal region were constructed by employing one-step set expansion iteratively： It was theoretically proved that when the iteration time goes to infinity, both the surrounding set sequence and the subsets sequence will converge to the maximal terminal region. All surrounding and subsets sets in these sequences are extracted from the state space by exploiting support vector machine （SVM） classifier. Finally, simulations are implemented to validate the effectiveness of this approach.

The Migration Rule of Pb Content Transported from Different Sources

According to the survey materials of the waters of Jiaozhou Bay in May, September and October 1993, this article studied the content of Pb and its horizontal distribution in the surface water bodies. The results showed that the Pb content in the waters of Jiaozhou Bay ranged within 0.62 - 3.05 μg/L, which conformed to the seawater standard of Class I and II. And it also indicated that in terms of the Pb content, the water bodies of Jiaozhou bay were mildly contaminated by Pb content in May, September and October. The Pb content in Jiaozhou bay mainly had three sources, the transportation of rivers, surface runoff and offshore ocean currents. The Pb content was 2.13 μg/L transported from the rivers, 2.74 μg/L from the surface runoff and 3.05 μg/L from the offshore ocean currents. It demonstrated that the transportation of rivers, surface runoff and offshore ocean currents had been moderated polluted by Pb content. Three different migration paths of Pb content, from land, ocean to Jiaozhou Bay water bodies, have been expressed in model block diagram. In the migration process of Pb content transported from different sources, the author found out the migration rules: 1) the Pb content was continuously decreased with the extension of migration distance;2) the Pb content in the ocean water body was very high with the accumulation of Pb content in the ocean.

Based on investigation data of PHC content in Jiaozhou Bay,China from 1979 to 1983,the seasonal variations of PHC content and monthly changes of precipitation in Jiaozhou Bay were analyzed. The results showed that seen from the spatial and temporal distribution,the seasonal variation of PHC content in the surface water of Jiaozhou Bay was based on the flow of the rivers as well as human activity,so PHC content in the rivers depended on the flow of the rivers and human activity,and the peaks and valleys of PHC content appeared in various seasons. The seasonal variation of PHC content in the surface water of Jiaozhou Bay depended on its land transfer process. The land transfer process was composed of use of PHC by mankind,deposition of PHC in soil and on the earth＇s surface,and transportation of PHC to offshore waters of sea by rivers and surface runoff. PHC content depended on mankind during the process from being used to entering soil and on precipitation during the process of being transported from soil to ocean.
