交联透明质酸钠凝胶对近距离放射治疗中危及器官的隔离防护作用

A novel polypyridine platinum(Ⅱ) complex with an eletro-active unit was successfully synthesized and characterized by 1 H NMR, 13 C NMR, MALDI-TOF MS, elemental analysis and X-ray crystallography. Its electropolymerization proceeds smoothly on the working ITO electrode by cyclic voltammetry(CV). The film thickness can be easily tuned by controlling the CV scan number. The hybrid polymer film shows the non-diffusion controlled redox processes and an unusual dependence of AC impedance on its thickness. As a result of switching of the MLCT/ICT and dication absorption transitions, the adherent metallopolymer film, prepared after 20 CVs, exhibits the low-voltage-controlled anodic coloration near-IR electrochromism with high optical contrast ratio(ΔT% = 61.2% at 773 nm), fast response time(1.4 s for the coloration step and 1.0 s for the bleaching step) and comparative coloration efficiency(CE = 155.3 C·cm).

背景:交联透明质酸钠凝胶具备良好的力学性能、生物相容性与降解性,可作为肿瘤放射治疗中的隔离防护材料,用于保护危及器官免受多余辐照剂量的损伤。目的:探究交联透明质酸钠凝胶在近距离放射治疗中减少危及器官受照剂量等方面的安全性及有效性。方法:取周龄相同、体质量相近的无特定病原体级昆明小鼠作为实验对象,共16只,采用随机数字表法分为实验组与对照组,每组8只。在实验组小鼠背部皮下植入125Ⅰ放射性粒子,随后环绕放射性粒子周边注射交联透明质酸钠凝胶,在对照组小鼠背部皮下仅植入125Ⅰ放射性粒子。注射完成后,采用螺旋CT扫描测量放射性粒子与表皮的距离,采用辐射剂量仪检测体表辐射剂量;注射后10周内,观察小鼠生长状态及存活率、皮肤放射损伤情况及凝胶存留量。结果与结论:①螺旋CT扫描显示植入的凝胶相对集中,并且使放射性粒子与表皮之间产生有效的间隔距离。实验组小鼠体表辐射剂量明显低于对照组(P<0.01)。②在实验观察期内,两组小鼠均存活,对照组小鼠在实验观察后期出现明显烦躁等不稳定表现,部分实验组小鼠出现类似行为;两组小鼠日摄食量无明显变化,体质量呈现相同的增长趋势。植入放射性粒子后两组小鼠均出现不同程度的放射性皮肤损伤,自注射后第23天开始至实验结束,实验组小鼠皮肤放射损伤评分均低于对照组(P<0.01)。植入后第10周,实验组6只小鼠皮下无明显凝胶残留,2只小鼠皮下存在极少量散在的凝胶状样品。③结果表明,注射交联透明质酸钠凝胶可通过物理占位作用增加125Ⅰ放射性粒子放射靶区和靶外危及器官的间隔空间,有效降低危及器官的受照剂量,对危及器官起到隔离防护作用。

Intrusion-related gold deposits(IRGS)are a lowgrade,large-tonnage exploration ***,auriferous magmatic rocks were found in the Bumo deposit of the Gezhen shear zone in Hainan Province,***,the geochronology and geochemical characteristics of the intrusions,as well as the mineralization potential,are still *** and petrographic work show that the sulfidebearing intrusions can be divided into diorite porphyrites,quartz monzodiorites and *** LA–ICP–MS U–Pb dating demonstrates that diorite porphyrites,quartz monzodiorites and monzodiorites were formed at104±1,114±1,114±1 Ma,*** addition,sulfides in Yanshanian intrusion-related gold mineralization haveδ;S values of 0.2–4.4%,lower than those in Hercynian-Indosinian(1.9–9.8%)orogenic deposits(ca.219–378 Ma)in the Gezhen shear *** addition,all these intrusions display close correlations between Eu/EuN*with Th/U,consistent with the differentiation of amphibole,apatite and titanite from a hydrous ***,zircon Eu/EuN*in the intrusions are higher than0.4,demonstrating that the magmatic rocks have high water contents and oxygen fugacity values,favorable for gold ***,the Yanshanian magmatic rocks can be a new potential gold exploration target in the Gezhen shear zone.

In strong-field physics experiments with ultraintense lasers,a single-shot cross-correlator(SSCC)is essential for fast optimization of the pulse contrast and meaningful comparison with theory for each pulse *** simultaneously characterize an ultrashort pulse and its long pedestal,the SSCC device must have both a high resolution and a large temporal ***,the resolution and window in all kinds of single-shot measurement contradict each other in *** we propose and demonstrate a novel SSCC device with two separate measurement channels:channel-1 for the large-window pedestal measurement has a moderate resolution but a large window,while channel-2 for the ultrashort pulse measurement has a small window but a high resolution;this allows the accurate characterization of the pulse contrast in a single shot.A two-channel SSCC device with a 200-fs resolution and 114-ps window has been developed and tested for its application in ultraintense lasers at 800 nm.

Background This document represents the first evidence-based guidelines to describe best practices in nutrition therapy in critically ill children (>1 month and <18 years), who are expected to require a length of stay more than 2 or 3 days in a Pediatric Intensive Care Unit admitting medical patients domain. Methods A total of 25,673 articles were scanned for relevance. After careful review, 88 studies appeared to answer the pre-identified questions for the guidelines. We used the grading of recommendations, assessment, development and evaluation criteria to adjust the evidence grade based on the quality of design and execution of each study. Results The guidelines emphasise the importance of nutritional assessment, particularly the detection of malnourished patients. Indirect calorimetry (IC) is recommended to estimate energy expenditure and there is a creative value in energy expenditure, 50 kcal/kg/day for children aged 1–8 years during acute phase if IC is unfeasible. Enteral nutrition (EN) and early enteral nutrition remain the preferred routes for nutrient delivery. A minimum protein intake of 1.5 g/kg/day is sug-gested for this patient population. The role of supplemental parenteral nutrition (PN) has been highlighted in patients with low nutritional risk, and a delayed approach appears to be beneficial in this group of patients. Immune-enhancing cannot be currently recommended neither in EN nor PN. Conclusion Overall, the pediatric critically ill population is heterogeneous, and an individualized nutrition support with the aim of improving clinical outcomes is necessary and important.

Label-free photoelectric sensor for lactic acid determination in human sweat

A label-free lactic acid sensor has been successfully developed by using a Dysprosium single crystal-based photoelectric potential technique via Dy-SCN/FTO electrode. Interestingly, the proposed sensor demonstrated excellent performance for L-lactic acid analysis with a wide linear range of 0.0196~16.31 mmol/L,the detection limit of as low as 3.20 μmol/L as well as an advisable stability. The feasibility of this strategy was also verified by practical application towards human sweat samples. The mechanism studies indicated that lactic acid molecules specifically bind to the surface of semiconductor materials, which alters the charge distribution of the electrode surface and subsequently results in band bending/photoelectric potential changes. The theoretical formula for this photoelectric chemistry(PEC) strategy was then derived according to charge balance theory. We believe that the proposed Dy-SCN/FTO sensor would open a new way for rapid, non-invasive L-lactic acid level evaluation during human physical condition monitoring.
