To ensure safe flight of multiple fixed-wing unmanned aerial vehicles(UAVs)formation,considering trajectory planning and formation control together,a leader trajectory planning method based on the sparse A*algorithm is ***,a formation controller based on prescribed performance theory is designed to control the transient and steady formation configuration,as well as the formation forming time,which not only can form the designated formation configuration but also can guarantee collision avoidance and terrain avoidance ***,considering the constraints caused by formation controller on trajectory planning such as the safe distance,turn angle and step length,as well as the constraint of formation shape,a leader trajectory planning method based on sparse A^(*)algorithm is *** results show that the UAV formation can arrive at the destination safely with a short trajectory no matter keeping the formation or encountering formation transformation.

Advanced oxidation processes are widely applied to removal of persistent toxic substances from wastewater by hydroxyl radicals(·OH),which is generated from hydrogen peroxide(H2O2)***,their practical applications have been hampered by many strict conditions,such as iron sludge,rigid pH condition,large doses of hydrogen peroxide and Fe^2+,***,a magnetically recyclable Fe3O4@polydopamine(Fe3O4@PDA)coreshell nanocomposite was *** an excellent reducing agent,it can convert Fe^3+to Fe^2+.Combined with the coordination of polydopamine and ferric ions,the production of iron sludge is *** minimum concentration of hydrogen peroxide(0.2 mmol/L and Fe^2+(0.18 mmol/L))is 150-fold and 100-fold lower than that of previous reports,*** also exhibits excellent degradation performance over a wide pH range from 3.0 to *** after the tenth recycling,it still achieves over 99%degradation efficiency with the total organic carbon degradation rate of 80%,which is environmentally benign and has a large economic *** discovery paves a way for extensive practical application of advanced oxidation processes,especially in environmental remediation.

质量潜在缺陷保险的推行是建筑行业通过引入市场化手段完善工程质量监管体系的重要体现,上海市是我国工程质量潜在缺陷保险推进取得良好效果的地区之一。以上海市为例,分析工程质量潜在缺陷保险推行情况,在梳理总结出上海的推行经验和问题基础上,提出了下一步明确TIS机构定位、设置免赔额、扩大试点范围、健全追偿机制、制定差异化浮动费率五点促进我国IDI高质量发展的意见建议,期望为IDI在其他地区的发展、推行提供参考。

Porous liquids(PLs),an emerging porous material with permanent cavities,have attracted extensive attention in recent ***,the current construction methods are complicated and resulting PLs possess high viscosity values,which cannot meet the requirements of practical industrial ***,we demonstrate a generalizable and simple strategy to prepare type III PLs with low viscosity based on the rule of“like dissolves like”.Specifically,the monoglycidyl ether terminated polydimethylsiloxane(denoted by E-PDMS)is attached to the surface of Universitetet i Oslo(UiO)-66-NH_(2)via covalent linkage,constructing the pore generator(UiO-66-NH_(2)-E-PDMS,denoted by P-UiO-66).Then,P-UiO-66 is dispersed into different types and amounts of sterically hindered solvents(PDMS400 or PDMS6000),obtaining a series of type III PLs(denoted by P-UiO-66-PLs)with permanent cavities and low *** gas sorption-desorption test shows that P-UiO-66-PLs have an enormous potential for CO_(2)/N_(2) selective ***,the porosity of P-UiO-66-PLs and the CO_(2)sorption mechanism are demonstrated by molecular ***,the generality of the synthesis strategy is confirmed by the successful construction of PLs using two other amino-metal-organic frameworks(MOFs)(MIL-53(Al)-NH_(2)and MIL-88B(Fe)-NH_(2)).Importantly,it’s worth noting that the strategy based on the rule of“like dissolves like”sheds light on the preparation of other types of PLs for task-specific applications.

Glycosphingolipid (GSL) metabolism is involved in various physiological processes, including all major cell signaling pathways, and its dysregulation is linked to some diseases. The four-phosphate adaptor protein FAPP2-mediated glucosylceramide (GlcCer) transport for complex GSL synthesis has been studied extensively. However, the molecular machinery of FAPP2 as a GlcCer-transferring protein remains poorly defined. Here, we identify a Golgi-resident protein, acyl-coenzyme A binding domain containing 3 (ACBD3), as an interacting partner of FAPP2. We find that ACBD3 knockdown leads to dramatic Golgi fragmentation, which subsequently causes FAPP2 dispersal throughout the cytoplasm and a decreased localization at trans-Golgi network. The further quantitative Upidomic analysis indicates that ACBD3 knockdown triggers abnormal sphingolipid metabolism. Interestingly, the expression of siRNA-resistant full-length ACBD3 can rescue these defects caused by ACBD3 knockdown. These data reveal critical roles for ACBD3 in maintaining the integrity of Golgi morphology and cellular sphingolipid homeostasis and establish the importance of the integrated Golgi complex for the transfer of GlcCer and complex GSL synthesis.

Sporopollenin in the pollen cell wall protects male gametophytes from *** derivatives,including guaiacyl(G)lignin units,are known to be structural components of sporopollenin,but the exact composition of sporopollenin remains to be fully *** analyzed the phenylpropanoid derivatives in sporopollenin from maize and Arabidopsis by thioacidolysis coupled with nuclear magnetic resonance(NMR)and gas chromatography–mass spectrometry(GC–MS).The NMR and GC–MS results confirmed the presence of p-hydroxyphenyl(H),G,and syringyl(S)lignin units in sporopollenin from maize and ***,H units account for the majority of lignin monomers in sporopollenin from these *** next performed a genome-wide association study to explore the genetic basis of maize sporopollenin composition and identified a vesicle-associated membrane protein(ZmVAMP726)that is strongly associated with lignin monomer composition of maize *** manipulation of VAMP726 affected not only lignin monomer composition in sporopollenin but also pollen resistance to heat and UV radiation in maize and Arabidopsis,indicating that VAMP726 is functionally conserved in monocot and dicot *** work provides new insight into the lignin monomers that serve as structural components of sporopollenin and characterizes VAMP726,which affects sporopollenin composition and stress resistance in pollen.

现代地震学展现出了一个复杂的地球内核内部和表面结构.地球内核内部结构的主要特征表现为其地震波速度和衰减呈现各向异性,且各种结构(速度、衰减和各向异性)均呈现东西半球差异,而内核表面的新发现则包括其局部区域存在起伏的地形和固液并存的糊状层.地球内核压缩波速度和衰减均呈现以地球旋转轴为轴的柱对称各向异性,沿地球旋转轴方向传播的压缩波比沿赤道方向传播的压缩波传播更快且衰减更强烈.同时,内核各向异性结构随深度而变化:内核顶部约100~400km接近各向同性,而在内核最深处300~600km内则可能存在一个具有不同各向异性特征的内内核.地球内核的东西半球差异表现在多方面:在内核顶部~100km厚度内,东半球的各向同性速度比西半球快约0.8%,东半球具有较强的衰减(Q=250),而西半球则具有较弱的衰减(Q=600);西半球的顶部各向同性层厚度约为100km,而东半球顶部各向同性层厚度则约为400km;在各向同性层底下,西半球具有较强的各向异性(~4%),而东半球则具有较弱的各向异性(~0.7%).地球内核边界在菲律宾海、黄海、西太平洋以及中美洲下方存在1~14km高的地形起伏,在鄂霍次克海西南部下方存在4~8km厚的糊状层.地球内核的这些新发现引发了对许多可能的新物理机制的探讨,也促使我们重新评估我们对外核成分、外核热化学对流、内核凝固过程和地球磁场驱动力的认识.这些结果表明内核凝固过程和地球磁场的热和化学驱动力远比传统观念认为的横向均匀分布复杂得多.内核西半球可能不断凝固并释放潜热和轻元素,而东半球则可能不断熔化并吸收潜热和轻元素,外核对流的驱动力在东西半球可能截然不同,甚至呈现相反方向.这些凝固与熔化交替过程也发生在局部地形起伏区域.在糊状层区域,地球内核凝固释放潜热和化学能,而在大部分无糊状地区,内核凝固只释放潜热.
