In this study,a systematic survey of cultural airborne fungi was carried out in the occurrence environments of wall paintings that are preserved in the Tiantishan Grottoes and the Western Xia Museum,China.A bio-aerosol sampler was used for sampling in four seasons in ***-dependent and-independent methods were taken to acquire airborne fungal concentration and purified strains;by the extraction of genomic DNA,amplification of fungal ITS rRNA gene region,sequencing,and phylogenetic analysis,thereafter the fungal community composition and distribution characteristics of different study sites were *** disclosure the main environmental factors which may be responsible for dynamic changes of airborne fungi at the sampling *** concentration of cultural airborne fungi was in a range from 13 to 1,576 CFU/m^(3),no significant difference between the two sites at the Tiantishan Grottoes,with obvious characteristics of seasonal variation,in winter and spring were higher than in summer and ***,there was a significant difference in fungal concentration between the inside and outside of the Western Xia Museum,the outside of the museum was far more than the inside of the museum in the four seasons,particularly in the *** fungal genera were detected,including Cladosporium,Penicillium,Alternaria,and Filobasidium as the dominant *** airborne fungal community structures of the Tiantishan Grottoes show a distinct characteristic of seasonal variation and spatial *** humidity,temperature and seasonal rainfall influence airborne fungal *** of the isolated strains have the potential to cause biodeterioration of ancient wall *** study provides supporting information for the pre-warning conservation of cultural relics that are preserved at local sites and inside museums.

The luminescence color of molecule-based photoactive materials is the key to the applications in lighting and optical *** continuous regulation of emission color in molecular systems is highly desirable but still remains a challenge due to the individual emission band of purely organic ***,a novel alloy strategy based on molecular co-crystals is *** adjusting the molar ratio of pyrene(Py)and fluorathene(Flu),three types of molecular co-crystal alloys(MCAs)assemblies are prepared involving Py-Flu-OFN-x%,Py-Flu-TFP-x%,Py-Flu-TCNB-x%.Multiple energy level structure and Förster resonance energy transfer(FRET)process endow materials with tunable full-spectra emission color in visible ***,these MCAs and co-crystals can be successfully applied to low optical loss waveguide and optical logic gate by virtue of all-color luminescence from blue across green to red,together with smooth surface of onedimensional microrods,which show promising applications as continuous light emitters for advance photonics applications.

To increase the processability and plasticity of the selective laser melting(SLM)fabricated Al-Mn-Mg-Er-Zr alloys,a novel TiB_(2)-modified Al-Mn-Mg-Er-Zr alloy with a mixture of Al-Mn-Mg-Er-Zr and nano-TiB_(2) powders was fabricated by *** pro-cessability,microstructure,and mechanical properties of the alloy were systematically investigated by density measurement,microstruc-ture characterization,and mechanical properties *** alloys fabricated at 250 W displayed higher relative densities due to a uni-formly smooth top surface and appropriate laser energy *** maximum relative density value of the alloy reached(99.7±0.1)%,demonstrating good *** alloy exhibited a duplex grain microstructure consisting of columnar regions primarily and equiaxed regions with TiB_(2),Al6Mn,and Al3Er phases distributed along the grain *** directly aging treatment at a high tem-perature of 400℃,the strength of the SLM-fabricated TiB_(2)/Al-Mn-Mg-Er-Zr alloy increased due to the precipitation of the secondary Al6Mn *** maximum yield strength and ultimate tensile strength of the aging alloy were measured to be(374±1)and(512±13)MPa,*** SLM-fabricated TiB_(2)/Al-Mn-Mg-Er-Zr alloy demonstrates exceptional strength and thermal stability due to the synergistic effects of the inhibition of grain growth,the incorporation of TiB_(2) nanoparticles,and the precipitation of secondary Al6Mn nanoparticles.

Traditional high strength engineering alloys suffer from serious surface brittleness and inferior wear performance when servicing under sliding contact at cryogenic ***,we report that the recently emerging CoCrNi multi-principal element alloy defies this trend and presents dramatically enhanced wear resistance when temperature decreases from 273 to 153 K,surpassing those of cryogenic austenitic *** temperature-dependent structure characteristics and deformation mechanisms influencing the cryogenic wear resistance of CoCrNi are clarified through microscopic observation and atomistic *** is found that sliding-induced subsurface structures show distinct scenarios at different deformation *** cryogenic condition,significant grain refinement and a deep plastic zone give rise to an extended microstructural gradient below the surface,which can accommodate massive sliding deformation,in direct contrast to the strain localization and delamination at 273 ***,the temperature-dependent cryogenic deformation mechanisms(stacking fault networks and phase transformation)also provide additional strengthening and toughening of the subsurface *** features make the CoCrNi alloy particularly wear resistant at cryogenic conditions and an excellent candidate for safety–critical applications.

微生物极易附着并不断侵蚀各类文物,但用于高效去除或预防微生物损害的物理和化学方法却相对有限,通常很难有效清洁以及阻止微生物在露天环境文物上的重新定殖。在文物保护领域,使用抗菌纳米材料近年来逐渐成为一种新型环保技术。本工作总结了文物微生物退化防治的研究现状及发展趋势,梳理了杀菌剂、天然抗菌剂、精油熏蒸剂和新型纳米抗菌材料在文物保护中的应用研究,对比分析了不同类型杀灭剂的作用机制及其效果差异,指出了纳米材料的应用潜力及存在的不足。本研究结果可为文物保护修复中微生物病害防治提供参考和借鉴,对于文物微生物防控材料的研发和应用技术发展具有一定推动作用。
