Experiments simulating the effect of coal mine stopping through a fault zone were designed based on a working face of the Qianqiu coal mine in Yima, China. Through simulation of the physical process of fault reactivation and coal bumps, the displacement of the surrounding strata and evolution characteristics of fault stress under the effect of mining were studied. The mechanism of fault reactivation induced by coal mining was analyzed. The results show that shortly before fault reactiva- tion, the normal stress and shear stress increased rapidly and the risk of a fault slip occurring was also increased. The fault reac- tivation, caused by the mining activity, occurred when the working face was 25-35 m from the fault along the hanging wall. The influence of mining increased the possibility of fault reactivation, while the local failure of the bearing capacity of the working face was the direct cause of the fault slip. Our results indicate that the influence of fault slip on the coal of the working face had a transient impact and acted as a loading-unloading function.

Acoustic emission test and CT scanning are important techniques in the study of coal crack propagation. A uniaxial compression test was performed on coal samples by integrating CT and acoustic emission. The test comparison analyzes the acoustic emission load and CT images for an effective observation on the entire process, from crack propagation to the samples＇ destruction. The box dimension of the coal samples＇ acoustic emission series and the CT images were obtained through calculations by using the authors＇ own program. The results show that the fractal dimension of both the acoustic emission energy and CT image increase rapidly, indicating coal and rock mass has entered a dangerous condition. Hence, measures should be taken to unload the pressure of the coal and rock mass. The test results provide intuitive observation data for the coal meso-damage model. The test contributes to in-depth studies of coal or rock crack propagation mechanisms and provides a theoretical basis for rock burst mechanism.

AIM To study the effect of Helicobacter pylori ( H. pylori ) infection on gastric epithelial proliferation in the progression from normal mucosa to gastric carcinoma. METHODS Gastric biopsy specimens from normal controls ( n =11), superficial gastritis ( n =32), atrophic gastritis with intestinal metaplasia ( n =83), dysplasia ( n =25) and gastric carcinoma ( n =10) were studied by immunohistochemical staining of proliferating cell nuclear antigen (PCNA). RESULTS The gastric epithelial proliferation, expressed as PCNA labeling index (LI)%, was progressively increased in successive stages from normal mucosa to gastric carcinoma regardless of H. pylori status. There was significant difference in PCNA LI% among all groups ( P 0 05). CONCLUSION H. pylori infection causes increased gastric epithelial proliferation in the stages of superficial and mild atrophic gastritis and may play a part in triggering gastric carcinogenesis.

The family Rhyscotidae Budde-Lund,1904 contains two genera:Rhyscotoides Schmalfuss&Ferrara,1978 and Rhyscotus Budde-Lund,*** date,twenty-one species within the family are known,occurring in the subtropic and tropic regions(Schmalfuss,2003;Schmidt,2003;Boyko et al.,2022).The members of the family can be recognized by the cephalon with a strongly inflated frons,the antennae with two-jointed flagellum,the maxillae are almost semicircular,the maxillipeds have short palpus and endite,and pleopod exopodites without pseudotracheae(Schmalfuss&Ferrara,1978).Before this study,the members of Rhyscotidae were unknown in *** present research describes a new species of the genus Rhyscotus from Hainan Island,representing a new record of the family Rhyscotidae from China.

Flexural performance of joints is critical for prefabricated *** study presents a novel channel steel-bolt(CB)joint for prefabricated subway ***-scale tests are carried out to investigate the flexural behavior of the CB joint under the design loads of the test-case *** addition,a three dimensional(3D)finite element(FE)model of the CB joint is established,incorporating viscous contact to simulate the bonding and detachment behaviors of the interface between channel steel and *** on the 3D FE model,the study examines the flexural bearing mechanism and influencing factors for the flexural performance of the CB *** results indicate that the flexural behavior of the CB joint exhibits significant nonlinear characteristics,which can be divided into four *** illustrate the piecewise linearity of the bending moment-rotational angle curve,a four-stage simplified model is proposed,which is easily applicable in engineering *** study reveals that axial force can enhance the flexural capacity of the CB joint,while the preload of the bolt has a negligible *** flexural capacity of the CB joint is approximate twice the value of the designed bending moment,demonstrating that the joint is suitable for the test-case station.

The patient with prurigo nodularis were treated by needling at Bǎihuì（百会 GV 20）, Fēngchi（风池 GB 20）,Fēngfǔ（风府 GV 16）, Dàzhuī（大椎 GV 14）,Fēngmén（风门 BL 12）, Xīnshù（心俞 BL 15）, Gānshù（肝俞 BL18）, Qìhǎi（气海 CV 6）,Guānyuán（关元 CV 4）, Zhōngwǎn（中脘 CV12）, Xuèhǎi（血海 SP 10）, Zúsānlǐ（足三里ST 36）, Sānyīnjiāo（三阴交 SP 6）, Nèiting（内庭 ST 44）,Qūchí（曲池 LI 11）, Wàiguān（外关 TE 5） and Hégǔ（合谷 LI 4）. The treatment was given 4 times a week. After 2 weeks of treatment, the subjective pruritus was alleviated and tolerable. The patients could fall into sleep. After 2 months of treatment, no new skin rashes appear and pruritus disappeared basically, the old rashes started fading. The red color was getting pale and the bumpy rashes were absorbed. After 5 months of treatment, the itching symptoms were gone and skin rashes disappeared basically. The lesion skin was pigmented in dark grey. After 6 months of treatment, the dark grey pigmentation disappeared and skin was normal in color. The disease was not recurred in 1 year of follow-up.

The dissolution behavior of Al_(2)O_(3) in molten CaF_(2)-CaO-Al_(2)O_(3) slag,a basic slag system of electroslag remelting process,was investigated by rotating cylinder method using corundum rods to simulate Al_(2)O_(3) inclusions in *** experimental results show that the dissolution rate of Al_(2)O_(3);rods in CaF_(2)-CaO-Al_(2)O_(3) slag increases with the increase in rotating speed and temperature,and the rate-controlling step is the mass transfer in the *** dissolution rate of Al_(2)O,in CaF_(2)-CaO-Al_(2)O_(3) slag increases with the increase in the ratio of CaO to Al_(2)O_(3),which is due to the increase in dissolution driving force and the decrease in slag *** apparent activation energy of the mass transfer of AlOs in slag C is calculated to be 222.86 kJ mol^(-1).During the dissolution of Al_(2)0,inclusions in the slag,it reacts with F in liquid slag at first,then reacts with CaO to form the intermediate compounds of xCaO-yAl_(2)O_(3) system,and finally dissolves in molten *** dissolution rate of Al_(2)O_(3) inclusions in CaF_(2)-CaO-Al_(2)O_(3) slag for electroslag remelting is positively correlated with the ratio of the dissolution driving force and slag viscosity,and the correlation coeficient is 2.487×10^(-11).
