The photocatalytic oxidative coupling of thiols is one of the most popular methods to synthesize the *** and its derivatives(TPAs)are promising for the above reaction,but suffer from the easy polymerization and difficult *** overcome these obstacles while controlling the photogenerated electrons transfer directly to target substrates,herein,we constructed one TPA-based metal-organic framework(MOF),(Me_(2)NH_(2))[Sr(TCBPA)]·DMA·3H_(2)O(1),by direct self-assembly of tris(4′-carboxybiphenyl)amine(H_(3)TCBPA)and photoredox inert strontium ion(Sr^(2+)).DFT calculations revealed that the valence band maximum(VBM)and the conduction band minimum(CBM)are mainly located on TCBPA^(3-),successfully inhibiting the undesirable electron migration to metal *** results indicated that 1 displays superior performance than homogeneous H_(3)TCBPA,which may result from the abundant π…π and C—H…π interactions between the well-arranged TCBPA^(3-)and the build-in electric field between the anionic framework and the Me_(2)NH^(2+).This work highlights that immobilizing TPAs into MOFs is one promising approach to designing heterogeneous photocatalysts for the synthesis of disulfides by oxidative coupling of thiols.

To predict the wave loads of a flexible trimaran in different wave fields,a one-way interaction numerical simulation method is proposed by integrating the fluid solver(Star-CCM+)and structural solver(Abaqus).Differing from the existing coupled CFD-FEA method for monohull ships in head waves,the presented method equates the mass and stiffness of the whole ship to the hull shell so that any transverse and longitudinal section stress of the hull in oblique waves can be ***,verification study and sensitivity analysis are carried out by comparing the trimaran motions using different mesh sizes and time step *** on the wave elevation of uni-and bi-directional waves is also carried *** a comprehensive analysis on the structural responses of the trimaran in different uni-directional regular wave and bi-directional cross sea conditions is carried out,***,the differences in structural response characteristics of trimaran in different wave fields are *** results show that the present method can reduce the computational burden of the two-way fluid-structure interaction simulations.

The limitations of the conventional master-slavesplitting(MSS)method,which is commonly applied to power flow and optimal power flow in integrated transmission and distribution(I-T&D)networks,are first *** that the MSS method suffers from a slow convergence rate or even divergence under some circumstances,a least-squares-based iterative(LSI)method is *** with the MSS method,the LSI method modifies the iterative variables in each iteration by solving a least-squares problem with the information in previous iterations.A practical implementation and a parameter tuning strategy for the LSI method are ***,a LSI-PF method is proposed to solve I-T&D power flow and a LSIheterogeneous decomposition(LSI-HGD)method is proposed to solve optimal power *** experiments demonstrate that the proposed LSI-PF and LSI-HGD methods can achieve the same accuracy as the benchmark ***,these LSI methods,with appropriate settings,significantly enhance the convergence and efficiency of conventional ***,in some cases,where conventional methods diverge,these LSI methods can still converge.

Epilepsy is a chronic neurological disorder with recurrent unprovoked seizures,affecting~65 million *** in patients with epilepsy and animal models suggests a contribution of neuroinflammation to epileptogenesis and the development of ***(ILs),as one of the major contributors to neuroinflammation,are intensively studied for their association and modulatory effects on ictogenesis and *** are commonly divided into pro-and anti-inflammatory cytokines and therefore are expected to be pathogenic or neuroprotective in ***,both protective and destructive effects have been reported for many *** may be due to the complex nature of ILs,and also possibly due to the different disease courses that those ILs are involved *** this review,we summarize the contributions of different ILs in those processes and provide a current overview of recent research advances,as well as preclinical and clinical studies targeting ILs in the treatment of epilepsy.

Thermoplastic polycarbonate polyurethanes(PCUs) are multiblock copolymers that have been applied for medical devices for long time. Aliphatic diols are common chain extenders(CE) involved in the composition of the hard segments of PCU. However, limited knowledge was discovered about how the chemical structure of CE affects the hydrogen bonding organization within PCUs and their mechanical *** investigate this problem, a group of PCUs were synthesized respectively by extending the polymer chain with 1,4-butanediol(BDO),aminoethanol(MEA), ethanediol(EO) as three kinds of chain extenders. Tiny differences in the CE chemical structure results in remarkable variations in phase separation, condensed morphologies, thermal and mechanical properties, which are characterized by Fourier transform infrared spectrometer, atomic force microscopy, small-angle X-ray scattering, differential scanning calorimetry, and tensile tests. The microstructural evolution during unilateral deformation and the different mechanism induced by the different CEs was probed and unveil by in situ wide-and small-angle X-ray diffraction. Symmetry of CE can improve the organization of the hydrogen bonding. The coherence strength of the urethane/urea group also plays a key role by comparing the two PCUs with ethanediol and aminoethanol.

The direct catalytic oxidative coupling of amines is one of the attracting methods for the synthesis of a variety of pharmaceutical or industrial needed *** earth-abundant manganese based salts,oxides,and complexes have been applied in this ***,these compounds suffered from difficult separation,large catalyst loading,complicated reactivation or indeterminate *** the facts that metal-organic frameworks(MOFs)with crystalline structure,precise composition,and enormous surface area have superior performance in heterogeneous catalytic reactions,herein,we introduced Mn into[Fe_(3)(μ_(3)-O)(CH_(3)COO)_(6)],one of the precursors for the preparation of stable MOFs,and got[Fe_(2)Mn(μ_(3)-O)(CH_(3)COO)_(6)]*** ligand replacement with biphenyl-3,4’,5-tricarboxylic acid(BPTC),heterometallic cluster-based[Fe_(2)Mn(μ_(3)-O)(BPTC)2(DMF)2(H_(2)O)](1)was *** expected,1 is stable and able to catalyze the homo-or cross-coupling of amines effectively and selectively with 0.9 mol%catalyst loading at room *** experiments indicated that the catalytic activity of 1 mainly stems from Mn sites and that Fe synergistically contributes to the ***,1 is recyclable and can be reused easily for at least 8 runs without obvious decrease in catalytic *** our knowledge,1 should be the first heterometallic cluster-based MOF with defined structure suitable for the synthesis of diverse imines from oxidative coupling of amines under mild conditions,which may shed light on the easy preparation of effective heterogeneous catalysts for organic synthesis.

Insomnia is among the most common sleep disorders *** in older adults is a social and public health *** affects the physical and mental health of elderly hospitalized patients and can aggravate or induce physical *** subjective feelings and providing reasonable and standardized care for elderly hospitalized patients with insomnia are urgent *** To explore the differences in self-reported outcomes associated with insomnia among elderly hospitalized *** One hundred patients admitted to the geriatric unit of our hospital between June 2021 and December 2021 were included in this ***-reported symptoms were assessed using the Athens Insomnia Scale(AIS),Generalized Anxiety Disorder Scale-7(GAD-7),Geriatric Depression Scale-15(GDS-15),Memorial University of Newfoundland Scale of Happiness(MUNSH),Barthel Index Evaluation(BI),Morse Fall Scale(MFS),Mini-Mental State Examination,and the Short Form 36 Health Survey Questionnaire(SF-36).Correlation coefficients were used to analyze the correlation between sleep quality and self-reported *** of insomnia was analyzed using Logistic regression *** Nineteen patients with AIS≥6 were included in the insomnia group,and the incidence of insomnia was 19%(19/100).The remaining 81 patients were assigned to the non-insomnia *** were significant differences between the two groups in the GDA-7,GDS-15,MUNSH,BI,MFS,and SF-36 items(P<0.05).Patients in the insomnia group were more likely to experience anxiety,depression,and other mental illnesses,as well as difficulties with everyday tasks and a greater risk of falling(P<0.05).Subjective well-being and quality of life were poorer in the insomnia group than in the control *** AIS scores positively correlated with the GAD-7,GDS-15,and MFS scores in elderly hospitalized patients with insomnia(P<0.05).Logistic regression analysis showed that GDS-15≥5 was an independent risk factor for ins

The fingerprinting-based approach using the wireless local area network(WLAN)is widely used for indoor ***,the construction of the fingerprint database is quite *** when the position of the access point(AP)or wall changes,updating the fingerprint database in real-time is *** appropriate indoor localization approach,which has a low implementation cost,excellent real-time performance,and high localization accuracy and fully considers complex indoor environment factors,is preferred in location-based services(LBSs)*** this paper,we proposed a fine-grained grid computing(FGGC)model to achieve decimeter-level localization *** points(RPs)are generated in the grid by the FGGC ***,the received signal strength(RSS)values at each RP are calculated with the attenuation factors,such as the frequency band,three-dimensional propagation distance,and walls in complex *** a result,the fingerprint database can be established automatically without manual measurement,and the efficiency and cost that the FGGC model takes for the fingerprint database are superior to previous *** proposed indoor localization approach,which estimates the position step by step from the approximate grid location to the fine-grained location,can achieve higher real-time performance and localization accuracy *** mean error of the proposed model is 0.36 m,far lower than that of previous ***,the proposed model is feasible to improve the efficiency and accuracy of Wi-Fi indoor *** also shows high-accuracy performance with a fast running speed even under a large-size *** results indicate that the proposed method can also be suitable for precise marketing,indoor navigation,and emergency rescue.

●AIM:To investigate the long-term changes of corneal densitometry(CD)and its contributing elements after small incision lenticule extraction(SMILE).●METHODS:Totally 31 eyes of 31 patients with mean spherical equivalent of-6.46±1.50 D and mean age 28.23±7.38y were ***-scale examinations were conducted on all patients preoperatively and during *** acuity,manifest refraction,axial length,corneal thickness,corneal higher-order aberrations,and CD were evaluated.●RESULTS:All surgeries were completed successfully without complications or adverse ***-year safety index was 1.17±0.20 and efficacy 1.04±*** value of 0–6 mm zones in central layer was statistically significantly lower 10y postoperatively,compared with preoperative values(0–2 mmΔ=-1.62,2–6 mmΔ=-1.24,P<0.01).There were no correlations between CD values and factors evaluated.●CONCLUSION:SMILE is a safe and efficient procedure for myopia on a long-term *** values get lower 10y postoperatively,whose mechanism is to be further discussed.

Mobile Edge Computing(MEC)provides communication and computational capabilities for the industrial Internet,meeting the demands of latency-sensitive ***,traditional model-driven task offloading strategies face challenges in adapting to situations with unknown network communication status and computational *** limitation becomes notably significant in complex industrial networks of high-speed *** by these considerations,a data and model-driven task offloading problem is proposed in this paper.A redundant communication network is designed to adapt to anomalous channel states when tasks are offloaded to edge *** link switching mechanism is executed by the train according to the attributes of the completed *** task offloading optimization problem is formulated by introducing data-driven prediction of communication states into the traditional ***,the optimal strategy is achieved by employing the informer-based prediction algorithm and the quantum particle swarm optimization method,which effectively tackle real-time optimization problems due to their low time *** simulations illustrate that the data and model-driven task offloading strategy can predict the communication state in advance,thus reducing the cost of the system and improving its robustness.
