Risk identification and safety assessment of human-computer interaction in integrated avionics based on STAMP

To solve the problem of risk identification and quantitative assessment for human-computer interaction(HCI)in complex avionics systems,an HCI safety analysis framework based on system-theoretical process analysis(STPA)and cognitive reliability and error analysis method(CREAM)is *** can identify unsafe control actions and find the causal path during the interaction of avionics systems and pilot with the help of formal verification tools *** common performance conditions(CPC)of avionics systems in the aviation environment is established and a quantitative analysis of human failure is carried *** the head-up display(HUD)system interaction process as an example,a case analysis is carried out,the layered safety control structure and formal model of the HUD interaction process are *** the interactive behavior“Pilots approaching with HUD”,four unsafe control actions and35 causal scenarios are identified and the impact of common performance conditions at different levels on the pilot decision model are *** results show that HUD's HCI level gradually improves as the scores of CPC increase,and the quality of crew member cooperation and time sufficiency of the task is the key to its *** case analysis,it is shown that STPACREAM can quantitatively assess the hazards in HCI and identify the key factors that impact safety.

Preparation,Characterization and Properties of Two New Lanthanide(Ⅲ)-5-(2-pyridyl)tetrazolate Complexes

Two new mononuclear lanthanide（Ⅲ） complexes Ln（pytz）3（H2O）3·（H2O）3.5[Ln=Tb（1）;Eu（2）;Hpytz=5-（2-pyridyl）tetrazole] were synthesized by reacting Hpytz with the corresponding lanthanide（Ⅲ） ions and *** single crystal X-ray diffraction analysis reveals that complexes 1 and 2 are isostructural and the lanthanide（Ⅲ） ions in both complexes 1 and 2 are nine-coordinated,with three oxygen atoms of three coordination water molecules and six nitrogen atoms of three pytz ligands,forming a monocapped square *** hydrogen bonds exist,resulting in a three-dimensional supramolecular network structure by hydrogen-bonds in both complexes 1 and 2,*** 1 exhibits typical green fluorescence of Tb（Ⅲ） ion and complex 2 red fluorescence of Eu（Ⅲ） ion,in solid state at room temperature.

Frontogenesis and Frontolysis of a Cold Filament Driven by the Cross-Filament Wind and Wave Fields Simulated by a Large Eddy Simulation

The variations of the frontogenetic trend of a cold filament induced by the cross-filament wind and wave fields are studied by a non-hydrostatic large eddy simulation. Five cases with different strengths of wind and wave fields are *** results show that the intense wind and wave fields further break the symmetries of submesoscale flow fields and suppress the levels of filament frontogenesis. The changes of secondary circulation directions—that is, the conversion between the convergence and divergence of the surface cross-filament currents with the downwelling and upwelling jets in the filament center—are associated with the inertial oscillation. The filament frontogenesis and frontolysis caused by the changes of secondary circulation directions may periodically sharpen and smooth the gradient of submesoscale flow *** lifecycle of the cold filament may include multiple stages of filament frontogenesis and frontolysis.

Flower development and sexual dimorphism in Vernicia montana

The mu oil tree(Vernicia montana Lour.) is a dioecious species, but the genetic mechanisms underlying its phenotypic sexual dimorphism are unclear. In this study, we determined two pivotal phases of sex differentiation of mu oil tree via morphological and histological analyses of unisexual flowers:(Ⅰ) differentiation of male or female primordia to produce staminate flowers(SFs) or transient hermaphrodite flowers(HFs),and(Ⅱ) complete abortion of stamens in transient HFs to generate pistillate flowers(PFs). A total of 1621 sex-biased genes were identified by comparative transcriptome analysis which exhibited elevated rates of protein evolution than unbiased genes. The female-biased genes were enriched in the production of defense compounds while male-biased genes were focused on the production of viable pollens. Transcriptomebased analysis revealed that the differentially expressed genes(DEGs) between PFs and SFs in phase Ⅰ involved in abscisic acid(ABA), auxin(AUX), cytokinin(CK), ethylene(ET), and gibberellin(GA) biosynthesis and signaling showed higher expression levels in males than in females in general, whereas the DEGs involved in jasmonic acid(JA) and salicylic acid(SA) pathways displayed opposite expression patterns. Moreover,differentially expressed endogenous ABA, AUX, GAs, JA, and SA exhibited consistent biased expression patterns with the DEGs by UPLC-MSbased analysis. Exogenous application of an anti-ethylene plant growth regulator could promote the development of stamens in PFs and generated HFs. Comparative transcriptomic and hormonal analyses of PFs and SFs in phase Ⅱ indicated an increase in ET concentration when abortion of stamens in PFs occurred. This study suggested that phytohormones play key roles in sex dimorphism and ET may determine the development of stamens in PFs of mu oil tree, which provides an insight into plant sex differentiation mechanisms.

EPG Comparison of Sitobion avenae (Fab.) Feeding Behavior on Three Wheat Varieties

This article was to study the potential resistance mechanism of three different wheat varieties （Ww2730, Xiaoyan 22 and Batis） in the seedling stage to Sitobion avenae. The aphid feeding behavior was ascertained by stylet penetration activities monitoring using the electrical penetration graph （EPG） technique. When the aphids feed on Ww2730 seedlings, the time for the 1st duration probing was later than that on Xiaoyan 22 and Batis significantly, and the number of interrupted probing before the 1st duration probing was more than that on Xiaoyan 22 and Batis significantly, and the 1st duration probing was shorter than that on Xiaoyan 22 and Batis significantly. The durations of the stylet pierce from the extra- to the intra-cellular （pd Ⅱ-1） on Ww2730 and Xiaoyan 22 were longer than those on Batis significantly. The duration of the potential drop （pd） in C wave on Ww2730 was longer than that on Xiaoyan 22 and Batis significantly. The times and duration of the G wave （ingestion in xylem） on Ww2730 were more and longer than those on Xiaoyan 22 and Batis significantly. The times of spot G wave on Batis was more than that on Ww2730 significantly, but the duration of spot G was shorter than that on Xiaoyan 22 and Ww2730 significantly. The total time of E1 wave, the longest duration of E1 fractions, and the mean duration time of E1 fractions that followed E2 wave on Xiaoyan 22 and Batis were all significantly longer than those on Ww2730. There was no difference of the mean duration of the 1st E1 wave on the 3 varieties, but the mean durations of other E1 wave on Ww2730 and Xiaoyan 22 were shorter than those on Batis significantly. The other wave parameters, including times and durations of F and E2 were all not different on the 3 wheat varieties. It is suggested that the resistance mechanism of wheat variety Ww2730 to S. avenae is a restriction factor of feeding in epidermis, the thicker cell wall in mesophyll, and secondary metabolites or nutrition unbalance in phloem in

Prox1 Suppresses Proliferation and Drug Resistance of Retinoblastoma Cells via Targeting Notch1

Polymers and composites with high thermal conductivity are promising yet challenging for the growing demand of thermal management in electrical and electronic *** by the closest packing model,a multiscale filling Al_(2)O_(3) strategy was designed and incorporated with epoxy resin(EP)to form high thermal conductive composites in this *** composites with single filler loading were also *** microstructures,thermal,rheological,and dielectric characteristics of the multiscale filling Al_(2)O_(3)/EP composites have been *** with single-scale Al_(2)O_(3) filled epoxy based composites,it is found that the multiscale filling Al_(2)O_(3)/EP composites exhibit higher thermal conductivity under the same filler loading of 50 vol%,which is attributed to the efficient heat conduction paths formed by appropriate multiscale ***,a remarkably improved thermal conductivity of 2.707 W m^(-1) K^(-1) was acquired in Al_(2)O_(3)/EP composites at filler loading of 50 vol%(5 mm Al_(2)O_(3)(26.67 vol%),30 mm Al_(2)O_(3)(27.41 vol%)and 70 mm Al_(2)O_(3)(45.92 vol%)),which is about 1300%higher than that of the pure epoxy *** addition,the dielectric constant of the Al_(2)O_(3)/EP composites were significantly improved while keeping the dielectric loss almost *** finite element simulation further verified the effectiveness of improving the thermal conductivity of materials in the heat dissipation of electrical ***,this research provides a simple strategy for manufacturing high thermal conductive composite materials with a wide range of potential applications as packaging materials.

Hierarchical Game Approach for Optimization of Regional Integrated Energy System Clusters Considering Bounded Rationality
