Variations in the dynein axonemal heavy chain gene,dynein axonemal heavy chain 6(DNAH6),lead to multiple morphological abnormalities of the *** studies have reported that these deficiencies may result in sperm head ***,whether DNAH6 is also involved in human acrosome biogenesis remains *** purpose of this study was to investigate DNAH6 gene variants and their potential functions in the formation of defective sperm heads and ***-exome sequencing was performed on a cohort of 375 patients with asthenoteratozoospermia from the First Affiliated Hospital of Anhui Medical University(Hefei,China).Hematoxylin and eosin staining,scanning electron microscopy,and transmission electron microscopy were performed to analyze the sperm morphology and *** staining and Western blot analysis were conducted to examine the effects of genetic *** identified three novel deleterious variants in DNAH6 among three unrelated *** absence of inner dynein arms and radial spokes was observed in the sperm of patients with DNAH6 ***,deficiencies in the acrosome,abnormal chromatin compaction,and vacuole-containing sperm heads were observed in these patients with DNAH6 *** decreased levels of the component proteins in these defective structures were further confirmed in sperm from patients with DNAH6 variants using Western *** intracytoplasmic sperm injection(ICSl)treatment,the partner of one patient with a DNAH6 variant achieved successful ***,novel variants in DNAH6 genes that contribute to defects in the sperm head and flagella were identified,and the findings indicated Icsl as an effective clinical treatment for such patients.

Immobilization of cross-linked In-doped Mo(O,S)2 on cellulose nanofiber for effective organic-compound degradation under visible light illumination

Relatively small amounts of In-doped Mo(O,S)2(IMS) catalysts(10%, 20%, and 30%) were deposited on cellulose nanofiber(CNF) by cross-linking them with functional groups of siloxane and epoxy to form CNF-IMS hybrid composites. The as-prepared hybrid composites were characterized and tested their performances toward the photo degradations of cationic(MB and Rh B) and anionic(MO) dyes. As indium was doped into Mo(O,S)2lattice to form solid-solution, the charge transfer and photocarrier separation during the catalytic reaction were simultaneously enhanced as probed with electrochemical impedance spectroscopy and photoluminescence measurements, respectively. To ensure the catalyst on CNF was well deposited and recyclable, the hybrid composite was evaluated with a reusability experiment to show the stability performance in degrading organic dyes. It was found the environmentally friendly CNF-IMS hybrid composite was relatively stable during the reusability experiment, indicating no catalyst powder was leached out during the photocatalytic reaction. The photoreaction mechanism was convinced by radical-scavenging experiments to show that hydroxyl and superoxide played essential roles for the organic dye degradations in visible-light illuminated conditions. The cross-linked organic/inorganic hybrid catalyst showed a prospective visible light active material not only to solve the environmental issue due to the leaching of nanoparticles but also to lower the post-treatment/recycling cost of photocatalyst in industrial application.

Effect of Temperature Dependence on Electrical Characterization of <i>p-n</i>GaN Diode Fabricated by RF Magnetron Sputtering

The p-n junction GaN diodes were all fabricated by sputtering technique with cermet targets for p- and n-type GaN and metal targets for electrodes. The interface of these p-n junction GaN diodes examined by high-resolution transition electron microscopy was clear and distinguishable. Lattice images identified the complete dissolution of Mg into the Ga site. At the room temperature, the diode had the turn-on voltage of 2.2 V, the leakage current of 2.2 × 10–7 A, the breakdown voltage of –6 V, the barrier height of 0.56 eV, ideality factor of 5.0 by I (current)-V (voltage) test and 5.2 derived from the Cheungs’ method, and series resistance of 560 Ω. These electrical properties were investigated at different testing temperatures from room temperature to 200°C. The temperature dependence in the I-V characteristics of the p-n diodes can be successfully explained on the basis of thermionic-emission mode.

心力衰竭存在高发病率、高病死率的特征,寻求针对心力衰竭的有效治疗策略并进一步提升临床疗效一直是重要的研究方向。炎症失衡已被证明是心力衰竭的重要病理环节之一,与心功能障碍、心肌纤维化等不良事件呈正相关。近些年研究证实NOD样受体热蛋白结构域相关蛋白3(NOD-like receptor thermal protein domain-associated protein 3,NLRP3)炎症小体激活在不同因素诱导心力衰竭的炎症失衡环节中具有共性调控机制,并且部分中药及其有效成分能够显著抑制NLRP3炎症小体激活而改善心力衰竭。该文首先概述了NLRP3炎症小体的基本情况,然后总结了NLRP3炎症小体在不同因素诱导心力衰竭中的调控机制,最后介绍了近年来抑制NLRP3炎症小体而改善心力衰竭的中药及有效成分的研究进展,以期为中西医结合防治心力衰竭的创新药物研究提供参考。

Simplified lateral free field boundary based on a lumped mass system

After reviewing the studies on the lateral artificial boundaries in dynamic soil-structure interactions,the free field boundary was theoretically analyzed in asymmetric-and symmetric-matrix ***,the lumped mass system was combined with viscous or viscoelastic elements to obtain a lumped mass-free field ***,typical examples were implemented using the finite element software *** incident shear wave was taken to be perpendicular to the bottom to verify the effectiveness of the lumped mass-free field under various sites:underground structures,uniform sites,and layered ***,the accuracy of the lumped mass-free field boundary was compared with those of the viscoelastic and roller boundaries on different calculation scales,soil damping ratios,structure sizes,and ground motion ***,the engineering design values for different damping ratios are *** results show that the precision of the lumped mass-free field boundary was reasonable,and the operation was simple within the same engineering application.

直流电机的双闭环控制被广泛应用于直流拖动系统,采用的控制器是传统的PI控制器。在工程应用中,通常采用人工整定PI控制器的参数,往往不能得到最优的控制参数。同时,许多研究采用智能群算法进行整定。针对直流电机双闭环系统的PI参数整定,提出了一种基于改进遗传算法的参数整定方法。与传统遗传算法相比,改进遗传算法的整定效果更佳,具有较快的响应速度、较好的稳定性和较小的超调,更适用于对直流电机双闭环调速系统的控制参数进行整定。

GH4169合金叶片本体取样的性能对比研究

某型航空发动机用GH4169合金叶片在试验过程中发生了叶身弯曲变形故障,为了解叶片本体的材料性能,在故障叶片榫头处取样后进行组织成分分析和布氏硬度、室温拉伸、650℃高温拉伸以及持久寿命的测试,并与同批次锻件取样的性能数据进行对比。试验结果表明,故障叶片本体的成分和组织无明显异常;榫头处的布氏硬度与锻件取样测试结果相差不大;与锻件采用标准试棒测试结果相比,榫头处取出的小尺寸工字形试样的室温拉伸和高温拉伸的抗拉强度分别下降约4%和8%,持久寿命则大幅降低,下降约64%,但仍略高于设计要求,初步排除了叶片异常变形的材料原因;取自不同故障叶片试样的拉伸和持久性能相差不大,批次叶片本体性能稳定。从叶片本体取出试样获得的基础数据为叶片变形故障分析提供了试验数据支撑,试验方法也可推广应用于相关的对比测试研究。

吊车绳索吊运充液容器在工业中被广泛应用,但容器摆动与液体晃动之间的耦合动力学降低了运送的安全性和有效性。前人研究摆动-晃动耦合动力学时,将容器建模为集中质量负载,且忽略了吊钩质量对动力学的影响。提出一种全新的二维吊车吊运分布质量盛液容器系统的动力学模型,将容器考虑为刚体,并将吊钩质量考虑其中。基于动力学,提出一个全新的由整形器MZVD和光滑器FP组成的复合控制器,用于抑制容器的摆动和液体的晃动。MZVD控制器是对ZVD控制器的改进,用于减小对系统的冲击。在非线性模型上进行的一系列仿真说明了该控制方法可有效抑制系统中不期望的振荡,并对吊钩质量的变化具有很强的鲁棒性。
