The realization of light-triggered devices where light is used as external stimulus to control the device performances is a long-standing goal in modern opto-electrical interconnection *** this work,it reveals that light illumination can induce the formation of p-n junctions along two-dimensional conduction *** results indicate that the dominant charge carrier type and density in black phosphorus(BP)conduction channel can be effectively modulated by the underlying cadmium sulfide(CdS)photogate layer under light *** enables flexible switching of the working state between BP resistor and BP p-n diode in the designed semi-photo-gate transistor(SPGT)devices when switching the light on and off(ultra-low threshold light power).Simultaneously,the achieved BP p-n junctions also exhibit ultra-high photoresponsivity and evident photovoltaic *** is to say,light can be employed as external stimulus to define the BP p-n junctions,and in turn the p-n junctions will further convert the light into electrical power,showing all-in-one opto-electrical interconnection ***,the SPGT device architecture is also applicable for construction of other ambipolar semiconductor-based(WSe2-and MoTe2-based)p-n *** universal all-in-one light-triggered lateral homogeneous pn junctions with ultra-low energy consumption should open a new pathway toward novel optoelectronic devices and deliver various new applications.

13岁男童以间断腹泻、腹痛、黏液血便为主要表现,结合胃肠镜表现及病理结果,诊断为溃疡性结肠炎,先后使用激素、美沙拉嗪、英夫利昔单抗、沙利度胺、维得利珠单抗、硫唑嘌呤等药物治疗后,患儿临床症状仍有复发,内镜下提示肠道溃疡无明显改善。经过乌司奴单抗联合维得利珠单抗治疗后,患儿达到了临床缓解及黏膜愈合,期间患儿出现了难辨梭菌感染、深静脉置管后静脉血栓形成、急性血栓性浅静脉炎,经积极治疗后均好转。

Effect of biochar on grain yield and leaf photosynthetic physiology of soybean cultivars with different phosphorus efficiencies

This study was conducted with two soybean cultivars, Liaodou 13 (L13, phosphorus (P)-efficient) and Tiefeng 3 (T3, P-inefficient), to investigate the effects of biochar on soybean yield and photosynthetic physiological parameters, at four biochar application rates (0, 1, 5, and 10%, w/w), and two fertilization treatments (0 and 150 kg ha–1). Grain yield, plant biomass, P accumulation, leaf net photosynthetic rate (Pn), chlorophyll index (Chl), nitrogen balance index (NBI), sucrose phosphate synthase (SPS), and sucrose synthase (SS) activities, soluble sugar, sucrose and starch contents, and leaf area duration (LAD) were measured. Biochar had positive effects on Pn, Chl, NBI, SPS, and SS activities, and leaf soluble sugar, sucrose, and starch contents of both genotypes, these effects increased with biochar application rate. L13 benefited more efficiently from biochar than T3 did, as the grain yield of L13 significantly increased by 31.0 and 51.0%, at 5 and 10% biochar, respectively, while that of T3 increased by 40.4 at 10% biochar application rate, as compared with controls. The combined application of biochar and fertilizer boosted the positive effects described, but no difference was found for grain yield in L13 among biochar application rates, while grain yield of T3 continually increased with biochar rate, among which, 1% biochar combined with 150 kg ha–1 fertilizer resulted in T3 yield increment of more than 23%, compared with the application of 150 kg ha–1 fertilizer alone. Altogether, our results indicated that the application of biochar enhanced carbon assimilation in soybean, resulting in increased biomass accumulation and yield. Differences in genotypic responses to biochar highlight the need to consider specific cultivars and biochar rate, when evaluating the potential responses of crops to biochar.

Nanocellulose,a natural polymeric nanomaterial,has attracted significant attention in enhanced oil recovery(EOR)applications due to its abundance,nanoscale,high oil-water interfacial adsorption *** this study,surface-functionalized cellulose nanocrystals(SF-CNCs)were prepared via hy-drochloric acid hydrolysis and chemical modification,with adaptable nanosize and considerable dispersion stability in low-permeability *** SF-CNCs were structurally characterized by FT-IR,Cryo-TEM,which have a diameter of 5-10 nm and a length of 100-200 *** SF-CNC dispersions possessed higher stability and stronger salt-tolerance than those of corresponding CNC dispersions,due to the strong hydrophilicity of the sulfonic acid *** was synergistically used with a non-ionic surfactant(APG1214)to formulate a combined flooding system(0.1 wt%SF-CNC+0.2 wt%APG1214).The combined flooding system exhibits strong emulsification stability,low oil-water interfacial tension of o.03 mN/m,and the ability to alter the wettability for oil-wetting ***,the combined system was_able to provide an optimum EOR efficiency of 20.2%in low-permeability cores with 30.13×10^(-3)μm^(2).*** can enlarge the sweep volume and increase the displacement efficiency ***,the newly formulated nanocellulose/surfactant combined system exhibits a remarkable EoR performance in low-permeability reservoirs.

Polycomb group proteins are important repressors of numerous genes in higher eukaryotes. However, the mechanism by which Polycomb group proteins are recruited to specific genes is poorly understood. In Arabidopsis, LIKE HETEROCHROMATIN PROTEIN 1 （LHP1）, also known as TERMINAL FLOWER 2, was originally proposed as a subunit of polycomb repressive complex 1 （PRC1） that could bind the tri-methylated lysine 27 of histone H3 （H3K27me3） established by the PRC2. In this work, we show that LHP1 mainly functions with PRC2 to establish H3K27me3, but not with PRC1 to catalyze monoubiquitination at lysine 119 of histone H2A. Our results show that complexes of the transcription factors ASYMMETRIC LEAVES 1 （AS1） and AS2 could help to establish the H3K27me3 modification at the chromatin regions of Class-I KNOTTED＇t-like homeobox （KNOX） genes BREVIPEDICELLU5 and KNAT2 via direct interactions with LHP1. Additionally, our transcriptome analysis indicated that there are probably more common target genes of AS1 and LHP1 besides Class-I KNOX genes during leaf development in Arabidopsis.
