Schistosomiasis japonica,caused by the human blood fluke Schistosoma japonicum,remains a major public health problem in China,although great success has been *** control efforts during the past half-decade,notably the wide implementation of the new integrated strategy with emphasis on control of the source of *** infection across the country since 2004,has greatly reduced *** in humans,livestock,and intermediate host Oncomelania hupensis snails,and transmission control of schistosomiasis was achieved in China in 2015.A two-stage roadmap was therefore proposed for schistosomiasis elimination in 2015,with aims to achieve transmission interruption by 2020 and achieve disease elimination by 2025 in the *** the last two decades,a variety of approaches,which target the epidemiological factors of schistosomiasis japonica have been developed,in order to block the transmission cycle of the *** approaches have been employed in the national or local schistosomiasis control activities,and facilitated,at least in part,the progress of the schistosomiasis elimination ***,we present an approach to control the source of *** infection,three new tools for snail control,three approaches for detecting and monitoring *** infection,and a novel model for health *** approaches are considered to play a great role in the stage moving towards transmission interruption and elimination of schistosomiasis in China.

It is still a formidable challenge to simultaneously switch single-chain magnet(SCM)behavior via ligand modification and light irradiation in the field of molecular ***,we present a ligandbridged layer{[pzTpFe(CN)3]4Co2(Bib)4}·3H2O(1;pzTp,tetra-kis(1-pyrazolyl)borate;Bib,1,4-bis-(1Himidazol-1-yl)benzene)and a well-isolated double chain{[pzTpFe(CN)3]2Co(Bpi)2}·CH3CN·4H2O(2;Bpi,1-Biphenyl-4-yl-1H-imidazole)that display reversible metal-to-metal charge transfer(MMCT)between FeIII LS(μ-CN)CoII HS(μ-NC)FeIII LS(LS,low spin;HS,high spin)and FeIII LS(μ-CN)CoIII LS(μ-NC)FeII LS linkages under alternating irradiation with 808 and 532 nm *** bidirectional light irradiations induces significant changes in anisotropy and intrachain magnetic interactions,resulting in the on/off switching of SCM behavior with observable hysteresis loops by 808 and 532 nm light irradiations for both *** of the ligand modification,the SCM property of 2 with the monodentate ligand is greatly improved with a correlation length increased to 83,which is the largest correlation length among all reported light actuated ***,the influence of ligand modification on their thermally induced MMCT is also *** study provides a rational approach for the swift and reversible control of SCM behavior via ligand modified and light induced MMCT,which is crucial to the future technological demand for high-density data storage and processing.

AIM: To compare the efficacy and safety of intravitreal bevacizumab alone versus bevacizumab combined with triamcinolone acetonide in eyes with macular edema caused by central retinal vein occlusion (CRVO) in Chinese patients. METHODS: Seventy-five eyes of 75 patients were enrolled in this prospective, randomized, consecutive study. Thirty-six patients in group 1 were treated with an intravitreal injection of bevacizumab (1.25mg/0.05mL), and 39 patients in group 2 were treated with intravitreal bevacizumab (1.25mg/0.05mL) combined with triamcinolone acetonide (2mg/0.05mL). The main outcomes of the mean best corrected visual acuity (BCVA), central retinal thickness (CRT), and intraocular pressure (IOP) were measured. RESULTS: In group 1, the mean BCVA improved from 37.78 +/- 6.14 (baseline) to 48.06 +/- 3.86, 46.48 +/- 4.77 and 44.18 +/- 5.78 at four, six and twelve weeks post-injection, respectively (P<0.01, P=0.03, P=0.04). In group 2, the mean BCVA improved from 35.92 +/- 6.20 (baseline) to 50.69 +/- 4.22, 48.76 +/- 5.59 and 45.70 +/- 6.56 at the same time points (P<0.01 each). However, there was no significant differences in the mean BCVA (F=0.043, P=0.836) and CRT (F=0.374, P=0.544) between these two groups. During the follow-up, five patients in group 1 and six patients in group 2 with high IOP were controlled with anti-glaucoma drugs. CONCLUSION: Intravitreal injection of bevacizumab alone or combined with triamcinolone acetonide has a short beneficial effect in Chinese patients with macular edema caused by CRVO, but there is no significant difference between the two groups.

利用自主开发的程序对某四级风扇进行了特性计算,一方面是为了发动机整机的匹配,另一方面是为了校核程序对多级压气机的数值模拟精度.程序采用标准k-ε湍流模型计算湍流黏性系数,为了避免计算过程中由湍流模型方程带来的数值刚性问题,对湍流模型方程中的源项作了隐式处理.转静子之间的数据传递采用了掺混界面法.通过对一个单级风扇进行计算,并与常用的几种商用软件计算结果以及实验结果进行对比,初步验证了程序计算结果的可靠性.进一步对某四级风扇进行了计算分析,发现程序计算精度较好,可用于工程设计中.

宫颈癌手术患者住院费用的影响因素分析

目的分析宫颈癌手术患者住院费用的主要影响因素,为进一步进行标准临床路径的管理、管控医疗成本、降低患者医疗费用提供参考。方法调取山东省某市三甲医院2020-2021年收治的450例宫颈癌手术患者的病例资料,收集年龄、住院天数、医疗付费方式、主要诊断、手术方式、是否纳入临床路径、住院总费用等资料。采用非参数检验、多元线性回归法对影响患者住院费用的因素进行分析。结果450例宫颈癌手术患者的住院费用中位数为24880.28元,其中治疗费用(占29.75%)、耗材费用(占28.28%)以及手术费用(占15.61%)占比较高。不同年龄(P=0.007)、住院天数(P<0.001)、住院次数(P=0.007)、医疗付费方式(P=0.039)、是否使用腔镜(P<0.001)、是否纳入临床路径(P<0.001)宫颈癌手术住院患者的住院费用差异均有统计学意义。纳入临床路径的宫颈癌患者住院天数缩短,住院总费用、手术费用、耗材费用、西药费用、综合服务类费用、抗菌药物的费用均下降(P<0.001)。住院天数(t=11.065)、是否纳入临床路径(t=-6.764)、是否使用腔镜(t=-4.923)是宫颈癌手术患者住院费用的影响因素(P<0.001)。结论住院天数、是否纳入临床路径及是否使用腹腔镜是宫颈癌手术患者住院费用的影响因素。

AIM To evaluate the effectiveness and safety of combined ursodeoxycholic acid and percutaneous transhepatic balloon dilation for management of gallstones after expulsion of common bile duct(CBD) *** From April 2014 to May 2016, 15 consecutive patients(6 men and 9 women) aged 45-86(mean, 69.07 ± 9.91) years suffering from CBD stones associated with gallstones were evaluated. Good gallbladder contraction function was confirmed by type B ultrasonography. Dilation of the CBD and cystic duct was detected. Percutaneous transhepatic balloon dilation of the papilla was performed, ursodeoxycholic acid was administered, and all patients had a high-fat diet. All subjects underwent repeated cholangiography, and percutaneous transhepatic removal was carried out in patients with secondary CBD stones originating from the gallbladder. RESULTS All patients underwent percutaneous transhepatic balloon dilation with a primary success rate of 100%. The combined therapy was successful in 86.7% of patients with concomitant CBD stones and gallstones. No remaining stones were detected in the gallbladder. Transient adverse events include abdominal pain(n = 1), abdominal distension(n = 1), and fever(n = 1). Complications were treated successfully via nonsurgical management without long-term complications. No procedure-related mortality occurred. CONCLUSION For patients with concomitant CBD stones and gallstones, after percutaneous transhepatic removal of primary CBD stones, oral ursodeoxycholic acid and a high-fat diet followed by percutaneous transhepatic removal of secondary CBD stones appear to be a feasible and effective option for management of gallstones.
