A weakly-solvated ether-based electrolyte for fast-charging graphite anode

Weakly-solvated electrolytes(WSEs)utilizing solvents with weak coordination ability offer advantages for low-potential graphite anode owing to their facile desolvation process and anions-derived inorganic-rich solid electrolyte interphase(SEI)***,these electrolytes face challenges in achieving a balance between the weak solvation affinity and high ionic conductivity,as well as between rigid inorganic-rich SEI and flexible SEI for long-term ***,we introduce 1,3-dioxolane(DOL)and lithium bis(trifluoromethanesulfonyl)-imide(LiTFSI)as functional additives into a WSE based on nonpolar cyclic ether(1,4-dioxane).The well-formulated WSE not only preserves the weakly solvated features and anion-dominated solvation sheath,but also utilizes DOL to contribute organic species for stabilizing the SEI *** from these merits,the optimized electrolyte enables graphite anode with excellent fast-charging performance(210 mAh/g at 5 C)and outstanding cycling stability(600 cycles with a capacity retention of 82.0%at room temperature and 400 cycles with a capacity retention of 80.4%at high temper-ature).Furthermore,the fabricated LiNi_(0.8)Co_(0.1)Mn_(0.1)O_(2)||graphite full cells demonstrate stable operation for 140 cycles with high capacity retention of 80.3%.This work highlights the potential of tailoring solvation sheath and interphase properties in WSEs for advanced electrolyte design in graphite-based lithium-ion batteries.

叶片加长是有效提升风电机组出力的手段。在叶尖进行加长时需要考虑叶片的预弯。为分析加长段预弯设计对大型风电机组气动特性的影响,以DTU 10MW风电机组为模型,采用CFD数值模拟方法,研究直叶尖加长和预弯叶尖加长两种叶片加长方式对风电机组气动性能的影响,分析叶片延长段不同展向截面的气动力和周围流场的流动特性。研究结果表明,当叶片型线投影长度相等时,两种加长叶片推力增幅基本一致,预弯加长叶片功率增量约为直加长叶片的60%;预弯角使得截面翼型吸力面弦长前半段负压减小,导致翼型上下表面压差减小。叶尖三维流动增大了叶片和周围流体的摩擦损耗,预弯设计进一步增加了叶片附近流向和径向速度的扰动,使得叶尖三维效应作用范围更广,风能吸收效率降低。研究成果可为大型风电机组叶片加长改造提供参考。

BACKGROUND This report describes a case of intracranial multiple inflammatory pseudotumors(IP)after endoscopic resection of a craniopharyngioma,which is relatively rarely reported in the literature,and neurosurgeons should be aware of its *** SUMMARY Herein,we report the case of a 56-year-old man who developed decreased visual acuity and blurred vision without obvious cause or inducement on April 27,*** seek further treatment,he went to the Department of Neurosurgery,Clinical Medical College,Yangzhou *** falling ill,there was no nausea,vomiting,limb convulsions,obvious disturbance of consciousness,speech disorders,cough,or persistent *** neurological examination findings were normal,and pituitary magnetic resonance imaging(MRI)revealed multiple nodules with abnormal signals in the sellar *** diagnosis was *** performed total resection of the tumor via transnasal endoscopy,and the postoperative pathology suggested that the type of tumor was *** months after the operation,the patient experienced sudden hearing loss in the right ear,tinnitus in both ears,and numbness on the right side of the face and ***,cranial MRI showed multiple *** steroid hormone and anti-inflammatory therapy,the above symptoms did not significantly ***,the patient's symptoms were well improved by surgery,and the postoperative pathological diagnosis was multiple *** Intracranial inflammatory pseudotumor is a benign disease with slow progression,but the clinical symptoms and imaging findings are not typical,there are no pathological findings,and the diagnosis is relatively *** of the cases are treated by surgical resection,and the prognosis is good after surgery.

An Improved Golden Jackal Optimization Algorithm Based on Multi-strategy Mixing for Solving Engineering Optimization Problems

A partition-type tubular scaffold loaded with PDGF-releasing microspheres for spinal cord repair facilitates the directional migration and growth of cells

The best tissue-engineered spinal cord grafts not only match the structural characteristics of the spinal cord but also allow the seed cells to grow and function in ***-derived growth factor（PDGF） has been shown to promote the migration of bone marrow stromal cells;however,cytokines need to be released at a steady rate to maintain a stable concentration in ***,new methods are needed to maintain an optimal concentration of cytokines over an extended period of time to effectively promote seed cell localization,proliferation and *** the present study,a partition-type tubular scaffold matching the anatomical features of the thoracic 8–10 spinal cord of the rat was fabricated using chitosan and then subsequently loaded with chitosan-encapsulated PDGF-BB microspheres（PDGF-MSs）.The PDGF-MS-containing scaffold was then examined in vitro for sustained-release capacity,biocompatibility,and its effect on neural progenitor cells differentiated in vitro from multilineage-differentiating stress-enduring cells（MUSE-NPCs）.We found that pre-freezing for 2 hours at-20°C significantly increased the yield of partition-type tubular scaffolds,and 30 μL of 25% glutaraldehyde ensured optimal crosslinking of *** resulting PDGF-MSs cumulatively released 52% of the PDGF-BB at 4 weeks in vitro without burst *** PDGF-MS-containing tubular scaffold showed suitable biocompatibility towards MUSE-NPCs and could promote the directional migration and growth of these *** findings indicate that the combination of a partition-type tubular scaffold,PDGF-MSs and MUSENPCs may be a promising model for the fabrication of tissue-engineered spinal cord grafts.

Data-driven casting defect prediction model for sand casting based on random forest classification algorithm

The complex sand-casting process combined with the interactions between process parameters makes it difficult to control the casting quality,resulting in a high scrap rate.A strategy based on a data-driven model was proposed to reduce casting defects and improve production efficiency,which includes the random forest(RF)classification model,the feature importance analysis,and the process parameters optimization with Monte Carlo *** collected data includes four types of defects and corresponding process parameters were used to construct the RF *** results show a recall rate above 90% for all *** Gini Index was used to assess the importance of the process parameters in the formation of various defects in the RF ***,the classification model was applied to different production conditions for quality *** the case of process parameters optimization for gas porosity defects,this model serves as an experimental process in the Monte Carlo method to estimate a better temperature *** prediction model,when applied to the factory,greatly improved the efficiency of defect *** show that the scrap rate decreased from 10.16% to 6.68%.

Experimental study on wax deposition of highly paraffinic oil in intermittent gas-oil flow in pipelines

Oil-gas two phase wax deposition is a fairly common and open-ended question in flow assurance of multiphase transportation *** paper investigated the two main aspects of oil-gas two phase wax deposition layer:apparent thickness and crystal structure characteristics.A typical highly paraffinic oil in Bohai Sea,China,was used as the experimental material to investigate the wax deposition thickness in oil-gas two phase under the influence of different oil temperatures,superficial gas/liquid phase velocities and gas-oil ratios by using multiphase flow loop experimental *** as in the classical theory of wax molecular diffusion,it showed that wax deposition thickness of oil-gas two phase increased with increasing oil *** of the impact of different superficial phase velocities found that the actual liquid flow heat transfer and shear stripping was the gas phase dominant mechanisms determining wax deposit *** addition,the crystal structure of the wax deposition layer was characterized with the help of small-angle X-ray scattering(SAXS)for different circumferential positions,flow rates and gas-oil *** bottom deposition layer had a complex crystal structure and high hardness,which were subject to change over flow rate ***,the SAXS results provided evidence that the indirect effect of the actual liquid velocity modified by the gas phase was the main *** study of the effect of gas phase on the wax deposition of oil-gas two phase will help shed light onto the mechanism by which this important process *** findings address a very urgent need in the field of wax deposition of highly paraffinic oil to understand the flow security of oilgas two phase that occurs easily in multiphase field pipelines.

Identification of key genes and related pathways in hepatocarcinoma usingbioinformatics analysis

Objective Various treatments have greatly reduced the mortality of hepatocellular carcinoma （HCC）. However, few therapies could be performed in advanced HCC. Therefore, understanding the characteristics of HCC at the level of the whole transcriptome can help prevent the progression of HCC. Methods： The aim of this study was to identify differently expressed genes and potent pathways between normal liver and HCC tissues. The gene expression profiles of GSE104627 were downloaded from Gene Expression Omnibus database. The Gene Ontology and Kyoto Encyclopedia of Genes and Genomes pathway enrichment analyses were performed and protein-protein interaction network of the differentially expressed genes were constructed by Cytoscape software. Results： In total, 880 differently expressed genes were identified between normal and tumor tissues, including 554 up-regulated genes and 326 down-regulated genes. Gene Ontology analysis results showed that the up-regulated genes were significantly enriched in establishment of RNA localization, nucleic acid transport, RNA transport, RNA localization and nucleobase, nucleoside, nucleotide and nucleic acid transport. Kyoto Encyclopedia of Genes and Genomes pathway analysis showed the up-regulated genes were enriched in axon guidance, dorso-ventral axis formation and pathways in cancer. The top 10 hub genes were identified from the protein - protein interaction network, and sub-networks revealed these genes were involved in significant pathways, including G protein-coupled receptors signaling pathway, signaling pathway via MAPK and extracellular matrix organization. Conclusion： The present study described the differently expressed genes between normal tissues and HCC tissues from the level of gene transcription. The possible signaling pathways involved in the development of HCC and related molecules involved were analyzed. However, further laboratory and clinical validation is still needed.
