Efficacy of different analgesic or sedative drug therapies in pediatric patients with congenital heart disease undergoing surgery: a network meta-analysis

Background Surgery is an effective therapy for congenital heart disease (CHD) and the management after surgery poses challenges for the clinical *** performed this network meta-analysis to enhance the corresponding evidence with respect to the relative efficacy of different drug treatments applied after the CHD *** Embase and PubMed were systematically retrieved to identify all published controlled trials investigating the effectiveness of drugs for patients up to 25 August,*** differences (MD),odds ratios and their 95% credible intervals (CrIs) were used to evaluate multi-aspect *** under cumulative ranking curve (SUCRA) was used to analyze the relative ranking of different treatments in each *** Compared to saline,all the drugs achieved better preference under the efficacy endpoints except fentanyl in *** for ventilator time,all drugs were more effective than saline while only the difference of dexmedetomidine was statistically obvious (MD =6.92,95% CrIs 1.77-12.54).Under the endpoint of ICU time,dexmedetomidine was superior to saline as well (MD =1.26,95% CrIs 0.11-2.45).When all the endpoints were taken into consideration and with the help of ranking probabilities and SUCRA values,fentanyl combined with dexmedetomidine was one of the recommended drugs due to its shorter time on ventilator and stay in hospital as well as lower *** Overall,based on the comprehensive consideration of all the endpoints,fentanyl combined with dexmedetomidine was considered to be the best-recommended clinical interventions among all the methods.

n-type Polycrystalhne Si Thick Films Deposited on SiN_x-coated Metallurgical Grade Si Substrates

For photovoltaic applications,low-cost SiNx-coated metallurgical grade silicon（MG-Si） wafers were used as substrates for polycrystalline silicon（poly-Si） thick films deposition at temperatures ranging from 640 to880 ℃ by thermal chemical vapor deposition.X-ray diffraction and Raman results indicated that high-quality poly-Si thick films were deposited at 880 ℃.To obtain n-type poly-Si,the as-deposited poly-Si films were annealed at 880 ℃ capped with a phosphosilicate *** properties of the n-type poly-Si thick films were investigated by four-probe and Hall *** carrier concentration and electron mobility of the n-type poly-Si film was estimated to be 1.7 x 1019cm-3and 68.1 cm2V-1s-1,*** poly-Si thick films deposited on MG-Si wafers are very promising for photovoltaic applications.

Reduction Behavior With CO Under Micro-Fluidized Bed Conditions

To process optimization and improve the degree of reduction, a two-step experiment was designed. The experiment was carried out in the micro-fluidized bed. The reactor in the micro-fluidized bed is operated as a differential reactor to ensure an equal temperature and residence time with the reactor volume. The experiment used Brazilian iron ore and reducing gas of CO. The operating temperature was 400 to 800 ℃ and the residence time was between 10 and 60 min. In correspondence with experiment, microscopic technique was applied too. The test shows that temperature and residence time of the pre-reduction stage have an important effect on the degree of reduction. By using two-step experiment, the maximum value of reduction degree increases by 44.1% compared with the maximum value of traditional reduction experiment. Microscopic analysis shows that the specific surface area, surface morphology and texture of reduced iron ore after pre-reduction stage have an important effect on the degree of final reduction too.

The coronavirus disease 2019(COVID-19)pandemic has devastated global *** key host factors essential for SARS-CoV-2 RNA replication is expected to unravel cellular targets for the development of broad-spectrum antiviral drugs which have been quested for the preparedness of future viral ***,we have identified host proteins that associate with nonstructural protein 12(nsp12),the RNA-dependent RNA polymerase(RdRp)of SARS-CoV-2 using a mass spectrometry(MS)-based proteomic *** the candidate factors,CDK2(Cyclin-dependent kinase 2),a member of cyclin-dependent kinases,interacts with nsp12 and causes its phosphorylation at T20,thus facilitating the assembly of the RdRp complex consisting of nsp12,nsp7 and nsp8 and promoting efficient synthesis of viral *** crucial role of CDK2 in viral RdRp function is further supported by our observation that CDK2 inhibitors potently impair viral RNA synthesis and SARS-CoV-2 *** together,we have discovered CDK2 as a key host factor of SARS-CoV-2 RdRp complex,thus serving a promising target for the development of SARS-CoV-2 RdRp inhibitors.

ON THE PROBLEM OF INSTABILITY IN THE DIMENSIONS OF SPLINE SPACES OVER T-MESHES WITH T-CYCLES

The T-meshes are local modification of rectangular meshes which allow T-junctions. The splines over T-meshes are involved in many fields, such as finite element methods, CAGD etc. The dimension of a spline space is a basic problem for the theories and applications of splines. However, the problem of determining the dimension of a spline space is difficult since it heavily depends on the geometric properties of the partition. In many cases, the dimension is unstable. In this paper, we study the instability in the dimensions of spline spaces over T-meshes by using the smoothing cofactor-conformality method. The modified dimension formulas of spline spaces over T-meshes with T-cycles are also presented. Moreover, some examples are given to illustrate the instability in the dimensions of the spline spaces over some special meshes.

以三维激光测绘数据为基础,借鉴考古类型学方法,将偶园假山分为1~4号山体,归纳为“岩壁”“山顶”“麓坡”三种类型解析其形制结构。同时,运用“文献实例互证”和“景观形式分析”方法,参照《园冶》《画荃》等园论画论,分析偶园假山的风格形式、游线组织和空间体验,阐述其营造手法和园林意匠。认为偶园假山承袭明代衡王府奇松园的植物和地形基础,较好地保存了清康熙年间全盛时期的景象风貌,反映了园主冯溥的审美取向和叠山家张南垣、张然父子的技法风格,具备鲜明的时代、地域特征和高超的营造水准,同时见证了江南与北方园林叠山理法的文化交流,具有重要的遗产价值。

Bangong-Nujiang collisional zone(BNCZ)is an older one in qinghai-Tibet Plateau and resulted in the famous Bangong-Nujiang metallogenic belt,which plays an important role in evaluating the formation and uplift mechanism of *** northern and central Lhasa Terrane composed the southern part of the *** ore deposits can be used as markers of geodynamic evolution,the authors carried 1∶50000 stream sedimental geochemical exploration in the Xiongmei area in the Northern Lhasa Terrane to manifest the mineralization,and based on this mineralization with geochemical and chronological characteristics of related magmatic rocks to constrain their geodynamics and connection with the evolution of the Lhasa *** authors find Early Cretaceous magma mainly resulted in Cu,Mo mineralization,Late Cretaceous magma mainly resulted in Cu,Mo,and W mineralization in the studying *** results suggest a southward subduction,slab rolling back and break-off,and thickened lithosphere delamination successively occurred within the Northern Lhasa Terrane.

【目的】采用数据挖掘技术挖掘国医大师禤国维教授治疗儿童特应性皮炎的组方用药规律。【方法】收集禤国维教授门诊治疗儿童特应性皮炎的有效病例的病案资料,采用频数统计、关联规则分析、聚类分析等方法对录入的病案数据进行统计分析。【结果】共收录处方242首,涉及中药101味。常用药物为23味,高频药物(频数>100次)共16味,分别为甘草、防风、北沙参、紫苏叶、麦冬、徐长卿、布渣叶、白鲜皮、玄参、薏苡仁、蝉蜕、百合、生地黄、地肤子、茯神、芡实。药物的性味归经分析显示,药物大多偏甘寒,主要归脾、胃、肝经。关联规则分析得到常用药物组合24个,关联规则20条。聚类分析得到2个核心药物组合。【结论】禤国维治疗儿童特应性皮炎以“清、补、和”三法为主,“扶正御邪,平调阴阳”的用药原则贯穿治疗始终。

Formulation of thermo-hydro-mechanical coupling behavior of unsaturated soils based on hybrid mixture theory

Thermo-Hydro-Mechanical （THM） coupling pro- cesses in unsaturated soils are very important in both theoretical researches and engineering applications. A coupled formulation based on hybrid mixture theory is derived to model the THM coupling behavior of unsaturated soils. The free-energy and dissipative functions for different phases are derived from Taylor＇s series expansions. Constitutive relations for THM coupled behaviors of unsaturated soils, which include deformation, entropy change, fluid flow, heat conduction, and dynamic compatibility conditions on the interfaces, are then established. The number of field equations is shown to be equal to the number of unknown variables; thus, a closure of this coupling problem is established. In addition to modifications of the physical conservation equations with coupling effect terms, the constitutive equations, which consider the coupling between elastoplastic deformation of the soil skeleton, fluid flow, and heat transfer, are also derived.

A novel pressure difference-induced perforation aortic stent-grafts system： an experimental study

Background Most of endovascular stent-graft modifications to preserve side branch must be customized according to extensive pre-operative assessment, which may not be possible in many hospitals and emergency settings. The study was to develop a novel stent-grafts system that would allow in situ ＂fenestration＂, with less reliance on preoperative imaging. Methods The magnitude of pressure difference （PD） between left subclavian artery （LSA） and aortic arch were measured in 12 experimental pigs. Changes of PD before and after LSA was covered were analyzed respectively. The novel stent graft was made by multi-dimensional and multiple textiles forming technology. According to the PD measurement in pigs, we evaluated the feasibility of the stent-graft in a mock circulation system. Results In pigs, the blood pressure of aortic arch was significantly higher than that of LSA after it was covered （P 〈0.001） and PD was （42.78±5.17） mmHg. After target vessel was covered and when PD between the LSA and aorta reached the magnitude measured in pigs, contrast media oozed from the cranny of graft to the LSA, which was generated by sliding and deformation of yarns of novel stent-graft. Conclusions The study proposes the design of pressure difference-induced perforation aortic stent-grafts system and verifies that the PD between LSA and aortic arch is high enough to allow in situ ＂fenestration＂ by stent graft made by multi-dimensional and multiple textiles forming technoloav.
