Combining photodynamic therapy(PDT)with chemodynamic therapy(CDT)has been proven to be a promising strategy to improve the treatment efficiency of cancer,because of the synergistic therapeutic effect arising between the two ***,we report an inorganic nanoagent based on ternary NiCoTi-layered double hydroxide(NiCoTi-LDH)nanosheets to realize highly efficient photodynamic/chemodynamic synergistic *** NiCoTi-LDH nanosheets exhibit oxygen vacancy-promoted electron-hole separation and photogenerated holeinduced O_(2)-independent reactive oxygen species(ROS)generation under acidic circumstances,realizing in situ pH-responsive ***,due to the effective conversion between Co^(3+)and Co^(2+)caused by photogenerated electrons,the NiCoTi-LDH nanosheets catalyze the release of hydroxyl radicals(-OH)from H_(2)O_(2)through Fenton reactions,resulting in *** irradiation enhances the catalyzed ability of the NiCoTi-LDH nanosheets to promote the ROS generation,resulting in a better performance than TiO_(2)nanoparticles at pH *** vitro and in vivo experimental results show conclusively that NiCoTi-LDH nanosheets plus irradiation lead to efficient cell apoptosis and significant inhibition of tumor *** study reports a new pH-responsive inorganic nanoagent with oxygen vacancy-promoted photodynamic/chemodynamic synergistic performance,offering a potentially appealing clinical strategy for selective tumor elimination.

The complexities of energy transfer mechanisms in the flagella of mammalian sperm flagella have been intensively investigated and demonstrate significant diversity across *** shuttles,particularly adenylate kinase(AK)and creatine kinase(CK),are pivotal in the efficient transfer of intracellular ATP,showing distinct tissue-and ***,the expression profiles of AK and CK were investigated in mice and found to fall into four subgroups,of which Subgroup III AKs were observed to be unique to the male reproductive system and conserved across *** AK8 and AK9 were found to be indispensable to male reproduction after analysis of an infertile male *** mouse models showed that AK8 and AK9 were central to promoting sperm *** combined with mass spectrometry revealed that AK8 and AK9 interact with the radial spoke(RS)of the *** of various human and mouse sperm samples with substructural damage,including the presence of multiple RS subunits,showed that the head of radial spoke 3 acts as an adapter for AK9 in the flagellar *** an ATP probe together with metabolomic analysis,it was found that AK8 and AK9 cooperatively regulated ATP transfer in the axoneme,and were concentrated at sites associated with energy consumption in the *** findings indicate a novel function for RS beyond its structural role,namely,the regulation of ATP *** conclusion,the results expand the functional spectrum of AK proteins and suggest a fresh model regarding ATP transfer within mammalian flagella.

Potential value of detection of minimal residual disease in colorectal cancer following radical resection

Although there has been significant advancement in the identification and management of colorectal cancer(CRC)in recent years, there is still room for improvement in the current standard treatment regimen. One area of concern is the lack of reliable tumor markers to predict treatment efficacy and guide tailored care. Due to its dynamic,effective, and non-invasive benefits over tissue biopsy, the detection of minimal or molecular residual lesions(MRD) based on circulating tumor DNA(ctDNA) is beneficial to the clinical development of drugs for patients with CRC after radical treatment, as well as for continuous monitoring of tumor recurrence and malignancy molecular gene evolution. The detection of ctDNA can currently be used to guide individual postoperative auxiliary treatment decisions(upgrade or downgrade treatment) in CRC, stratify the risk of clinical recurrence more precisely, and predict the risk of recurrence in advance of imaging examination, according to a large number of observational or prospective clinical studies. With increasing clarity comes the possibility of selecting a regimen of treatment based on postoperative ctDNA, which also improves the accuracy of clinical recurrence risk assessment for CRC. Therefore, it is anticipated that the identification of ctDNA would alter the current framework for dealing with CRC and lead to individualized, stratified precision therapy; however, additional confirmation will require subsequent high-quality, prospective, large-scale randomized controlled studies. This article will provide an overview of the definition and clinical significance of MRD, the primary indications and technological challenges for MRD detection, along with the advancement in clinical research about ctDNA detection following radical resection of the CRC.

Simulation Study of Solid Rocket Motor C/C Throat Liner Ablation Based on Two Regions

Based on the ablation micro-morphological characteristics, thermo-chemical ablation mechanism, and mechanical stripping mechanism, a dual-region solid rocket motor C/C throat liner ablation model and physical model are established. The ablation program was written and the experimental data of 70 lb BATES engine platform was used for model validation. The relative errors between the simulation calculation results and the experimental results were −6.83% - 10.20%. The ablation program was applied to study the effects of combustion chamber temperature, pressure, oxidation component concentration, throat particle concentration and particle scouring angle on the nozzle throat liner, which provides a reference for the design of the nozzle throat liner and the estimation of solid rocket motor ablation.

Research on the Nursing Effect of Glycolipids on Acne Skin

Glycolipids are lipid compounds, which are a type of amphiphilic molecules containing glycosyl ligands. This experiment studied the efficacy of glycolipids on acne skin care from the aspects of antibacterial, antiinflammatory, anti-allergic, oil-control, soothing and repair. Research results show that glycolipids have excellent antibacterial properties against P. acnes; when the dosage of glycolipids reaches 10 μg/mL, the inhibition rate of glycolipids on lipid synthesis in SZ95 cells can reach 20%; glycolipids can induce LPS induction RAW264.7 cells have the inhibitory effect on the release of inflammatory factors IL-6 and NO; when the glycolipids concentration is 15 mg/mL, the inhibition rate of glycolipids on hyaluronidase reaches 45.8%; when the glycolipids concentration is 25 μg/mL, the inhibition rate on calcium ion concentration reaches 45.3%; glycolipids have a significant promoting effect on wound healing. Furthermore, human efficacy evaluation shows that glycolipids products have comprehensive care effects on acne skin. This study will help further promote the application of glycolipids in cosmetic products, especially in skin care products for acne skin.

新《行政处罚法》增设第41条,其意义在于确立了以“利用电子技术监控设备”为代表的自动化行政在事实认定方面的规范基础,并非构建了一种独立于传统行政程序的新型程序。事实认定由两阶段构成,先形成一定的基础事实,再结合证明标准完成案件事实的推断。基础事实本质上属于法律事实,自动化行政虽能高效获取外在的客观事实,但为确保其符合证据特性仍应经人工审核方能升格为法律事实。基于自动化行政所形成的基础事实并不等同于最终的案件事实。首先,当行政相对人提出异议时,行政机关仍应履行全面调查义务。其次,行政机关得于个案中结合证明标准判断最终的案件事实是否清楚。若案件适用简易程序,则选取优势证明标准,可从电子基础事实出发推断待证事实;若案件适用普通程序,无论采高度盖然性证明标准抑或排除合理怀疑证明标准,均无法基于电子基础事实直接推断待证事实。至此,围绕第41条的电子数据“定案孤证说”无从证立。

目的探讨正常体质指数维持性血液透析(MHD)患者腰围身高比(WHtR)与肌少症性肥胖(SO)的关系。方法多中心横断面研究。2021年6月1日至8月30日,在贵州省20家血液透析中心对正常体质指数成年MHD患者进行调查。通过基于生物电阻抗谱的身体成分监测仪评估人体成分,根据WHtR四分位数将患者分为Q1~Q4四组。通过多因素logistic回归模型、分层分析、交互分析及受试者工作特征(ROC)曲线分析评估正常体质指数血液透析患者WHtR与SO的相关性。结果共纳入2207例MHD患者,男1341例,女866例,年龄[M(Q_(1),Q_(3))]为57(44,68)岁。随着WHtR四分位数增加,SO的患病率也随之升高,Q1、Q2、Q3、Q4组患者SO患病率分别为8.6%(46/533)、22.5%(141/628)、35.4%(215/608)和44.3%(194/438)。多因素logistic回归分析结果显示,在校正年龄、性别、透析时间、体质指数、生化指标和各类疾病史后,与Q1组患者相比,Q2~Q4组MHD患者的SO发生风险分别增加了1.54倍(OR=2.54,95%CI:1.69~3.83,P<0.001)、3.30倍(OR=4.30,95%CI:2.88~6.42,P<0.001)和4.18倍(OR=5.18,95%CI:3.37~7.96,P<0.001)。交互作用分析结果显示,年龄、性别和糖尿病史在WHtR与SO的关联中具有交互作用(均P<0.05)。WHtR与SO的关联在不同的亚组中稳定存在,但在男性、年龄较大、无糖尿病史的患者中更为明显(均P<0.05)。在男性患者中WHtR识别SO的ROC曲线下面积(AUC)为0.73(95%CI:0.70~0.75),cut-off值为0.49,灵敏度72.7%,特异度60.3%;在女性患者中WHtR识别SO的AUC为0.68(95%CI:0.65~0.71),cut-off值为0.51,灵敏度70.1%,特异度57.8%。结论WHtR可作为一种简便的指标评估正常体质指数MHD患者的SO患病风险。
