The Central Asian Orogenic Belt,as one of world-class gold economic belts,preserves a number of giant,large black shale-hosted gold deposits,while it is still debated for origin of sulfides and gold mainly due to lack of identification for multiple stages of *** Haoyaoerhudong gold deposit is hosted in a sequence of Mesoproterozoic carbonaceous and pyritic slate,phyllite,and schist that form a tight syncline along the north margin of the North China *** petrography of the host rocks and mineralization have defined five stages of *** earliest form of pyrite(Py_(1))occurs as fine-grained dispersed pyrite in black carbonaceous slate and medium-to coarse-grained disseminated pyrite in pyrite-rich layers,contains relative low gold and high arsenic content,indicating a syn-sedimentary or diagenetic in *** Ⅱ pyrite(Py_(2))occurs with garnet and quartz inclusions and Py_(3) occurs as pyrite veins,contains higher gold and lower As content,and are interpreted to have formed from the dissolution-reprecipitation of Py_(1) during the peak metamorphism or post-peak *** Ⅳ pyrite(Py_(4))from the pyrite-quartz veins crosscut the metamorphic garnet,contains the highest gold concentrations and other trace elements,and is considered to have formed post-peak *** native gold,electrum,and maldonite occur as inclusions within Py_(4) and monazite and in fractures that crosscut ***,Py_(5) with typical remobilized feature is thought to be a product of melting of former pyrites(Py_(1) to Py_(4))triggered by the large-scale Hercynian *** sedimentary/diagenetic Py_(1) have δ^(34)S values that range from +12.4‰to +16.2‰.Later generations of sulfides,including Py_(2) to Py_(5),and Ccp_(2) to Ccp_(3),have δ^(34)S values from +9.5‰to +12.7‰.Monazite with maldonite inclusions from quartz-pyrite veins yielded an intercept age of 341.3±6.6 Ma,while coarse grained monazite associated biotite along fractures in the

Objective： Hepatocellular carcinoma （HCC） is still one of the most common death-related malignancies worldwide. Because the way onset and progression are hidden most, HCC diagnoses are made at an advanced stage, when they are unsuitable for surgical resection. MicroRNAs are a class of small non-coding RNAs, participating in many aspects of cancers. In this study, we tried to establish the role of micreRNA-718 （miR-718） in the malignant phenotype of HCC cells and its possible role in HCC diagnosis. Methods： Here we first used a methylthiazolyldiphenyl- tetrazolium bromide （MTT） assay, Transwell migration and invasion assays, and colony formation assay to evaluate the impact of miR-718 on the malignant phenotypes of HCC cells. Then, we used bioinformatic methods to predict the target gene of miR-718 and used green fluorescence protein （GFP） reporter assay, Western blot, and quantitative real-time polymerase chain reaction （qRT-PCR） to validate the regulation relationship. Finally, we determined the role of the target gene in the HCC phenotype. Results： We found that the expression of miR-718 was significantly reduced in various HCC cell lines and HCC tissues. Re-expression of miR-718 significantly reduced the cellular viability and colony formation ability as well as inhibited the migration and invasion abilities of HCC cell lines. Early growth response protein 3 （EGR3） is a direct target of miR-718 and is negatively regulated by miR-718. EGR3 could increase the via- bility and proliferation of HCC cells, and promot the migration and invasion of HCC cells. Conclusions： miR-718 acts as a tumor suppressive microRNA in HCC via regulating the expression of EGR3, which may provide a new diagnostic 07） found that overexpreget for HCC.

A novel photothermal drive method was proposed. A novel photothermal micro-actuator （PTA） was developed with this method. We introduced the deflection mechanism of the asymmetric expansive arms with different widths. When a beam of infrared laser irradiates the arms, the different increase temperature and photothermal expansion controlled by the different rates of specific surface area cause a magnified lateral deflection. A prototyping micro-actuator of 1000 μm length was manufactured by using anexcimer laser micromachining system, and using polypropylene material. Experiments have been carded out to check the feasibility of deflection, with a laser diode （650 nm） as the external power source to activate the micro-actuator. The results show that the actuator can practically generate an obvious lateral deflection without considering the size or the location of the irradiated light spot strictly. The deflection status of the micro-actuator could be controlled remotely from 0 μm to 14.33 μm by changing the laser power from 0 mW to 10 mW. This kind of novel PTA is quite simple and convenient for operation. It will be quite useful for the applications in the fields of micro/nano-technology and with large displacement/actuation force and remote controlling.

AIM:To investigate the clinicopathologic features of bile duct tumor thrombus(BDTT) occurrence after treatment of primary small hepatocellular carcinoma(sHCC) .METHODS:A total of 423 patients with primary sHCC admitted to our hospital underwent surgical resection or local *** follow-up,only six patients were hospitalized due to obstructive jaundice,which occurred 5-76 mo after initial *** clinicopathologic features of these six patients were ***:Six patients underwent hepatic resection(n=5) or radio-frequency ablation(n=1) due to primary *** cases had an R1 resection margin,and one case had an ablative margin less than 5.0 *** vascular infiltration,microsatellites or bile duct/canaliculus affection was noted in the initial resected *** the follow-up,imaging studies revealed a macroscopic BDTT extending to the common bile duct in all six *** patients had a concomitant intrahepatic recurrent *** re-resection of intrahepatic recurrent tumors and removal of BDTTs(n=4) ,BDTT removal through choledochotomy(n= 1) ,and conservative treatment(n=1) was *** portal vein invasion was noted in three of the four resected *** six patients died,with a mean survival of 11 mo after BDTT removal or conservative ***:BDTT occurrence is a rare,special recurrent pattern of primary *** with BDTTs extending to the common bile duct usually have an unfavorable prognosis even following aggressive *** resection or ablative margins against primary sHCC may be a risk factor for BDTT development.

The reaction kinetics of alloys based on magnesium are known to be greatly improved by the partial substitution of Mg with rare earths and transition metals,particularly *** enhanced superficial hydrogen dissociation rate,the weakened Mg-H bond and the lower activation energy following element replacement are thought to be related to the better *** experimental alloys Ce5Mg_(95-x)Ni_(x)(x=5,10,15)were smelted by the vacuum induction *** phase transformation and structural evolution of experimental alloys before and after reaction with hydrogen were char-acterized by X-ray diffraction,scanning electron microscopy and transmission electron *** cast specimens contain CeMg_(12),Mg and Mg_(2)Ni phases,and the increase in Ni content results in an obvious growth of Mg_(2)Ni *** isothermal and non-isothermal hydrogenation and dehydrogenation kinetics of the experimental specimens were investi-gated using the Sievert apparatus,differential scanning calorimetry and thermal gravimetric *** activation energy may be calculated using the Arrhenius and Kissinger *** experimental alloys have been shown to have good activation properties,with a reversible hydriding and dehydriding capacities of around 5.0 wt.%in the first *** initial dehydrogenation temperature of MgH_(2) decreases from 557.5 to 537.7 K with changing Ni content from 5 to 15 at.%.The dehydrogenation activation energy also reduces from 77.09 to 62.96 kJ/mol,which explains the improved hydrogen storage performance caused by Ni *** can be shown that the impact of Ni on the decomposition enthalpy of MgH_(2) is quite modest,with the absolute enthalpy(ΔHr)only decreasing from 78.48 to 76.15 kJ/mol.

Poly(aryl ether keton e)(PAEK) films with different crystallinities were obtained by controlling the cooling rate,which were subjected to the absorption and desorption of methylene chloride(CH_(2)Cl_(2)).We employed attenuated total reflection Fourier transform infrared(ATR-FTIR)spectroscopy analyses to investigate the diffusion behavior of CH_(2)Cl_(2) in PAEK films with different *** to the Fickian diffusion model,the calculated diffu sion coefficients of CH_(2)Cl_(2) in PAEK films were observed to decrease with increasing *** effect of CH_(2)Cl_(2)absorption and desorption on the mechanical properties of PAEK films with different crystallinity was further analyzed using tensile *** tensile tests exhibited that CH_(2)Cl_(2) has two concurrent effects:plasticization and solvent-induced *** scanning calorimetry(DSC) and wide-angle X-ray diffraction(WXRD) techniques further confirmed solvent-induced crystallization *** results would be beneficial to understand the solvent resistance of PAEK materials and consequently provide the practical application conditions of PAEK with a theoretical basis.

The accumulation of coal gangue(CG)from coal mining is an important source of heavy metals(HMs)in *** spatial distribution and environment risk assessment are extremely important for the management and remediation of *** soil samples were collected from the high-sulfur CG site in northern China and analyzed for six *** results showed that the soil was heavily contaminated by Mn,Cr and Ni based on the Nemerow index,and posed seriously ecological risk depended on the geo-accumulation index,potential ecological risk index and risk assessment *** semi-variogram model and ordinary kriging interpolation accurately portrayed the spatial distribution of ***,Mn,and Cr were distributed by band diffusion,Ni was distributed by core,the distribution of Cu had obvious patchiness and Zn was more *** spatial autocorrelation indicated that all HMs had strong spatial *** BCR sequential extraction was employed to qualify the geochemical fractions of *** data indicated that Fe and Cr were dominated by residual fraction;Cu,Ni and Zn were dominated by reducible and oxidizable fractions;Mn was dominated by reducible and acid-extractable(25.38%-44.67%)*** correlation analysis showed that pH was the main control factor affecting the non-residue fractions of ***,acid production from high sulfur CG reduced soil pH by 2-3,which indirectly promoted the activity of ***,the conceptual model of HMs contamination at the CG site was proposed,which can be useful for the development of ecological remediation strategies.
