目的分析一贯煎合芍药甘草汤加减治疗胃阴不足型慢性萎缩性胃炎的临床疗效。方法96例胃阴不足型慢性萎缩性胃炎患者,按照治疗方案不同分为对照组及观察组,每组48例。对照组给予西药治疗,观察组在西药治疗的基础上给予一贯煎合芍药甘草汤加减治疗。对比两组患者的临床治疗效果及胃镜下效果。结果观察组临床治疗总有效率为93.75%,高于对照组的79.17%,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。观察组胃镜下总有效率为91.67%,高于对照组的77.08%,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论使用一贯煎合芍药甘草汤加减治疗胃阴不足型慢性萎缩性胃炎能够有效提高临床效果,促进患者临床症状缓解,效果较单纯西药治疗好,具有更高的推广价值。

If an explicit time scheme is used in a numerical model, the size of the integration time step is typically limited by the spatial resolution. This study develops a regular latitude–longitude grid-based global three-dimensional tracer transport model that is computationally stable at large time-step sizes. The tracer model employs a finite-volume flux-form semiLagrangian transport scheme in the horizontal and an adaptively implicit algorithm in the vertical. The horizontal and vertical solvers are coupled via a straightforward operator-splitting technique. Both the finite-volume scheme's onedimensional slope-limiter and the adaptively implicit vertical solver's first-order upwind scheme enforce monotonicity. The tracer model permits a large time-step size and is inherently conservative and monotonic. Idealized advection test cases demonstrate that the three-dimensional transport model performs very well in terms of accuracy, stability, and efficiency. It is possible to use this robust transport model in a global atmospheric dynamical core.

In this rapidly developing society,it is always crucial to exploit new materials with suitable properties to meet specific application demands.Two-dimensional(2 D)transition metal carbon/nitrides(MXenes)are a novel graphene-like material with exciting research potential in recent years.Among them,Ti_(3)C_(2)debuts in a central position due to its relatively longer research history,mature synthetic process,and incredibly rich store of merits,such as good flexibility,large specific surface area,abundant termination groups,excellent electrical conductivity,and light-to-heat conversion ability.In this review,recent research progress on Ti_(3)C_(2)MXene and its composites was updated mainly from three aspects,including their fundamentals,synthesis,and applications.It has been found that diverse applications of Ti3 C2-based composites are inseparable and correlated with each other,which were linked by their unique physicochemical properties.In the end,a summary and a perspective on future opportunities and challenges of Ti_(3)C_(2)were given to offer theoretical and technical guidelines for further investigation on MXene family.

Neurodegenerative diseases,including Alzheimer's disease(AD)and Parkinson's disease(PD),are the most common causes of dementia.Current drugs for such diseases can only provide temporary help with the symptoms,leaving the discovery of new drugs urgently in need.Microglial cells are the local immune cells in the nervous system and have been recognized as the key player in neuroinflammation that contributes to the process of neurodegeneration[1],raising the discussion of aiming microglia as the therapeutic target for clinical treatment of neurodegenerative diseases.

International movement plays an important role in spatial spread of infectious diseases.Here,we share two successful COVID-19 interventions based on real-time digital information collected from international passengers,which have been performed in Greece and China respectively.Both of the interventions demonstrated good performance and showed the potential of real-time digital data in containing the spread.However,several key points should not be ignored when we promote similar strategies.

Peripheral nerve injury may trigger changes in mRNA levels in the spinal cord.Finding key mRNAs is important for improving repair after nerve injury.This study aimed to investigate changes in mRNAs in the spinal cord following sciatic nerve injury by transcriptomic analysis.The left sciatic nerve denervation model was established in C57 BL/6 mice.The left L4–6 spinal cord segment was obtained at 0,1,2,4 and 8 weeks after severing the sciatic nerve.mRNA expression profiles were generated by RNA sequencing.The sequencing results of spinal cord mRNA at 1,2,4,and 8 weeks after severing the sciatic nerve were compared with those at 0 weeks by bioinformatic analysis.We identified 1915 differentially expressed mRNAs in the spinal cord,of which 4,1909,and 2 were differentially expressed at 1,4,and 8 weeks after sciatic nerve injury,respectively.Sequencing results indicated that the number of differentially expressed mRNAs in the spinal cord was highest at 4 weeks after sciatic nerve injury.These mRNAs were associated with the cellular response to lipid,ATP metabolism,energy coupled proton transmembrane transport,nuclear transcription factor complex,vacuolar proton-transporting V-type ATPase complex,inner mitochondrial membrane protein complex,tau protein binding,NADH dehydrogenase activity and hydrogen ion transmembrane transporter activity.Of these mRNAs,Sgk1,Neurturin and Gpnmb took part in cell growth and development.Pathway analysis showed that these mRNAs were mainly involved in aldosterone-regulated sodium reabsorption,oxidative phosphorylation and collecting duct acid secretion.Functional assessment indicated that these mRNAs were associated with inflammation and cell morphology development.Our findings show that the number and type of spinal cord mRNAs involved in changes at different time points after peripheral nerve injury were different.The number of differentially expressed mRNAs in the spinal cord was highest at 4 weeks after sciatic nerve injury.These results provide reference data for finding new targets

Although many species have gone extinct,their genetic components might exist in extant species because of ancient hybridization.Via advances in genome sequencing and development of modern population genetics,one can find the legacy of unknown or extinct species in the context of available genomes from extant species.Such discovery can be used as a strategy to search for hidden species or fossils in conservation biology and archeology,gain novel insight into complex evolutionary history,and provide the new sources of genetic variation for breeding and trait improvement in agriculture.

Machine chatter is still an unresolved and challenging issue in the milling process,and developing an online chatter identification and process monitoring system towards smart manufacturing is an urgent requirement.In this paper,two indicators of chatter detection are investigated.One is the real-time variance of milling force signals in the time domain,and the other one is the wavelet energy ratio of acceleration signals based on wavelet packet decomposition in the frequency domain.Then,a novel classification concept for vibration condition,called slight chatter,is proposed and integrated successfully into the designed multi-classification support vector machine(SVM)model.Finally,a mapping model between image and chatter indicators is established via a distance threshold on the image.The multi-SVM model is trained by the results of three signals as an input.Experiment data and detection accuracy of the SVM model are verified in actual machining.The identification accuracy of 96.66%has proved that the proposed solution is feasible and effective.The presented method can be used to select optimized milling parameters to improve machining process stability and strengthen manufacturing system monitoring.

Effects of delayed repair of peripheral nerve injury on the spatial distribution of motor endplates in target muscle

Motor endplates(MEPs) are important sites of information exchange between motor neurons and skeletal muscle, and are distributed in an organized pattern of lamellae in the muscle. Delayed repair of peripheral nerve injury typically results in unsatisfactory functional recovery because of MEP degeneration. In this study, the mouse tibial nerve was transected and repaired with a biodegradable chitin conduit, immediately following or 1 or 3 months after the injury. Fluorescent α-bungarotoxin was injected to label MEPs. Tissue optical clearing combined with light-sheet microscopy revealed that MEPs were distributed in an organized pattern of lamellae in skeletal muscle after delayed repair for 1 and 3 months. However, the total number of MEPs, the number of MEPs per lamellar cluster, and the maturation of single MEPs in gastrocnemius muscle gradually decreased with increasing denervation time. These findings suggest that delayed repair can restore the spatial distribution of MEPs, but it has an adverse effect on the homogeneity of MEPs in the lamellar clusters and the total number of MEPs in the target muscle. The study procedures were approved by the Animal Ethics Committee of the Peking University People's Hospital(approval No. 2019 PHC015) on April 8, 2019.
