Identification of novel soybean oil content-related genes using QTL-based collinearity analysis from the collective soybean genome

Soybean is a global principal source of edible plant oil. As more soybean oil-related quantitative trait loci(QTLs) have been located in the collective genome, it is urgent to establish a classification system for these distributed QTLs. A collinear platform may be useful to characterize and identify relationships among QTLs as well as aid in novel gene discovery. In this study, the collinearity MCScan X algorithm and collective soybean genomic information were used to construct collinearity blocks, to which soybean oil-related QTLs were mapped. The results demonstrated that 666 collinearity blocks were detected in the soybean genome across 20 chromosomes, and 521 collinearity relationships existed in 231 of the 242 effective soybean oil-related QTLs. This included 214 inclusion relationships and 307 intersecting relationships. Among them, the collinearity among QTLs that are related to soybean oil content was shown on a maximum of seven chromosomes and minimum of one chromosome, with the majority of QTLs having collinearity on two chromosomes. Using overlapping hotspot regions in the soybean oil QTLs with collinearity, we mined for novel oil content-related genes. Overall, we identified 23 putatively functional genes associated with oil content in soybean and annotated them using a number of annotation databases. Our findings provide a valuable framework for elucidating evolutionary relationships between soybean oil-related QTLs and lay a foundation for functional marker-assisted breeding relating to soybean oil content.

The frequency of an extremely low frequency electromagnetic field (ELF-EMF) ranges from 3 to 3, 000 Hz. Workers who are exposed to ELF-EMF include electric power installers and repairers, power plant operators, electricians, electrical fitters, other such professionals. The main work categories in an electrical company or for utility work can be defined according to the five main stages of electricity production and distribution. Studies on the central nervous system (CNS) reported depressed activity in the different neurotransmitter systems and decreased protein content in the brains of animals exposed to ELF-EMF. Some studies reported differences with respect to change in brain function after electromagnetic radiation among individuals[1].

利用概念密度泛函理论下的局域软度和广义局域软度,结合局域硬软酸碱(HSAB)原理,研究环戊二烯与CH2=CHCOCnH2n+1之间的Diels-Alder反应的立体选择性,其中活性因子均是由ABEEMσπ模型获得.与以往不同的是,除了将主要参与反应的4个原子作为反应中心之外,还将产生次级轨道效应(SOI)的2个原子也作为参与反应的一部分.得到的结果表明,所有反应的立体选择性均与实验结果取得了很好的一致性,由此提出了一种定量快速处理包含次级轨道效应的Diels-Alder反应的立体选择性的方法.

Mammalian target of rapamycin(m TOR) inhibitor as an attractive drug target with promising antitumor effects has been widely investigated. High quality clinical trial has been conducted in liver transplant(LT) recipients in Western countries. However, the pertinent studies in Eastern world are paucity. Therefore, we designed a clinical trial to test whether sirolimus can improve recurrence-free survival(RFS) in hepatocellular carcinoma(HCC) patients beyond the Milan criteria after LT. This is an open-labeled, single-arm, prospective, multicenter, and real-world study aiming to evaluate the clinical outcomes of early switch to sirolimus-based regimens in HCC patients after LT. Patients with a histologically proven HCC and beyond the Milan criteria will be enrolled. The initial immunosuppressant regimens are center-specifc for the frst 4-6 weeks. The following regimens integrated sirolimus into the regimens as a combination therapy with reduced calcineurin inhibitors based on the condition of patients and centers. The study is planned for 4 years in total with a 2-year enrollment period and a 2-year follow-up. We predict that sirolimus conversion regimen will provide survival benefts for patients particular in the key indicator RFS as well as better quality of life. If the trial is conducted successfully, we will have a continued monitoring over a longer follow-up time to estimate indicator of overall survival. We hope that the outcome will provide better evidence for clinical decision-making and revising treatment guidelines based on Chinese population data.

Background Stroke is the leading cause of mortality in China,with limited evidence of in-hospital burden obtained from nationwide *** aimed to monitor and track the temporal trends and rural-urban disparities in cerebrovascular risk factors,management and outcomes from 2005 to *** We used a two-stage random sampling survey to create a nationally representative sample of patients admitted for ischaemic stroke in 2005,2010 and *** sampled participating hospitals with an economic-geographical region-stratified random-sampling approach first and then obtained patients with a systematic sampling *** weighed our survey data to estimate the national-level results and assess changes from 2005 to *** We analysed 28277 ischaemic stroke admissions from 189 participating *** 2005 to 2015,the estimated national hospital admission rate for ischaemic stroke per 100000 people increased(from 75.9 to 402.7,Ptrend<0.001),and the prevalence of risk factors,including hypertension,diabetes,dyslipidaemia and current smoking,*** composite score of diagnostic tests for stroke aetiology assessment(from 0.22 to 0.36,Ptrend<0.001)and secondary prevention treatments(from 0.46 to 0.70,Ptrend<0.001)were improved.A temporal decrease was found in discharge against medical advice(DAMA)(from 15.2%(95%CI 13.7%to 16.7%)to 8.6%(8.1%to 9.0%);adjusted Ptrend=0.046),and decreases in in-hospital mortality(0.7%in 2015 vs 1.8%in 2005;adjusted OR(aOR)0.52;95%CI 0.32 to 0.85)and the composite outcome of in-hospital mortality or DAMA(8.4%in 2015 vs 13.9%in 2005;aOR 0.65;95%CI 0.47 to 0.89)were *** between rural and urban hospitals narrowed;however,disparities persisted in in-hospital management(brain MRI:rural-urban difference from−14.4%to−11.2%;cerebrovascular assessment:from−20.3%to−16.7%;clopidogrel:from−2.1%to−10.3%;anticoagulant for atrial fibrillation:from−10.9%to−8.2%)and in-hospital outcomes(DAMA:from 2.7%to 5.0%;composite outcome

用一种低成本的方法制备出了树形结构Si/ZnO纳米线阵列。首先在室温条件下用金属辅助化学腐蚀法在Si(100)衬底上制备了Si纳米线阵列,Si纳米线的直径尺寸及分布都很均匀,通过改变腐蚀时间,能够得到高度不同的Si纳米线阵列。利用磁控溅射在Si纳米线表面制备一层ZnO薄膜,然后利用水热法在Si纳米线阵列上生长了ZnO纳米线。通过扫描电子显微镜(SEM)、能谱分析仪(EDS)和光致发光(PL)测试对样品进行了表征。通过这种方法制备的Si/ZnO复合结构在太阳能电池、光催化等领域有潜在应用价值。
