This letter proposes a reliable transfer learning(RTL)method for pre-fault dynamic security assessment(DSA)in power systems to improve DSA performance in the presence of potentially related unknown *** takes individual discrepancies into consideration and can handle unknown faults with incomplete *** experiment results demonstrate high DSA accuracy and computational efficiency of the proposed RTL *** analysis shows RTL can guarantee system performance.

Horizontal segregation has been a constraint to the development and application of super-high bed *** eliminate the horizontal segregation of super-high bed sintering,several typical sintering machines were sampled and analyzed,and theoretical calculation was made to compare the bed depth and their differences in different areas within the mixture ***,solutions were proposed and applied to a 265 m^(2) sintering *** results showed that the horizontal seg-regation of the 265 m^(2) sintering machine was dominated by particles larger than 8 mm with horizontal segregation degree of 0.48,while 360 and 550 m^(2) sintering machines were affected by 5-8 mm and 1-3 mm particles with horizontal segregation degree of 0.27 and 0.31,*** analysis indicated the different segregation distribution results from the matching of the bed depth of each area within the mixture ***,the horizontal segregation degree not larger than 0.06 was achieved by optimizing the time parameters and the division of three zones on the 265 m^(2) sintering machine.

Super-high bed sintering process is an important development direction of iron ore sintering for its lower emission and higher ***,there is a lack of deep understanding of the uneven quality of super-high bed sintering products,and the deterioration of reduction disintegration performance,the thickening of hearth layer and the reduction in energy-saving effect are perplexing enterprises and *** ascertain the problems of super-high bed sintering,ten sintering machines with the areas of 265,280,360,550 and 660 m^(2)and bed depth above 900 mm were sampled and *** results showed that problems were mainly shown in the unevenness of chemical composition,macrostructure,mechanical strength and metallurgical *** chemical composition exhibits severe segregation in both horizontal and vertical directions,with basicity segregation reaching as high as *** uneven macrostructure of sinter is reflected in a 10%difference in porosity and mechanical strength increase in 16%–19%along the vertical *** reducibility and reduction disintegration performance gradually deteriorate along the bed depth,with a difference of 10.5%in reducibility and 7.3%in RDI−0.5 mm(reduction disintegration index of sinter with size smaller than 0.5 mm).

Hybrid nanostructures possess a great potential for application in advanced nanotechnologies due to the anisotropic properties from different *** previous work demonstrated that a linear A_(1)B_(1)A_(2)B_(2)tetrablock copolymer of symmetric overall volume fraction can self-assemble into a hybrid lamella-sphere(LS)structure by tuning the relative length of the two A-blocks through self-consistent field theory(SCFT),where the spherical and the lamellar domains are mainly composed of the long Ar and short A2-blocks,***,the phase region of LS is *** order to expand the stable region of LS,we change the linear A2B2 copolymer to a branched A_(1)B_(1)A_(2)B_(2)copolymer resulting in an increase of the local spontaneous curvature between A2-and *** examine the impact of the branching number m of 62-block on the stable region of LS in the phase diagram with respect to f_(A1)and for fixed f_(B)=0.5 and f_(B1)=0.26,and find that m=2 expands the LS region significantly in contrast to the linear *** the other hand,the stability window of LS does not change notably when m=2 is increased to 3 in our calculated parameter space.

Real-time stress sensing based on mechanoluminescence materials has been widely studied for structural health monitoring of bridges,buildings,high-pressure vessels,and other infrastructure ***,this approach is difficult to detect the stress information of closed mechanical ***,we propose a delayed stress memory strategy to record the stress information of closed mechanical structure by the flexible film composed with CaAl_(2)O_(4):Eu^(2+),Sm^(3+)*** the force is applied,the optical information on the film can be read out by the near-infrared laser after a period of time without real-time monitoring,and the stress distribution information of bearings and gears in the engine can be ***,the regulation of trap depth from 0.662 to 1.042 eV allows the captured carriers to remain in the traps for a long time without being released as long persistent luminescence,which is beneficial to the delayed stress ***,this work promotes the application prospect of mechanoluminescence materials in stress sensing,and provides a new idea to record the stress information of closed mechanical structures.

Although localized prostate cancer(PCa)can be cured by prostatectomy and radiotherapy,the development of effective therapeutic approaches for advanced prostate cancer,including castration-resistant PCa(CRPC)and neuroendocrine PCa(NEPC),is lagging far *** a novel prognostic and diagnostic biomarker for early diagnosis and intervention is an urgent clinical ***,we report that apolipoprotein A-I(ApoA-I),the major component of high-density lipoprotein(HDL),is upregulated in PCa based on both bioinformatics and experimental *** fact that advanced PCa shows strong ApoA-I expression reflects its potential role in driving therapeutic resistance and disease progression by reprogramming the lipid metabolic network of tumor ***,ApoA-I is regulated by MYC,a frequently amplified oncogene in late-stage ***,our findings have revealed a novel indicator to predict prognosis and recurrence,which would benefit patients who are prone to progress to metastasis or even NEPC,which is the lethal subtype of PCa.

The coherent control of molecular alignment and orientation by a femtosecond two-color laser pulse is studied *** effect of the carrier-envelope phase of the femtosecond two-color laser pulse on molecular alignment and orientation is discussed,and it is shown that the enhancement or suppression of the molecular orientation can be coherently manipulated by precisely controlling the carrier-envelope phase of the femtosecond two-color laser *** addition,the time-dependent angular distributions of the molecular axis are presented.

Loss and damage caused by extreme climate events have attracted increasing *** 28th Conference of the Parties to the United Nations Framework Convention on Climate Change(hereinafter referred to as the Convention)has agreed to adopt Loss and Damage Fund agreement,which identified the source of funding and the funds to be entrusted to the World ***,there is still ambiguous that how to allocate the funds could accelerate the effectiveness of meeting the needs for developing ***-disaster prevention and preparedness is one of the most effective measures to deal with loss and damage,which closely related to *** studies rarely analyzed quantitatively the financial needs of pre-disaster prevention and preparedness relating to adaptation to reduce loss and *** on the official reports submitted by countries under the Convention,this study analyzes the annual change in the total financial support provided by developed countries to developing countries,the proportion of pre-disaster prevention and preparedness in the adaptation needs of developing countries,and the progress in raising the current annual funding target of 100 billion USD for developed countries,to reveal the financial and technical challenges facing by developing countries on addressing loss and *** results show that by 2030,the total adaptation financial needs of developing countries are estimated to be about 3.8 trillion USD,of which pre-disaster prevention matters account for about 9%.Therefore,by 2030,developing countries will need about 342 billion USD in pre-disaster prevention and preparedness finance to withstand loss and *** addition,developing countries face a lack of technical methods to quantify information about their *** on the above analysis,this study puts forward countermeasures and suggestions,including strengthening the allocation amount of loss and damage fund on pre-disaster warning,prevention and control actions,and
