The effect of slow shot speed on externally solidified crystal(ESC),porosity and tensile property in a newly developed high-pressure die-cast Al-Si alloy was investigated by optical microscopy(OM),scanning electron microscopy(SEM)and laboratory computed tomography(CT).Results showed that the newly developed AlSi9MnMoV alloy exhibited improved mechanical properties when compared to the AlSi10MnMg *** AlSi9MnMoV alloy,which was designed with trace multicomponent additions,displays a notable grain refining effect in comparison to the AlSi10MnMg *** elements Ti,Zr,V,Nb,B promote heterogeneous nucleation and reduce the grain size of primaryα-*** a lower slow shot speed,the large ESCs are easier to form and gather,developing into the dendrite net and *** an increase in slow shot speed,the size and number of ESCs and porosities significantly *** addition,the distribution of ESCs is more dispersed and the net-shrinkage *** tensile property is greatly improved by adopting a higher slow shot *** ultimate tensile strength is enhanced from 260.31 MPa to 290.31 MPa(increased by 11.52%),and the elongation is enhanced from 3.72%to 6.34%(increased by 70.52%).

Mobile Edge Computing(MEC)is a promising technology that provides on-demand computing and efficient storage services as close to end users as *** an MEC environment,servers are deployed closer to mobile terminals to exploit storage infrastructure,improve content delivery efficiency,and enhance user ***,due to the limited capacity of edge servers,it remains a significant challenge to meet the changing,time-varying,and customized needs for highly diversified content of ***,techniques for caching content at the edge are becoming popular for addressing the above *** is capable of filling the communication gap between the users and content providers while relieving pressure on remote cloud ***,existing static caching strategies are still inefficient in handling the dynamics of the time-varying popularity of content and meeting users’demands for highly diversified entity *** address this challenge,we introduce a novel method for content caching over MEC,i.e.,*** synthesizes a content popularity prediction model,which takes users’stay time and their request traces as inputs,and a deep reinforcement learning model for yielding dynamic caching *** results demonstrate that PRIME,when tested upon the MovieLens 1M dataset for user request patterns and the Shanghai Telecom dataset for user mobility,outperforms its peers in terms of cache hit rates,transmission latency,and system cost.

废白土炭对印染废水中甲基橙的吸附研究

本研究以油脂精炼行业副产物废白土(SBE)为原料,通过缺氧高温热解法制备废白土炭(SBE@C),用以吸附去除印染废水中的染料甲基橙。研究结果显示,1、2、3 g/L的SBE@C对甲基橙的吸附容量在180 min时分别为12.53、7.14、5.12 mg/g,其吸附动力学更符合伪二级动力学模型,吸附等温线更符合Freundlich模型。进一步研究SBE@C对于复合染料(甲基橙-曙红Y-茜素红)的吸附性能,考察了溶液离子强度及共存阴离子对SBE@C吸附能力的影响,结果表明,共存Cl-对SBE@C吸附能力的抑制作用随离子强度的增加而增加,CO_(3)^(2-)、Cl^(-)、PO_(4)^(3-)和SO_(4)^(2-)4种共存离子对SBE@C吸附染料均存在抑制作用。

We evaluated the biocompatibility of a dimethylpolysiloxane-coated micro-device which had been designed for monitoring real-time bladder volume in previous studies. The extract assay with dimethylpolysiloxane which had been used for coating the micro-device to measure the bladder volume was performed as an in vitro cytotoxicity test. For in vivo biocompatibility testing, the inflammatory responses around the implantation site of the micro-device in subcutaneous tissue of rat were assessed by light microscope with H＆E stain and fluorescence microscope with ED1 stain and von Willebrand factor stain. The averages of cell viability in dimethylpolysiloxane group were 84.6% and 82.3% at 24 h and 72 h incubation, respectively. The qualitative evaluations with light and fluorescence microscope revealed that the inflammatory changes peaked during 2 weeks but almost disappeared at 4 weeks after implantation of devices. The quantitative evaluations for granulation layer formation and neovascularization showed that the thickness of the layer in dimethylpolysiloxane group peaked during 2 weeks but it came to be stabilized at 4 weeks as thin as at 2 weeks in control group, and the frequency of neovascularization was higher in dimethylpolysiloxane group than in control group but it was not increased with time. The dimethylpolysiloxane-coated micro-device is thought be a reliable bio-medical device.

We report the facile, one-pot synthesis of 3-D urchin-like W18O49 nanostructures （U-WO） via a simple solvothermal approach. An excellent supercapacitive performance was achieved by the U-WO because of its large Brunauer-Emmett- Teller （BET） specific surface area （ca. 123 m2.g-1） and unique morphological and structural features. The U-WO electrodes not only exhibit a high rate-capability with a specific capacitance （Csp） of -235 F·g-1 at a current density of 20 A.g-1, but also superior long-life performance for 1,000 cycles, and even up to 7,000 cycles, showing -176 F·g-1 at a high current density of 40 A.g-1.

In this study, Fe3O4nanoparticles（Fe3O4NPs） were successfully prepared via oxidation–precipitation method and characterized by scanning electron microscopy（SEM）, X-ray diffraction（XRD） and Fourier transform infrared spectroscopy（FT-IR）. The characterization results indicated that Fe3O4 NPs with regular crystal structure and a narrow of diameters had been synthesized successfully and had high purity. A series of experiments were carried out to investigate the degradation of Orange II by the obtained heterogeneous Fe3O4 catalysts in the presence of H2O2. The response surface methodology（RSM） based on Box–Behnken design（BBD） was employed to design and optimize individual and interactive effects of the four main independent parameters（catalyst loading, initial p H, reaction temperature and H2O2concentration） on decolorization efficiency of Orange II. A significant quadratic model（p-value 〈0.0001, R2= 0.9369） was derived using analysis of variance（ANOVA）. Optimum conditions were catalyst loading of 1.5 g/L, initial p H of 2.7, reaction temperature of 42 8C and H2O2 concentration of 22 mmol/L, respectively. The predicted decolorization rate under the optimum conditions as determined by the proposed model was 99.55%. Confirmatory tests were carried out and the decolorization rate of 99.49% was observed under the optimum conditions, which agreed well with the model prediction.

Objective: To fabricate polymeric nanocomposites with excellent photoluminescence, magnetic properties, and stability in aqueous solutions, in order to improve specificity and sensitivity of cellular imaging under a magnetic field. Methods: Fluoridated Ln3+-doped HAP(Ln3+-HAP) NPs and iron oxides(IOs) can be encapsulated with biocompatible polymers via a modified solvent exaction/evaporation technique to prepare polymeric nanocomposites with fluoridated Ln3+-HAP/iron oxide. The nanocomposites were characterized for surface morphology, fluorescence spectra, magnetic properties and in vitro cytotoxicity. Magnetic targeted cellular imaging of such nanocomposites was also evaluated with confocal laser scanning microscope using A549 cells with or without magnetic ***: The fabricated nanocomposites showed good stability and excellent luminescent properties, as well as low in vitro cytotoxicity, indicating that the nanocomposites are suitable for biological applications. Nanocomposites under magnetic field achieved much higher cellular uptake via an energy-dependent pathway than those without magnetic ***: The nanocomposites fabricated in this study will be a promising tool for magnetic targeted cellular imaging with improved specificity and enhanced selection.
