Lignite bio-solubilization is a promising technology for converting solid lignite into *** study concerns the adsorption of lignite-solubilizing enzymes onto the lignite *** capacity, infrared spectral analysis and driving forces analysis are studied as a way to help understand the bio-solubilization *** results show that the amount of lignite bio-solubilization is proportional to the amount of adsorbed lignite-solubilizing *** increase in lignite-solubilizing enzyme adsorption of 10% leads to a 7% increase in lignite ***, limited amounts of enzymes can be adsorbed by the lignite, thus resulting in low percentages of *** spectral analysis shows that side chains, such as hy-droxyl and carbonyl, of the lignite structure are the main, and necessary, structures where lignite-solubilizing enzymes attachto the ***, driving force analysis indicates that the electrostatic force between lignite and enzymes is the main adsorption *** forces are influenced by solution pH levels, the zeta potential of the lignite and the isoelectric points of the en-zymes.

A new derivative of geldanamycin was synthesized by introducing the 6-cinnamamido-hexyl-amino group into the 17-site of geldanamycin, a heat shock protein 90 （Hsp90） inhibitor, to obtain 17-（6-cinnamamido-hexylamino）-17-demethoxygel-danamycin （CNDG）. Its in vitro and in vivo antitumor effects were evaluated by MTT assay and xenograft in nude mice.

Light confinement induced by spontaneous near-surface resonance is inherently determined by the location and geometry of metallic nanostructures(NSs),offering a facile and effective approach to break through the limitation of the light-mater interaction within the photoactive ***,we demonstrate high-performance Al NS/ZnO quantum dots(Al/ZnO) heterostructure UV photodetectors with controllable morphologies of the self-assembled Al *** Al/ZnO heterostructures exhibit a superior light utilization than the ZnO/Al heterostructures,and a strong morphological dependence of the Al NSs on the optical properties of the *** inter-diffusion of Al atoms into ZnO matrixes is of a great benefit for the carrier ***,the optimal photocurrent of the Al/ZnO heterostructure photodetectors is significantly increased by 275 times to ~1.065 mA compared to that of the pristine ZnO device,and an outstanding photoresponsivity of 11.98 A W-1 is correspondingly achieved under 6.9 MW cm-2 UV light illumination at 10 V *** addition,a relatively fast response is similarly witnessed with the Al/ZnO devices,paving a path to fabricate the high-performance UV photodetectors for applications.

In this study,a refined numerical model for segmental lining of a shield tunnel,which contains detailed models of reinforcement and connecting bolts,is established using finite element *** model is first validated by the results from a full-scale model ***,based on the load-structure method,this numerical model is adopted to investigate the internal force distribution and the transverse deformation characteristics of the shield tunnel when it is subject to local soil *** influence of loosening position,loosening range,and loosening extent on the mechanical response is extensively studied through comprehensive numerical *** results show that the main influence of local soil loosening on the ring is to disturb the force balance and change the constraint conditions,thus changing the deformation pattern and force *** the loosening occurs,the bending moment of the ring in the loosening range increases and the axial force *** vertical convergence of the ring is the largest and the equivalent stiffness of the ring is the smallest when the local soil loosened at the haunch and the loosening range a is 90°.The vertical convergence of the ring increases with increasing of the loosening extent,and the equivalent stiffness decreases linearly with increasing of the loosening *** results can enhance our understanding of mechanical behaviors of segmental lining associated soil loosening,and will show a possible way for detecting soil loosening based on the measured deformation and internal forces.

A design strategy for a mechanical metamaterial with large negative hygroscopic expansion(NHE)was proposed in this *** from the reported structures,the present metamaterial is designed by constructing repeated lattice microstructure consisting of curved ligaments incorporating hydrogel active layers and polymer support layers and straight polymer *** immersed in the solution environment,the swelling of hydrogel layer of such composite structure induces the reversed bending of the ligament,leading to the overall ultra-large shrink(negative expansion)deformation of the *** the new structural design,large NHE effects can be *** theoretical investigation and finite element analysis(FEA)were conducted to demonstrate the large negative expansion effects of such *** results showed that the effective NHE ratio of the metamaterial is dependent of the curvature of the curved ligament and the size of both the ligament and the connecting *** ultra-large NHE ratios about−80%for the 2D structure and−90%for the 3D version can be obtained by adopting the structural *** newly designed metamaterials have potential applications in medical and other fields.

BACKGROUND：7,12-dimethylbenzanthracene（DMBA）-induced pancreatic intraepithelial neoplasia（PanIN）and pancreatic cancer in rats provide a classic model for uncovering the molecular mechanisms underlying pancreatic ***,this model has not been characterized genetically,and in particular,the major genetic alterations in the p16 gene are ***： Lesions of PanlN and pancreatic cancer were induced with DMBA implantation in 40 rats, and control pancreatic tissue was obtained from 10 age-matched rats without exposure to DMBA. Pancreatic tissue was harvested three months after DMBA implantation and DNA was extracted. Homozy- gous deletions and point mutations of the pl6 （exons 1 and 2） gene were detected by PCR amplification and direct sequencing. REsuLTS： DMBA implantation in the 40 rats induced 26 Pan- INs and 9 carcinomas. The overall frequency of p 16 alterations in the pancreatic tissue of these rats was 42.86% （15/35）, and the changes were point mutations, not homozygous deletions. p16 mutations were present in 30.77% （8/26） of the rats with PanIN and 77.78% （7/9） of the rats with carcinoma （P〈0.05）. The increasing incidence of p16 alterations was detected in 20.00% （1/5） of PanIN-1, 28.57% （2/7） of PanIN-2 and 35.71% （5/14） of PanIN-3 lesions. CONCLUSION： Our findings indicated that p16 alteration is a common event in the carcinogenesis of this model and that the mutation pattern is analogous to that of human lesions.

This paper presents a simplified elastic continuum method for calculating the restraint effect of isolation piles on tunneling-induced vertical ground displacement,which can consider not only the relative sliding of the pile‒soil interface but also the pile rowesoil *** proposed method is verified by comparisons with existing theoretical methods,including the boundary element method and the elastic foundation *** results reveal the restraining mechanism of the isolation piles on vertical ground displacements due to tunneling,*** positive and negative restraint effects exerted by the isolation piles jointly drive the ground vertical displacement along the depth direction from the original tunneling-induced nonlinear variation situation to a relatively uniform *** results also indicate that the stiffness of the pile‒soil interface,including the pile shaft‒surrounding soil interface and pile tip-supporting soil interface,describes the strength of the pile‒soil *** pile rows can confine the vertical ground displacement caused by the tunnel excavation to the inner side of the isolation piles and effectively prevent the vertical ground displacement from expanding further toward the outer side of the isolation piles.
