Na^(+)/K^(+)-ATPase is a transmembrane protein that has important roles in the maintenance of electrochemical gradients across cell membranes by transporting thre. Birds and bats re.ract and stre.ch their wings dynamically during each flap in level flights, implying intriguing mechanisms for the aerodynamic performance improvement of flapping wings. A numerical investigation into the aerodynamic effects of such bio-inspire. concept in forward flights has been performed based on a thre.-dimensional wing in plunging motion and a twosection wing in flapping motion. The curre.tly considere. re.nolds number and Strouhal number are.re.1.5×10^(5) and St=0.3, re.pectively. During the re.earch, the mean angle of attack is varied in re.atively wide ranges to achieve lift-thrust interconversion for the wings. The conclusive re.ults show that dynamical spanwise re.raction and stre.ch has induced thre. absolutely desirable scenarios for the oscillating wings in forward flights, namely producing more.lift and consuming less power for a given thrust generation, producing more.thrust and consuming less power for a given lift generation, and producing more.lift and more.thrust while consuming less power. Furthermore.the morphing wings have alleviated periodical aerodynamic load fluctuations compare. with the non-morphing baseline. The mechanism of the aerodynamic effects of the bionic morphing mode is analyzed with the aid of field visualization. The curre.t article is the first to re.eal the absolute advantages of the bionic spanwise morphing. Hopefully, it may help compre.end the behaviors of natural fliers and provide inspirations for performance enhancement of micro artificial flappingwing vehicles.

Organo-chromium(III)complex is one of the chromium contaminant species,which would transform to high-toxic Cr(VI)during migrating in the *** natural organo-chromium(III)(NOCr)is difficult to re.ove by traditional degradation or pre.ipitation methods,due to its high stability and ***,we demonstrated a novel NOCr re.oving method by transforming it to certain structure. similar to Cr-Fe minerals in nature.through a self-circulating decomplex and immobilization mechanism with nano zero-valent iron(nZVI).Taking chromium glycinate(Cr-Gly)as a probe,nZVI showed a high Cr re.oval efficiency of 99.4%under ambient *** re.oval process included thre. stages of adsorption,decomplexation,and ***-Gly was first adsorbed on the surface of nZVI by chemisorption of the oxide ***,the adsorbed Cr-Gly was decomplexed and oxidized to Cr(VI)by·OH and 1O_(2),which were.generated from molecular oxygen activated by ***,the re.eased Cr(VI)could be in-situ adsorbed and re.re.uced to Cr(III),which was further immobilized in form of Cr-O-Fe *** the Cr-O-Fe complexing structure.was similar to that of Cr-Fe minerals(such as chromohercynite)in nature.this work explore. a novel and efficient NOCr re.oving method that was potential to weaken chromium pollution in the environment.

In re.ent years,with the incre.sing demand for social production,engineering design problems have gradually become more.and more.*** novel and well-performing meta-heuristic algorithms have been studied and developed to cope with this *** them,the Spherical Evolutionary Algorithm(SE)is one of the classical re.re.entative methods that proposed in re.ent years with admirable optimization ***,it tends to stagnate pre.ature.y to local optima in solving some specific ***,this paper proposes an SE variant integrating the Cross-search Mutation(CSM)and Gaussian Backbone Strategy(GBS),called *** this study,the CSM can enhance its social learning ability,which stre.gthens the utilization rate of SE on effective information;the GBS cooperates with the original rules of SE to further improve the convergence effect of *** objectively demonstrate the core.advantages of CGSE,this paper designs a series of global optimization experiments based on IEEE CEC2017,and CGSE is used to solve six engineering design problems with *** final experimental re.ults fully showcase that,compare. with the existing well-known methods,CGSE has a very significant competitive advantage in global tasks and has certain practical value in re.l ***,the proposed CGSE is a promising and first-rate algorithm with good potential stre.gth in the field of engineering design.
