The exploration and development of tight sandstone gas reservoirs are controlled by high-quality river channel sand bodies on a large scale in Sichuan *** order to improve the accu-racy of sand body prediction and characterization,Multi-component exploration technology research has been carried out in Northwest Sichuan ***,based on the array acoustic logging data,a for-ward modeling has been established to analyze the seismic response characteristics of the PS-wave data and P-wave *** result shows that the response characteristics of the P-wave and PS-wave to the sand bodies with different impedance are *** then through the analysis of logging data,the effectiveness of the forward modeling has been *** the sandstone velocity is close to the sur-rounding rocks,the P-wave performs as a weak reflection,which may lead to reduce the identification range of the sand ***,the PS-wave exhibits strong reflection,which can identify this type of sand ***,by comparing and explaining the PS-wave data and P-wave data,and integrat-ing their attributes,the prediction accuracy of sand bodies is *** with the interpreta-tion of a single P-wave,the results can significantly expand the distribution range of sand bodies,lay-ing a foundation for improving the production capacity of single wells and reserve submission.

Based on the in-situ self-reduction and chemical stability,graphdiyne(GDY)and graphdiyne oxide(GDYO)are used as trapping agents to investigate the ability for recovering Au^(3+),Ag^+,and Pd^(2+)under different pH values and interfering *** strong acidity at pH=1,these two agents demonstrate high select recovery towards the three precious metal ions,which could be insitu reduced to nanoparticles(NPs).In addition,superparamagnetic Fe_(3)O_(4)NPs are deposited on the surfaces of GDY and *** magnetic responses enable GDYFe_(3)O_(4)to recover precious metals conveniently and efficiently by the aid of an external magnetic *** study also confirms the antibacterial activity of the as-recovered NPs deposited on GDY and GDYO against Escherichia coli and Staphylococcus aureus(1×10^(5)colony-forming unit(CFU)·mL^(-1)),and the antibacterial rates are 100%.This strategy of recovering precious metals and subsequently reusing to combat pathogens will be of great significance for environmental remediation and biomedical applications.

In recent years,researchers have become focused on the relationship between lipids and bone metabolism ***,many diseases related to lipid metabolism dis-orders,such as nonalcoholic fatty liver disease,atherosclerosis,obesity,and menopause,are associated with osteoporotic *** has been clinically observed in humans that these lipid metabolism disorders promote changes in osteoporosis-related indicators bone mineral density and bone ***,similar osteoporotic phenotype changes were observed in high-fat and high-cholesterol-induced animal *** lipid metabolism(such as increased oxidized lipids and elevated plasma cholesterol)affects bone microenvironment ho-meostasis via cross-organ communication,promoting differentiation of mesenchymal stem cells to adipocytes,and inhibiting commitment towards ***,disturbances in lipid metabolism affect the bone metabolism balance by promoting the secretion of cyto-kines such as receptor activator of nuclear factor-kappa B ligand by osteoblasts and stimulating the differentiation of ***,this review addresses the possible link be-tween lipid metabolism disorders and osteoporosis and elucidates the potential modulatory mechanisms and signaling pathways by which lipid metabolism affects bone metabolism *** also summarize the possible approaches and prospects of intervening lipid meta-bolismforosteoporosistreatment.

Risk Factors Asscociated with Hypokalemia during Postanesthesia Recovery and Its Impact on Outcomes in Gynecological Patients:A Propensity Score Matching Study

Objective:This study aimed to explore the risk factors and outcomes of hypokalemia during the recovery period from anesthesia in the gynecological ***:This retrospective cohort study included 208 patients who underwent gynecological surgery at our institution between January 2021 and March *** were collected for each patient,including demographics,disease status,surgical data,and clinical *** bowel preparation,postoperative gastrointestinal function,and electrolyte levels were compared between the two groups using propensity score matching(PSM).Results:The incidence of hypokalemia(serum potassium level3.5 mmol/L)during the recovery period from anesthesia was approximately 43.75%.After PSM,oral laxative use(96.4%vs.82.4%,P=0.005),the number of general enemas(P=0.014),and the rate of≥2 general enemas(92.9%vs.77.8%,P=0.004)were identified as risk factors for hypokalemia,which was accompanied by decreased PaCO_(2) and *** were no significant differences in postoperative gastrointestinal outcomes,such as the time to first flatus or feces,the I-FEED score(a scoring system was created to evaluate impaired postoperative gastrointestinal function),or postoperative recovery outcomes,between the hypokalemia group and the normal serum potassium ***:Hypokalemia during postanesthesia recovery period occurred in 43.75%of gynecological patients,which resulted from preoperative mechanical bowel preparation;however,it did not directly affect clinical outcomes,including postoperative gastrointestinal function,postoperative complications,and length of hospital stay.
