In recent years,significant advances have been achieved in liver cancer management with the development of artificial intelligence(ai).ai-based pathological analysis can extract crucial information from whole slide images to assist clinicians in all aspects from diagnosis to prognosis and molecular ***,ai techniques have a“black box”nature,which means that interpretability is of utmost importance because it is key to ensuring the reliability of the methods and building trust among clinicians for actual clinical *** this paper,we provide an overview of current technical advancements in the ai-based pathological analysis of liver cancer,and delve into the strategies used in recent studies to unravel the“black box”of ai's decision-making process.

Modulating the immune microenvironment to establish sustained positive feedback within immune pathways represents a promising avenue for the treatment of ***,the precise and efficient delivery of therapeutic systems to the subcutaneous basal layer to modulate immune disorders is a major challenge in the treatment of autoimmune *** this project,we introduce a dual-functional microneedle(DF-MN)designed to combine MNs with multiple release kinetics and immunotherapy,the programmed treatment is achieved through segmented design of the MN structure,realizing the unification of rapid and long-lasting treatment of autoimmune *** vivo imaging results showed that GelMA@M-CSF showed fluorescent signals after 5 days of delivery to subcutaneous tissues,whereas HA@IL-13 showed minimal fluorescent signals after 2 *** multistage release behavior of MNs and the diffusion mechanism of drugs were explained at the molecular level,in combination with coarse-grained molecular ***,DF-MN can successfully induce macrophage reprogramming in vitro and ameliorate overall symptoms in a psoriasis mice model,suggesting that it has the potential to be an effective strategy for the treatment of psoriasis and portends to be a transformative platform for the treatment of other autoimmune diseases.

BACKGROUND Gastric cancer(GC)is the fifth most common and the fourth most lethal malignant tumour in the *** patients are already in the advanced stage when they are diagnosed,which also leads to poor overall *** effect of posto-perative adjuvant chemotherapy for advanced GC is unsatisfactory with a high rate of distant metastasis and local *** To investigate the safety and efficacy of a programmed cell death 1(PD-1)inhibitor combined with oxaliplatin and S-1(SOX)in the treatment of Borrmann large type III and IV *** A retrospective analysis(IRB-2022-371)was performed on 89 patients with Borrmann large type III and IV GCs who received neoadjuvant therapy(NAT)from January 2020 to December *** to the different neoadjuvant treatment regimens,the patients were divided into the SOX group(61 patients)and the PD-1+SOX(P-SOX)group(28 patients).RESULTS The pathological response(tumor regression grade 0/1)in the P-SOX group was significantly higher than that in the SOX group(42.86%vs 18.03%,P=0.013).The incidence of ypN0 in the P-SOX group was higher than that in the SOX group(39.29%vs 19.67%,P=0.05).The use of PD-1 inhibitors was an independent factor affecting tumor regression ***,the use of PD-1 did not increase postoperative complications or the adverse effects of *** A PD-1 inhibitor combined with SOX could significantly improve the rate of tumour regression during NAT for patients with Borrmann large type III and IV GCs.

目的探讨氨茶碱在体外循环(CPB)心脏瓣膜置换术中的心肌保护作用及其可能机制。方法将择期行心脏瓣膜置换术的30例风湿性心脏瓣膜病患者随机分为氨茶碱组和对照组,每组各15例。氨茶碱组麻醉诱导后静脉滴注氨茶碱(5 mg/kg)。分别测定CPB转流前及术后不同时期血浆肌钙蛋白Ⅰ(cTnI)、心肌环磷酸腺苷(cAMP)和髓过氧化物酶(MPO)以及主动脉血/冠状静脉窦血中性粒细胞(PMN)比值等；同时观察血流动力学等临床指标。结果两组患者各临床指标差异均无统计学意义；升主动脉开放后两组cTnI均比CPB前升高,但氨茶碱组显著低于对照组；升主动脉开放后30 min,两组cAMP均降低,但氨茶碱组心肌cAMP含量显著高于对照组,MPO活性及主动脉血,冠状静脉窦血PMN比值显著低于对照组。结论在CPB心脏瓣膜置换术中,氨茶碱具有一定的心肌保护作用；其机制可能与升高心肌cAMP、抑制白细胞对心肌组织的浸润有关。

The Sm–Zr–Fe–Co–Ti quinary-alloys with ThMn12 structure has attracted wide attention for ultra-high intrinsic magnetic properties,showing potentiality to be developed into rare-earth permanent *** Ti element in alloys is crucial for phase stability and magnetic properties,and lower Ti content can increase intrinsic magnetic properties but reduce phase *** this study,the 1:12 single-phase melt-spun ribbons with low Ti content was successfully prepared using a rapid solidification non-equilibrium method for the Sm1.1Zr_(0.2)Fe_(9.2)Co_(2.3)Ti_(0.5) ***,this non-equilibrium ribbon did not achieve good magnetic hardening due to the uneven microstructure and ***,annealing was carried out to eliminate micro-strain and homogenize microstructure,therefore,remanence and coercivity were significantly improved even the precipitation of a small amount of a-Fe phase which were not conducive to *** remanence of 86.1 emu/g and coercivity of 151 kA/m was achieved when annealing at 850℃ for 45 *** hot pressing,under the action of high temperature and pressure,a small portion of ThMn12 phases in the magnet decompose into Sm-rich phases and a-Fe,while remanence of 4.02 kGs(1 Gs=10^(-4) T),and coercivity of 1.12 kOe(1 Oe=79.5775 A·m^(-1))were still *** findings can provide reference for exploring practical permanent magnets made of 1:12 type quinary-alloys.

Prediction of specific spoilage organisms in smoked chicken legs with modified atmosphere packaging at 4 ℃ using multivariate statistical analysis

The present study monitored bacterial succession， physicochemical properties， and volatile organic compounds (VOCs) changes in smoked chicken legs with modified atmosphere packaging (MAP， 60% CO2and 40% N2) during a 25-day storage period at 4 ℃. After 15 days of storage， Serratia proteamaculans and Pseudomonas fragi became the predominant bacteria. Furthermore， physicochemical properties changed significantly， as evidenced by an increase in thiobarbituric acid reactive substances and b* (yellowness) value， and a decrease in hardness. A total of 65 VOCs were identified during storage. Correlation between bacterial succession and quality indicators (including VOCs and physicochemical properties) allowed the identification of 26 core dominant bacteria， including S. proteamaculans， Psychrobacter alimentarius， Pseudomonas putide， and Pseudomonas poae， which were positively related to spoilage VOCs (e.g.， 1-octen-3-ol， 1-pentanol， and 3-methyl-1-butanol) and could be defined as specific spoilage organisms (SSOs). The results of this study provide a systematic approach to predict SSOs in smoked chicken legs during storage， which can also provide a basis for product safety.

Background: Triple-negative breast cancer(TNBC), which is so called because of the lack of estrogen receptors(ER), progesterone receptors(PR), and human epidermal growth factor receptor 2(HER2) receptors on the cancer cells, accounts for 10%–15% of all breast cancers. The heterogeneity of the tumor microenvironment is ***, the role of plasma cells controlling the tumor migration progression in TNBC is still not fully ***: We analyzed single-cell RNA sequencing data from five HER2 positive, 12ER positive/PR positive, and nine TNBC samples. The potential targets were validated by ***: Plasma cells were enriched in TNBC samples, which was consistent with validation using data from The Cancer Genome Atlas. Cell communication analysis revealed that plasma cells interact with T cells through the intercellular adhesion molecule 2–integrin–aLb2 complex, and then release interleukin 1 beta(IL1B), as verified by immunohistochemistry, ultimately promoting tumor ***: Our results revealed the role of plasma cells in TNBC and identified IL1B as a new prognostic marker for TNBC.
