目的探讨雌激素对急性疼痛的调节作用。方法①雌激素的慢性处理:A组大鼠在去卵巢术5周后行切口痛造模(16只),B组大鼠在去卵巢假手术5周后行切口痛造模(14只),采用von Frey法测定去卵巢前、后基础值以及切口痛术后2、4h和1、3、7、10d的机械刺激缩足阈值(PWT值)。②雌激素的急性处理:c组为正常雌鼠在切口痛术后第1天鞘内注射1nmol/L雌二醇10μL(8只),D组为正常雌鼠在切口痛术后第1天鞘内注射0.9%氯化钠溶液10μL(8只)。采用vonFrey法测鞘内给药前及给药后20、60、120、180min的PWT值。结果①慢性处理:A组去卵巢后基础PWT值及术后1、3、7、10d的PWT值均显著低于B组(P值均c组给药20和60min的PWT值显著低于给药前(P值均0.05)。结论体内雌激素水平慢性降低的大鼠对于急性疼痛更加敏感,而对于处于急性疼痛状态的大鼠,中枢雌激素水平增加能引起短期痛阈的降低。

Background:Male sex workers are at high-risk for acquisition of sexually transmitted infections(STIs),including human immunodeficiency virus(HIV).We quantified incidence rates of STIs and identified their time-varying predictors among male sex workers in Mexico ***:From January 2012 to May 2014,male sex workers recruited from the largest HIV clinic and community sites in Mexico city were tested for chlamydia,gonorrhea,syphilis,hepatitis,and HIV at baseline,6-months,and *** nee rates with 95%bootstrapped confide nee limits were *** examined potential timevarying predictors using generalized estimating equations for a population averaged ***:Among 227 male sex workers,median age was 24 and baseline HIV prevalence was 32%.Incidence rates(per 100 person-years)were as follows:HIV[5.23;95%confidence interval(cI):2.15-10.31],chlamydia(5.15;95%cI:2.58-9.34),gonorrhea(3.93;95%cI:1.88-7.83),syphilis(13.04;95%cI:8.24-19.94),hepatitis B(2.11;95%cI:0.53-4.89),hepatitis c(0.95;95%cI:0.00-3.16),any STI except HIV(30.99;95%cI:21.73-40.26),and any STI including HIV(50.08;95%cI:37.6062.55).In the multivariable-adjusted model,incident STI(excluding HIV)were lower among those who reported consistently using condoms during anal and vaginal intercourse(odds ratio=0.03,95%cI:0.00-0.68)compared to those who reported inconsistently using condoms during anal and vaginal ***:Incidence of STIs is high among male sex workers in Mexico *** condom use is an important protective factor for STIs,and should be an important comp on ent of interventions to prevent incide nt infect i ons.

＜正＞Plant pigments,especially carotenoids and anthocyanins,accumulate in most fruit during ripening,and contribute to fruit color as well as human health *** accumulation of these pigments often varies between cultivars. Loquat fruit accumulate carotenoids during ripening,to a different extent among *** carotenoid content and composition,mRNA levels of carotenogenic genes,as well as the number and structure of plastids in peel and flesh were compared during the development of Luoyangqing（LYQ,red-fleshed） and Baisha（BS,white-fleshed） *** results suggested that the differential accumulation of carotenoids between cultivars was associated with differential expression of some carotenogenic ***,microscopic and ultrastructural data indicate that failure to develop normal chromoplast structures was more critically responsible for the lack of carotenoid accumulation in BS flesh. On the other hand,chinese bayberry accumulate different amounts of anthocyanins during fruit *** of anthocyanin biosynthesis related genes as well as MrMYB1,a R2R3 MYB transcription factor,were compared in white （’Shuijing’ SJ）,red（’dongkui’ DK）,and dark red-purple（’Biqi’,BQ） bayberry *** expression levels of these genes are highly correlated with the accumulation of *** of MrMYB1 stimulated both anthocyanin accumulation and activated an Arabidopsis-DFR promoter in *** of MrMYB1d,a nonsense mutation of the MrMYB1,was observed in SJ and DK *** results show that both altered expression and sequence of MrMYB1 are responsible for differential accumulation of anthocyanins in fruit of different bayberry cultivars.

Previous research has shown that the effect of potassium fertilizer on soybean ([Glycine max (L.) Merr.] seed composition (protein, oil, fatty acids, and isoflavones) is still largely unknown. Therefore, the objective of this research was to investigate the effects of potassium application on seed protein, oil, fatty acids, and isoflavones under Midsouth environmental conditions. A three-year experiment was conducted in two locations (Milan, TN and Jackson, TN). Potassium (K) rates were applied in the form of K2O at a rate of 0 (control, c), 45 (T1), 90 (T2), 134 (T3), and 179 (T4) kg·ha-1 in a randomized complete block design. The results showed that increasing the K application rate did not result in consistent effects on yield. However, increasing K application rate did increase protein, oleic acid, and individual and total isoflavone concentrations at both locations in 2008 and 2009. In Jackson in 2010, the increase of K rate did not change oleic acid, but resulted in an increase in glycitein and genistein isoflavone concentrations. In 2010, increasing K application rate increased protein concentrations, decreased individual and total isoflavones, and did not change oleic acid concentration at Milan. At the highest rate of K, 179 kg·ha-1, yield and some seed composition constituents were negatively impacted. Generally, K concentration in leaves at V5, R1, R3, and seed at harvest maturity stage (R8) increased with the increase of K rate applications. The research demonstrated that K application can alter seed composition, but this alteration depended on location, environmental stress factors, mainly heat and drought, K level in soil, and K application rate. Higher rates of K application may negatively impact seed composition constituents.

研究了乙醇-硫氰酸钾-水体系析相萃取分离和富集钛的行为及与一些金属离子分离的条件。结果表明,硫酸铵能使乙醇的水溶液分成两相,在分相过程中,Ti 4+和硫氰酸钾生成的Ti(ScN)26-与质子化乙醇c2H5OH2+形成的缔合物[Ti(ScN)26-][c2H5OH2+]2能被乙醇相完全萃取。当乙醇、硫氰酸钾和硫酸铵的浓度分别为30%(V/V)、6.0×10-2 mol/L和0.30g/mL时,Ti 4+的萃取率达到96.9%以上,Al 3+、Ni 2+、Mg2+、cd2+、Zn2+、cr3+、Fe2+、Pb2+和Mn2+离子基本不被萃取,实现了Ti 4+与上述金属离子的分离。对合成水样中钛的分离和测定,结果满意。

目的：本研究的目的是对concept间接法热压固化的树脂材料修复体与铸造金属修复体的临床特性进行比较。材料和方法：7年中对18名患者的嵌体和高嵌体修复体采用美国公共卫生部的标准作临床评价。18名患者作了36例concept树脂嵌体或高嵌体。对每例修复体作7项及A、B、c三级的临床分析。每例都选铸造金属修复体作对照。结果：concept修复体临床评价中达到A级标准的有：色泽匹配占64％，界面着色占47％，继发龋占75％，磨耗占58％，边缘密合占64％，表面结构72％，轴面形态58％。结论：7年的临床研究表明，concept间接法后牙嵌体、高嵌体修复体可为临床应用，特别是适用于前磨牙。
