Background:Male sex workers are at high-risk for acquisition of sexually transmitted infections(STIs),including human immunodeficiency virus(HIV).We quantified incidence rates of STIs and identified their time-varying predictors among male sex workers in Mexico ***:From January 2012 to May 2014,male sex workers recruited from the largest HIV clinic and community sites in Mexico City were tested for chlamydia,gonorrhea,syphilis,hepatitis,and HIV at baseline,6-months,and *** nee rates with 95%bootstrapped confide nee limits were *** examined potential timevarying predictors using generalized estimating equations for a population averaged ***:Among 227 male sex workers,median age was 24 and baseline HIV prevalence was 32%.Incidence rates(per 100 person-years)were as follows:HIV[5.23;95%confidence interval(CI):2.15-10.31],chlamydia(5.15;95%CI:2.58-9.34),gonorrhea(3.93;95%CI:1.88-7.83),syphilis(13.04;95%CI:8.24-19.94),hepatitis B(2.11;95%CI:0.53-4.89),hepatitis C(0.95;95%CI:0.00-3.16),any STI except HIV(30.99;95%CI:21.73-40.26),and any STI including HIV(50.08;95%CI:37.6062.55).In the multivariable-adjusted model,incident STI(excluding HIV)were lower among those who reported consistently using condoms during anal and vaginal intercourse(odds ratio=0.03,95%CI:0.00-0.68)compared to those who reported inconsistently using condoms during anal and vaginal ***:Incidence of STIs is high among male sex workers in Mexico *** condom use is an important protective factor for STIs,and should be an important comp on ent of interventions to prevent incide nt infect i ons.

The aim is to study the set of subsets of grids of the Waterloo language from the point of view of abstract algebra and graph theory. The study was conducted using the library for working with transition graphs of nondeterministic finite automata NFALib implemented by one of the authors in C#, as well as statistical methods for analyzing algorithms. The results are regularities obtained when considering semilattices on a set of subsets of grids of the Waterloo language. It follows from the results obtained that the minimum covering automaton equivalent to the Waterloo automaton can be obtained by adding one additional to the minimum covering set of grids. .

Objective: To determine the efficacy of immunesuppressive treatment over 1 year in early diffuse cutaneous systemic sclerosis (dcSSc). Methods: dcSSc patients with less than 3 years disease duration and at least one year of data enrolled in the CSRG database were included. Regression analyses for achieving at least minimal important differences (MID) for 5 outcomes over one year were done to determine baseline predictors of change and if immunesuppressive treatment yielded the attainment of the MID. Results: 124 patients (mean age 52.3 years;79.2% female) were included. Variables associated with MID at one year were often the baseline variable and for some outcomes, age, sex, smoking, restrictive lung disease and treatment type. Treatment with immunesuppressive was not found to be associated with achieving MIDs in multivariate analyses. Conclusion: Treatment was associated with achieving a MID change at 1 year using univariate statistics, but not in multivariate models. These observational data do not support improvement with immunesuppressives over one year but there could be confounding or biases comparing with those prescribed immunesuppressives vs. those who don’t.

SnO_(2)-ZnO thin films consisting of nanoscale crystallites were obtained on glass and silicon substrates by solid-phase low-temperature *** synthesized materials were studied by XRD and SeM methods,electrophysical and optical properties were evaluated,as well as the band gap was *** was shown that regardless of the phase composition all films were optically transparent in the visible range(310-1000 nm).The nanocrystallites’minimum size,the highest activation energy of the conductivity and the smallest band gap calculated for indirect transitions were shown for a thin film 50SnO_(2)-*** was assumed that the band gap decreasing might be attributed to the existence of surface electric fields with a strength higher than 4×10^(5)V/cm.

无人机的快速发展使其成为搜寻海上遇险目标的重要工具之一。通过报告的遇险目标的初始位置,优化确定无人机的搜寻航路是发挥光电侦察装备效能、提高遇险目标搜寻效率的核心问题之一。基于遇险目标定基点位置,通过建立无人机定基点扩展方形搜寻和扇形搜寻方法模型,设计仿真应用程序,对两种搜寻方法进行仿真评估分析。研究发现在相同的发现概率下,扩展方形搜寻方法具有时间优势,对制定和指导无人机的海上搜寻计划行动具有现实的参考价值。
