The extensive application of modern information and communication technology in the power system through the in-depth integration of the information system and the power system has led to the gradual development of the cyberphysical power system(CPPS).While advanced information technology increases the safety and reliability of power system operations,it also increases the risks of fault *** improve the reliability of CPPS from the perspective of power communication routing,it is proposed that the CPPS model and vulnerability assessment of power node reflect the correlation between information and energy flows with the service impact on power grid operation,which is an important index for evaluating communication *** to the distribution of services at the different important levels on the links,the importance of the cross-layer link is established as the vulnerability evaluation index of the communication ***,the routing optimization model is proposed in combination with the service transmission risk under cyber-attack and the operating characteristics of the information system,which is solved through an improved fast-convergent genetic *** simulation results show that the proposed method allocates the alternate route to the low-risk link without significantly increasing the delay of the main route,which effectively improves the power supply reliability of CPPS in extreme cyber-attack scenarios.

A azoreductase gene with 537 bp was obtained by PCR amplification from Rhodobacter sphaeroides AS1 1737 The enzyme, with a molecular weight of 18 7 kD, was efficiently expressed in Escherichia coli and its biodegradation characteristics for azo dyes were investigated. Furthermore, the reaction kinetics and mechanism of azo dyes catalyzed by the genetically engineered azoreductase were studied in detail. The presence of a hydrazo-intermediate was identified, which provided a convincing evidence for the assumption that azo dyes were degraded via an incomplete reduction stage.

A bolaform （BNC10） and single-headed （HNOA） amphiphilic Schiff bases containing naphthyl group were designed and their Langmuir-Blodgett films were investigated. It was found that both the LB films show acidichromism, i.e. a reversible color change upon alternatively exposing the films to HC1 and NH3 gases, respectively. It was further found that the bolaform Schiff bases film could trap NH3 gas during the acidichromic process.

Eutrophication in the Three Gorges Reservoir has become a serious issue, and phosphorus (P) is the nutrient thought to be primarily responsible although there are few studies about P loss from the mostly sloping farmlands of the area. This work investigated the amounts and forms of P loss from 9 farmlands with the slopes of 4°, 9°, and 17° in a small watershed, Wangjiagou in Fuling District, Chongqing of China. The slope of the relationship between runoff and rainfall increased with field slope; i.e., there was a significant interaction between the effects of rainfall and field slope on water export. For sediment export by surface runoff, there was no interaction between field slope and rainfall, and the intercept of the relationship between rainfall and sediment loss was significantly different for the 3 slopes. The main P loss was from sediments, regardless of slope. In the runoff water, particulate P was the largest P fraction, and its loss was greatest from the steepest land and least from the flattest. The release of total P and available P from sediments followed the same trend. The P loss during May to July in Wangjiagou was more than 60% of the annual total.

The old reservoir areas built in 1950s- 1970s left behind many socio-economic problems, because of the administrative backward migration and little migration fund, and all these problems would be tied to land. Based on interviewing with peasant households, combining land use survey and socio-economic statistical index, this paper analyzed land use change and its corresponding driving forces in Linshui reservoir area of Dahonghe Reservoir. Results showed that land use change in the reservoir area was mainly embodied on low-lying land submergence and migration requisition land. The former changed the land use patterns, and the latter mainly reconstructed original land property and made land over-fragmented. Cultivated land per capita was 0.041ha in this area, below the cordon of cultivated land per capita enacted by FAO. Currently, there were still 30.25% of peasant households being short of grain in trimester of one year, and there were 35.27% of people living under the poverty line. The conditions of eco-environmerit in Linshui Reservoir Area were worse, and healthy and sub-healthy eco-environment accounted for less proportion, composed of green belt around the reservoir area and paddy field ecosystem, and economic forest and orchard ecosystem, respectively. The stress of the reservoir project was macroscopic background to analyze the driving factors of land use change, and real underlying diving factor of the land use change in the area was the change of cultural landscape under the stress of reservoir project. The rapid increase of population was the key factor to induce the change of man-land relationship in the reservoir area, the low level of rural economy was the crucial factor to decide how migrants input for production, and the belief of migrants, influencing the land use patterns in a certain extent, was the inducing factor to keep land use stable. Intracellular transport is the basis for the transfer of matter, energy, and information in cells and is critical to many cellular functions. Within the nonequilibrium environment of living cells, the transport behaviours are far from the traditional motion in liquid but are more complex and active. With the advantage of high spatial and temporal resolution, the single-particle tracking(SPT) method is widely utilized and has achieved great advances in revealing intracellular transport dynamics. This review describes intracellular transport from a physical perspective and classifies it into two modes: diffusive motion and directed motion. The biological functions and physical mechanisms for these two transport modes are introduced. Next, we review the principle of SPT and its advances in two aspects of intracellular transport. Finally, we discuss the prospect of near infrared SPT in exploring the in vivo intracellular transport dynamics.

Geochemical Characteristics of Trace Elements in Argillans of Alfisols in Central China

The relationships between the basic properties and trace elements in soil argillans and corresponding matrix soils were studied by sampling from the B horizons of 26 Alfisols in croplands of the subtropical area in Central China. The soil elements(K, Na, Ca,Mg, Mn, Co, Cu, Cr, Cd, Li, Mo, Ni, Pb, ti, V, and Zn) were extracted by acid digestion and their contents were measured using inductively coupled plasma optical emission spectrometry(ICP-OES). The mean contents of clay and organic matter in the argillans were approximately 1.1 and 1.3 times greater than those in the matrix soils, respectively. The p H values and the contents of P2O5 and bases(K2O, Na2 O, Ca O, and Mg O) in the argillans were higher than those in the corresponding matrix soils. Cu, Cd, ti, and V were enriched in the argillans. Correlation coefficients and factor analyses showed that Co, Cu, Li, and Zn were bound with phyllosilicates and manganese oxides(Mn-oxides) in the argillans. Cr and Pb were mainly associated with iron oxides(Fe-oxides), while Ni was bound with Mn-oxides. Cd, ti, and V were chiefly associated with phyllosilicates, but Cr and Mo were rarely enriched in the *** contrast, in the matrix soils, Co and Zn were associated with organic matter and Fe-oxides, Cr existed in phyllosilicates, and Mo was bound to Fe-oxides. Cd, ti, and V were associated with organic matter. The results of this study suggest that clays, organic matter, and minerals in the argillans dominate the illuviation of trace elements in Alfisols. Argillans might be the active interfaces of elemental exchange and nutrient supply in cropland soils in Central China.

Electrochemical cyclic voltammetric（CV） scan was applied to inducing the partial oxidation and defects of carbon nanotubes（CNTs）.The electrochemically induced functional groups and physical defects were demonstrated to show positive effects on the nanotube capacitance,as exemplified by super-long CNT arrays as model for the easy fabrication of CNT ***,the initial hydrophobic nanotube surface becomes hydrophilic and a ten-time enhancement in capacitance is observed with respect to the pristine CNT ***,the electrochemical CV pretreatment can be used as an effective approach to activate the CNT surface for an enhanced electrochemical performance in capacitors,and many other advanced devices beyond capacitors,such as electrochemical sensors and batteries.
