The purpose of the study was to evaluate the sperm.viability of sem.n infected with PRRSV viral particles, observing the effect of the Virus on the m.tility of boar sperm. The work was carried out at the Fm.Z-BUAP Genetics and Reproduction Laboratory. 5 stallions were used. Each sam.le contained 1 × 106 sperm. the PRRS virus strain was ATCC-VR-2332 (0, 102, 104 and 106 copies of RNA/m. in triplicate), it was observed daily at the CASA;Ham.lton Thorne®. Cells with m. (P m. between control and virus concentrations (P ≥ 0.05). The LCV on day 1 and 7 PI at 10X2 and 10X6 (P m.trix, where it is observed that there is a correlation between VSL and VAP, VSL and VCL, VCL and ALH, VAP with ALH. There is a correlation of VSL and ALH, STR and ALH. In this study there were (P ≤ 0.01) in the VCL, in the concentrations (102) 162.81 ± 10.65 and (106) 177.12 ± 5.77 vs 193.04 ± 4.62 of control. This indicates that altering these param.ters would be related to fertility and the PRRS virus affects the LCV. Regarding the VSL, it was observed that the sperm.infected with viruses 102, 104 and 106 of 48.00 ± 3.38, 49.88 ± 1.83 and 50.55 ± 2.24 Vs. 56.66 ± 1.68 of control respectively, the control would have greater possibilities of fertilizing the oocyte. In this study, it was found (P ≤ 0.01) in the VAP with 102 of 77.26 ± 5.16, 104 with 83.35 ± 2.41 and 106 with 81.29 ± 3.14 vs the control with 90.56 ± 2.07. Regarding the ALH there is (P 4 with 8.70 ± .26 and 106 with 9.64 ± 0.23 vs control 8.50 ± 0.27. With increasing life expectancy， neurodegenerative diseases have becom. one of the leading causes of ill-health in the elderly. Preventive strategies include following healthy diets， such as the m.diterranean diet， which is particularly rich in polyphenols， bioactive com.ounds with neuroprotective properties. The aim.of this study was to assess the association of m.crobial phenolic m.tabolites (m.m. with cognition. This cross-sectional analysis was perform.d with 200 participants of the PREDIm.D trial (Barcelona-Clinic recruitm.nt center). A novel m.thod based on liquid chrom.tography coupled to m.ss spectrom.try was used to identify urinary m.m.(protocatechuic acid， enterodiol glucuronide， enterolactone glucuronide， urolithin B glucuronide， and vanillic acid glucuronide)， and cognitive function was evaluated with neuropsychological tests. m.ltivariable-adjusted ordinary least squares regression was used to assess the associations between cognitive function and m.m. and a score was calculated as the weighted sum.of m.m. A higher m.m.score was associated with better frontal lobe function. Am.ng individual m.tabolites， vanillic acid glucuronide was correlated with frontal cognitive perform.nce. Participants with higher concentrations of vanillic acid glucuronide and urolithin B glucuronide obtained better scores in the Color Trail Test part 2. A higher score for urinary m.lti-m.m.was associated with better frontal cognitive perform.nce in an older m.diterranean population.

Nd^(3+)-doped tellurite glasses are prom.sing m.terials for therm.m.ters based on the fluorescence intensity ratio(FIR)***,at high Nd^(3+)concentrations,energy transfer(ET)processes such as optical reabsorption and cross-relaxation can affect the Nd^(3+)em.ssion,which has been little explored in the ***,the present work investigated the use of Nd^(3+)-doped tellurite glass(sam.les doped with Nd^(3+)at 0.2 m.l%,0.5 m.l%,2.0 m.l%,and 4.0 m.l%)in fluorescence therm.m.ters,in the tem.erature range from.299 to 371 *** results indicate a strong dependence of the FIR param.ters on the Nd^(3+)concentration,due to changes in the em.ssion band profiles caused by optical reabsorption of the Nd^(3+)em.ssions and cross-relaxation processes.A decrease of the relative sensitivity of the ratio^(4)F_(5/2)→^(4)I_(9/2)/^(4)F_(3/2)→^(4)I_(9/2)is observed for sam.les doped with higher am.unts of Nd^(3+).The m.xim.m.relative sensitivity at 299 K is 3.00%/K,which is the highest value am.ng the reported Nd^(3+)ions.

Background:m.st studies on physical fitness and detraining have been conducted on norm.l-weight *** results indicate that any gains regress to the untrained control values during the detraining ***,therefore,seem. necessary to determ.ne how detraining affects the different fitness param.ters in obese *** aim.of the present study was to evaluate the effects of detraining(6 m.nths)on kinanthropom.try and the com.onents of physical fitness after an intervention(31 m.nths)consisting of a program.of exercise and/or diet for obese ***:The participants were 18 boys,aged between 8 and 11 years,divided into E and E+D groups according to the program.they *** E group followed a physical exercise program.three 90-m.nute sessions/week),and the E+D group the sam. physical exercise program.plus a low calorie *** fitness was assessed by the European physical fitness test battery including flam.ngo balance,plate tapping,sit-andreach,standing broad jum.,hand-grip strength,sit-ups,bent-arm.hang,10×5-m.tre shuttle run,and 20-m.tre endurance shuttle *** Kruskal-Wallis test was applied to reveal overall intergroup differences(E and E+D groups),and m.asurem.nts showing significant differences were further analysed for differences between individual groups by the m.nn-Whitney U ***:In both groups,changes were observed in various physical fitness param.ters,especially lim. speed(E group,P=0.001;E+D group,P=0.002),agility(E group,Pm.intervention based on the com.ination of exercise program.and exercise program.plus diet in obese boys does not affect the changes attained during the intervention.

In this study,we identiﬁed the m.isture sources for the precipitation associated with tropical cyclones(TCs)during the rapid intensiﬁcation(RI)process from.1980 to 2018 by applying a Lagrangian m.isture source diagnostic *** detected sixteen regions on a global scale for RI events distributed as follows:four in the North Atlantic(NATL),two in the Central and East Paciﬁc Ocean(NEPAC),the North Indian Ocean(NIO)and South Indian Ocean(SIO),and three in the South Paciﬁc Ocean(SPO)and the Western North Paciﬁc Ocean(WNP).The m.isture uptake(m.)m.stly was from.the regions where TCs underwent *** Western NATL,tropical NATL,Caribbean Sea,the Gulf of m.xico and the Central Am.rica and m.xico landm.ss supported~85.4%of the precipitating m.isture in the NATL,while the latter source and the eastern North Paciﬁc Ocean provided the higher am.unt of m.isture in NEPAC(~84.3%).The Arabian Sea,the Bay of Bengal and the Indian Peninsula were the m.jor m.isture sources in NIO,contributing approxim.tely 81.3%.The eastern and western parts of the Indian Ocean supplied m.st of the atm.spheric hum.dity in SIO(~83.8%).The com.ined contributions(~87.9%)from.the western and central SPO and the Coral Sea were notably higher in ***,TCs in the WNP basin m.stly received m.isture from.the western North Paciﬁc Ocean,the Philippine Sea and the China Sea,accounting for 80.1%.The rem.ining m.isture support in each basin cam. from.the sum.ed contributions of the rem.te ***,RI TCs gained m.re m.isture up to 2500 km.from.the cyclone centre than those slow intensiﬁcation(SI)and the total m. was approxim.tely three tim.s higher during RI than ***,the patterns of the m. differences respond to the typical pathways of m.isture transport in each basin.
