护生整体护理比较学习表的构建研究

用带水稻苯丙氨酸解氨酶PAL 2启动子和GUS读码框嵌合基因的水稻悬浮细胞证明毛地黄皂苷能诱导水稻PAL 2的转录。NAD-PH、NADH、过氧化氢、超氧歧化酶、过氧化氢酶、甘露醇、1,2-羟基苯-3,5-二磺酸(Tiron)、paraquat、精氨酸、还原型和氧化型的谷胱甘肽、N-乙酰-L-半胱氨酸、二硫苏糖醇等都不影响毛地黄皂苷诱导的PAL2转导。只有在超氧歧化酶和过氧化氢酶或超氧歧化酶和Tiron一起时才微弱地抑制这种诱导。毛地黄皂苷能在缺钙培养基中诱导胞外介质碱性化,但它只在含钙离子的条件下才诱导PAL 2转录。钙离子载体A 23187及Stauros-poline不诱导PAL 2基因转录和胞外介质碱性化。钙调素的拮抗剂N-(6-Aminohexy1)-5-chloro-1-naphthalenesulfonamide(W7)和trifluoperazine(TFP)能抑制毛地黄皂苷诱导的PAL 2转录,但一些蛋白激酶的激活剂和抑制剂包括phorbol-12-myristate(TPA)、1-(5-Isoquinoline sulfony1)-2-methylpiperaz-ine(H7)、staurosporine及genestein不干扰它对PAL 2转录的诱导,G蛋白激活剂GTP-γS和抑制剂百日咳毒素也不影响这种诱导。毛地黄皂苷不诱导几丁酶转录。二硫苏糖醇能抑制几丁酶转录。伴刀豆球蛋白及麦胚凝集素能微弱地促进几丁酶基因转录,但对PAL 2表达没有影响。看来毛地黄皂苷诱导的水稻悬浮细胞PAL 2转录与活性氧激活没有简单和直接的关系。但它依赖于胞外介质碱性化和钙-钙调素,它的信号传导途径与诱导几丁酶转录的信号传导途径是不同的。

Caregiver Burden in the Management of Frail Elderly Patients with Diabetes in Internal Medicine

Aim: Advanced age and fragility often lead to dependence, making caregiver assistance necessary for performing the activities of daily living. Patients with diabetes are characterized by an elevated presence of comorbidities and subsequent frailty—a relevant consideration when making decisions regarding treatment goals. Health professionals may overlook the caregiver experience when assessing the circumstances surrounding frail elderly patients with diabetes, but this factor can have a large impact on relevant caregiver and patient outcomes. Methods: An observational, retrospective study was carried out to assess the impact of improved management in diabetes on caregiver burden. We assessed patients’ performance of activities of daily living using the Barthel scale. Our primary outcome was caregiver burden, as assessed using the Zarit scale. Results: At baseline, 81.4% of the caregivers reported severe overburden (>55 points on the Zarit scale). At three months, the proportion of caregivers reporting this level of burden had dropped to 76.7% and remained stable at six months (77.1%). In contrast, 8.5% of the caregivers reported moderate overburden (47 to 55 points) at baseline, compared to 13.3% at three months and 12.5% at six. The proportion of caregivers reporting no overburden (Conclusions: Caregiver burden remained persistently high, decreasing only slightly after six months.

The propagation characteristics of elasto-thermodiffusive lamb waves in a homogenous isotropic,thermodiffusive,elastic plate have been investigated in the context of linear theory of generalized *** developing the formal solution of the mathematical model consisting of partial differential equations,the secular equations have been derived by using relevant boundary conditions prevailing at the surfaces of the plate for symmetric and asymmetric wave modes in completely separate *** secular equations for long wavelength and short wavelength waves have also been deduced and *** amplitudes of displacement components,temperature change and mass concentration under the lamb wave propagation conditions have also been *** complex transcendental secular equations have been solved by using a hybrid numerical technique consisting of irreducible Cardano method along with function iteration technique after splitting these in a system of real transcendental *** numerically simulated results in respect of phase velocity,attenuation coefficient,specific loss factor and relative frequency shift of thermoelastic diffusive waves have been presented graphically in the case of brass material.

Deep brain stimulation(DBS) is emerging as a pow-erful tool for the alleviation of targeted symptoms in treatment-resistant neuropsychiatric disorders. Despite the expanding use of neuropsychiatric DBS, the mecha-nisms responsible for its effects are only starting to be elucidated. Several modalities such as quantitative elec-troencephalography as well a intraoperative recordings have been utilized to attempt to understand the under-pinnings of this new treatment modality, but functional imaging appears to offer several unique advantages. Functional imaging techniques like positron emission tomography, single photon emission computed tomog-raphy and functional magnetic resonance imaging have been used to examine the effects of focal DBS on activ-ity in a distributed neural network. These investigations are critical for advancing the field of invasive neuro-modulation in a safe and effective manner, particularly in terms of defining the neuroanatomical targets and refining the stimulation protocols. The purpose of this review is to summarize the current functional neuroim-aging findings from neuropsychiatric DBS implantation for three disorders: treatment-resistant depression, obsessive-compulsive disorder, and Tourette syndrome. All of the major targets will be discussed(Nucleus ac-cumbens, anterior limb of internal capsule, subcallosal cingulate, Subthalamic nucleus, Centromedial nucleus of the thalamus-Parafasicular complex, frontal pole, and dorsolateral prefrontal cortex). We will also address some apparent inconsistencies within this literature, and suggest potential future directions for this promis-ing area.

Evaluating the feeding value of wet okara as a protein supplement for lactating ewes with twin lambs was the objective. A 4 x 4 Latin square replicated 2 x(4 sheep, 4 treatments, 4 periods per square; 2 squares) was conducted to examine the influence of concentrate mix(okara or not) and type of forage(silage or hay) on ewe milk composition and growth of their lactating lambs. Treatment periods were 14 days(7 days adaptation and 7 days collection). Ewes(55 to 74.8 kg BW) were fed 1 of 4 diets: wheat middling and corn concentrate with mixed grass hay(TSH), okara and corn with mixed grass hay(OSH),soybean and wheat middlings with hay crop silage(TSS), and okara and corn with hay crop silage(OSS).Ewes fed hay diets had lower forage dry matter intakes than ewes fed silage. Intake of okara supplement was higher(P lamb daily gains or in ewe milk compositions among the diets. Okara is an effective source of protein for lactating ewes and their twin lambs.

The concept vortex force in aerodynamics is sys- tematically examined based on a new steady vortex-force theory （Wu et al., Vorticity and vortex dynamics, Springer, 2006） which expresses the aerodynamic force （and moment） by the volume and boundary integrals of the lamb vector. In this paper, the underlying physics of this theory is explored, including the general role of the lamb vector in non- linear aerodynamics, its initial formation, and its relevance to the total-pressure non-uniformity. As a typical example, the theory is applied to the flow over a slender delta wing at a large angle of attack. The highly localized flow structures with high lamb-vector peaks are identified in terms of their net contribution to various constituents of the total aerody-namic force. This vortex-force diagnosis sheds new light on the flow control and configuration optimization.
