In 2005, ave.age.daily gain (ADG) for ste.rs grazing triticale.e.ce.de. the.ADG for whe.t by 0.31 kghd-1d-1. In 2006, whe.t ADG e.ce.de. that for triticale.by 0.12 kghd-1d-1. In 2007, ste.rs grazing whe.t lost we.ght, while.ste.rs grazing triticale.gaine. 0.20 kghd-1d-1. This mate.ial is wild-harve.te., but colle.tors se.m not to fully appre.iate.the.pote.tial value.of the.plant mate.ial the. colle.t nor the.longte.m impact the.r colle.tion has on local plant populations. A mode. proje.t supporte. by the.Inte.national Food Policy Re.e.rch Institute.IFPRI)pe.suade. small-scale.farme.s in four diffe.e.t village. to use.some.of the.r land for cultivating traditionally wild-harve.te. spe.ie. of me.icinal and aromatic plants(MAPs) with high marke. value. The.farme.s we.e.provide. se.ds or rhizome. of five.MAPs and aske. to monitor the.r ge.mination and growth on 25 m2 plots during a 12 month pe.iod. At the.e.d of the.study, growth and yie.d data from the.four localitie. we.e.compare. and e.onomic analyse. conducte. to de.e.mine.the.profitability of the.spe.ie. base. on yie.ds, pre.ailing marke. price., and costs of production. Five.of the.cultivate. spe.ie. we.e.subse.ue.tly marke.e. and the.r value.e.aluate.:Se.amum indicum, Linum usitatissimum, Ocimum basilicum, Nige.la sativa and Viola pilosa. The.MAPs V. pilosa and O. basilicum we.e.the.most profitable.whe.e.s Nige.la sativa was the.le.st profitable.be.ause.of its low ge.mination rate. 目的探究支气管哮喘(BA)患儿外周血可溶性尿激酶型纤溶酶原激活物受体(suPAR)、酪氨酸激酶/信号传导及转录激活因子(JAK/STAT)信号通路与气道重构的相关性。方法选取2021年1月—2023年1月吐鲁番市高昌区人民医院呼吸与危重症医学科收治的BA患儿106例为研究对象(BA组),根据哮喘分级标准分为间歇状态亚组(n=58)、轻度亚组(n=29)和中重度亚组(n=19)。另选取同期健康体检儿童106例为健康对照组。酶联免疫吸附法(e.ISA)测定血清suPAR水平,实时荧光定量PCR方法测定血清JAK、STAT水平。比较不同组间患儿血清suPAR、JAK、STAT水平、肺功能及气道重构状况;分析血清suPAR水平、JAK/STAT与BA患儿肺功能及气道重构的关系。结果与健康对照组比较,BA组患儿血清suPAR、JAK、STAT水平及气道壁厚度与气道腔外径比(T/D)、气道壁总面积占气道总面积百分比(WA%)均显著升高(t/P=20.572/e._(1))占预计值百分比(Fe._(1)%)、Fe._(1)占用力肺活量百分比(Fe._(1)/FVC)均降低(t/P=22.796/e._(1)%、Fe._(1)/FVC依次降低(F/P=99.545/e.rson相关性分析显示,血清suPAR、JAK、STAT水平与Fe._(1)%、Fe._(1)/FVC均呈显著负相关(suPAR:r/P=-0.467/e._(1)%、Fe._(1)/FVC与T/D、WA%呈显著负相关(T/D:r/P=-0.627/<0.001,-0.546/<0.001,WA%:r/P=-0.590/<0.001,-0.504/<0.001)。结论suPAR高表达及JAK/STAT通路激活可能与BA的发生发展有关,且suPAR水平、JAK/STAT通路与BA患儿气道重构密切相关,有望成为BA诊治新靶点。
