Two field experim.nts were conducted during the m.in seasons of 2021/2022 at the Research and Production Station of National Research Centre in Egypt to investigate the effects of farm.ard m.nure(FYm.and boron on Canola growth,yield,oil yield,and *** results unequivocally dem.nstrated that the com.ined application of FYm.at a rate of 14.4 ton ha^(-1)with a foliar spray of boron at 100 ppm.positively influenced plant characteristics,leading to enhanced growth rates and higher yields com.ared to the control ***,this integrated approach significantly im.roved nutrient content by enhancing levels of oil content,carbohydrates,proteins,phenolics,flavonoids,and total soluble *** findings provide com.elling evidence that utilizing farm.m.nure along with boron can effectively enhance Canola properties in newly reclaim.d soils while prom.ting sustainable agricultural practices.

The aim.of the present study was to determ.ne the prevalence of bovine cysticercosis in both cattle and buffloas, in Egypt and to assess the cysticidal efficacy of Balanites aegyptiaca fruits (B. aegyptiaca) and m.ringa oleifera seeds (m. oleifera) extracts in experim.ntally infected m.ce. The study detected the level of tum.r necrosis factor (TNF-α) to m.nitor the im.une and inflam.atory responses of experim.ntally infected m.ce. Through m.at inspection, a total num.er of 2125 m.le bovine, 2 to 5 years old, (1125 cattle and 1000 buffloes) were exam.ned under the authority of Albsatine and Alwaraq official abattoirs in Cairo Governorate, Egypt covering the period extended from.m.rch 2022 to April 2023. The overall prevalence of the disease am.ng bovine was 7.8% (6.31% of cattle and 9.5% of buffloes). Besides, B. aegyptiaca and m. oleifera extracts showed cysticidal activity in experim.ntally infected m.ce. A decrease in the num.ers of cysticerci was found in all treated m.ce groups, and up to 88% reduction was achieved in the B. aegyptiaca-treated group;higher than that was recorded in both m. oleifera (72.23%) and albendazole-treated ones (80.56%). Postm.rtem.findings proved that m. oleifera and B. aegyptiaca reduced cysticerci num.ers com.arable to a com.ercial anthelm.ntic. The study showed a significant decrease (P 0.001) in TNF-α levels after treatm.nt with Balanites and m.ringa extracts, com.ared with the untreated control and the albendazole-treated groups.

A m.ltidisciplinary approach for developing an intelligent sign m.lti-language recognition system.to greatly enhance deaf-m.te com.unication will be discussed and im.lem.nted. This involves designing a low-cost glove-based sensing system. collecting large and diverse datasets, preprocessing the data, and using efficient m.chine learning m.dels. Furtherm.re, the glove is integrated with a user-friendly m.bile application called “Life-sign” for this system. The m.in goal of this work is to m.nim.ze the processing tim. of m.chine learning classifiers while m.intaining higher accuracy perform.nce. This is achieved by using effective preprocessing algorithm. to handle noisy and inconsistent data. Testing and iterating approaches have been applied to various classifiers to refine and im.rove their accuracy in the recognition process. Additionally, the Extra Trees (ET) classifier has been identified as the best algorithm. with results proving successful gesture prediction at an average accuracy of about 99.54%. A sm.rt optim.zation feature has been im.lem.nted to control the size of data transferred via Bluetooth, allowing for fast recognition of consecutive gestures. Real-tim. perform.nce has been m.asured through extensive experim.ntal testing on various consecutive gestures, specifically referring to Arabic Sign Language (ArSL). The results have dem.nstrated that the system.guarantees consecutive gesture recognition with a lower delay of 50 m.lliseconds.

The accurate prediction of energy consum.tion has effective role in decision m.king and risk m.nagem.nt for individuals and ***,the accurate prediction can be realized using the recent advances in m.chine learning and predictive *** research proposes a novel approach for energy consum.tion forecasting based on a new optim.zation algorithm.and a new forecasting m.del consisting of a set of long short-term.m.m.ry(LSTm.*** proposed optim.zation algorithm.is used to optim.ze the param.ters of the LSTm.based m.del to boost its forecasting *** optim.zation algorithm.is based on the recently em.rged dipper-throated optim.zation(DTO)and stochastic fractal search(SFS)algo-rithm.and is referred to as dynam.c *** prove the effectiveness and superiority of the proposed approach,five standard benchm.rk algorithm.,nam.ly,stochastic fractal search(SFS),dipper throated optim.zation(DTO),whale optim.zation algorithm.WOA),particle swarm.optim.zation(PSO),and grey wolf optim.zation(GWO),are used to optim.ze the param.ters of the LSTm.based m.del,and the results are com.ared with that of the proposed *** results show that the proposed DDTOSFS+LSTm.can accurately forecast the energy consum.tion with root m.an square error Rm.E of 0.00013,which is the best am.ng the recorded results of the other *** addition,statistical experim.nts are conducted to prove the statistical difference of the proposed *** results of these tests confirm.d the expected outcom.s.
