Aqueous Zn-ion batteries （AZIBs） have received considerable attention owing to their various advantages such as safety,low cost,simple battery assembly conditions,and high ionic ***,they still suffer from serious problems,including uncontrollable dendrite growth,corrosion,hydrogen evolution reaction （HER） from water decomposition,electrode passivation,and unexpected *** creation of a uniform artificial nanocrystal layer on the Zn anode surface is a promising strategy for resolving these ***,we propose the use of a perovskite CaTiO3（CTO） protective layer on Zn（CTO@Zn） as a promising approach for improving the performance of *** CTO artificial layer provides an efficient pathway for Zn ion diffusion towards the Zn metal because of the high dielectric constant （εr=180） and ferroelectric characteristics that enable the alignment of dipole moments and redistribute the Zn2+ions in the CTO *** avoiding the direct contact of the Zn anode with the electrolyte solution,the uneven dendrite growth,corrosion,parasitic side reactions,and HER are mitigated,while CTO retains its mechanical and chemical robustness during ***,CTO@Zn demonstrates an improved lifespan in a symmetric cell configuration compared with bare ***@Zn shows steady overpotential （～68 m V） for 1500 h at 1 mA cm-2/0.5 mA h cm-2,excelling bare ***,when paired with the V2O5-C cathode,the CTO@Zn//V2O5-C full battery delivers 148.4 mA h g-1（based on the mass of the cathode） after 300 *** study provides new insights into Zn metal anodes and the development of high-performance AZIBs.

In this study,the effects of Ca addition on the microstructure,thermal properties,and mechanical properties of a Mg-6.0Zn-1.2Y-0.7Zr(ZWK611)alloy at room temperature and 150℃ were *** an increase in the Ca content,the ignition resistance of the ZWK611 alloy improved and the grains became *** as-cast ZWK611 alloy consisted mainly of the dendriticα-Mg matrix and I-phase(Mg_(3)Zn_(6)Y)at the grain *** the other hand,theτ-(Ca_(2)Mg_(6)Zn_(3))and I-phases were formed in the Ca-added ZWK611 *** fraction of theτ-phase increased with an increase in the Ca *** the solid-solution treatment,these phases remained partially at the grain boundaries of the Ca-added ZWK611 alloys and an additional W-phase(Mg_(3)Zn_(3)Y)was *** phases remaining at the grain boundaries restricted the grain growth through the grain boundary pinning *** aging treatment resulted in the formation of MgZn'precipitates in theα-Mg matrix of the *** precipitates were more uniformly distributed in the Ca-added alloys than in the alloys without ***,the heat treatment-induced precipitation improved the tensile and creep properties of the T6-treated *** T6-treated ZWK611+0.7Ca alloy exhibited the best mechanical properties at room temperature and 150℃ among all the tested alloys.

With respect to gastric cancer treatment,improvements in endoscopic techniques and novel therapeutic modalities[such as endoscopic mucosal resection(EMR)and endoscopic submucosal dissection(ESD)]have been ***,EMR/ESD procedures are widely accepted treatment modalities for early gastric cancer(EGC).These procedures are most widely accepted in Asia,including in Korea and *** the present era of endoscopic resection,accurate prediction of lymph node(LN)metastasis is a critical component of selecting suitable patients for EMR/***,indications for EMR/ESD are based on large Japanese datasets,which indicate that there is almost no risk of LN metastasis in the subgroup of EGC ***,there is some controversy among investigators regarding the validity of these ***,there are currently no accurate methods to predict LN metastasis in gastric cancer(for example,radiologic methods or methods based on molecular biomarkers).We recommend the use of a 2-step method for the management of early gastric cancer using endoscopic *** first step is the selection of suitable patients for endoscopic resection,based on endoscopic and histopathologic *** endoscopic resection,additional surgical intervention could be determined on the basis of a comprehensive review of the endoscopic mucosal resection/endoscopic submucosal dissection specimen,including lymphovascular tumor emboli,tumor size,histologic type,and depth of ***,evaluation of clinical application data is essential for validating this ***,gastroenterologists,surgeons,and pathologists should closely collaborate and communicate during these decisionmaking processes.

Two-dimensional van der Waals(2D vdW)material-based heterostructure devices have been widely studied for high-end electronic applications owing to their heterojunction *** this study,we demonstrate graphene(Gr)-bridge heterostructure devices consisting of laterally series-connected ambipolar semiconductor/Gr-bridge/n-type molybdenum disulfide as a channel material for field-effect transistors(FET).Unlike conventional FET operation,our Gr-bridge devices exhibit nonclassical transfer characteristics(humped transfer curve),thus possessing a negative differential *** phenomena are interpreted as the operating behavior in two series-connected FETs,and they result from the gate-tunable contact capacity of the Gr-bridge ***-value logic inverters and frequency tripler circuits are successfully demonstrated using ambipolar semiconductors with narrow-and wide-bandgap materials as more advanced circuit applications based on non-classical transfer ***,we believe that our innovative and straightforward device structure engineering will be a promising technique for future multi-functional circuit applications of 2D nanoelectronics.

AIM:To introduce a simple and safe anvil insertion technique to esophagus during laparoscopic total gastrectomy(LTG).METHODS:Between July 2010 and December 2012,58 consecutive patients with early gastric cancer underwent LTG were *** performed a simple and safe Roux-en-Y esophagojejunostomy using the double stapling technique to all *** patients’characteristics,perioperative outcome and histopathologic data were analyzed ***:The mean age and body mass index were59.3±9.7 years and 22.7±2.6 kg/*** mean operation,reconstruction and anvil insertion times(from gastric incision to linear stapling)were 251.8±57.0,43.1±2.8 and 4.2±1.9 min,*** blood loss was 204.6±156.3 m L and there was no open *** postoperative complications were in 8 cases(delayed gastric emptying in 4 cases,pulmonary complication in 2cases,pancreatitis in 1 case,anastomotic stricture in 1case).Anastomotic stricture occurred after discharge and was recovered by endoscopic *** patients were discharged at a mean of 9.6±2.0 d after *** leakage nor bleeding from the esophagojejunostomy occurred *** mean proximal margin of specimen was 2.7±2.8 cm CONCLUSION:Roux-en Y esophagojejunostomy usingthe double stapling technique is simple and rapid,and it may offer a solid,alternative reconstruction method for LTG or proximal gastrectomy.

In this study, we report Monopis crocicapitella （Clemens, 1859）（Tineidae）, which was collected from bat guano in a cave in the southern region of Korea, for the first time from East Asia. We briefly redescribe and illustrate the external morphology and genital structures of both sexes. Also, we discuss the local habitat characteristics and some of the ecological information that was observed during our field investi-gation.

Various mucin-producing neoplasms originate in different abdominal and pelvic *** neoplasms differ from non-mucinous neoplasms because of the differences in clinical outcome and imaging *** carcinoma,in which at least 50%of the tumor is composed of large pools of extracellular mucin and columns of malignant cells,is associated with a worse *** ring cell carcinoma is characterized by large intracytoplasmic mucin vacuoles that expand in the malignant cells with the nucleus displaced to the *** prognosis is also generally *** contrast,intraductal papillary mucinous neoplasm of the bile duct and pancreas,which is characterized by proliferation of ductal epithelium and variable mucin production,has a better prognosis than other malignancies in the pancreaticobiliary *** modalities play a critical role in differentiating mucinous from non-mucinous *** to high water content,mucin has a similar appearance to water on ultrasound(US) ,computed tomography(CT) ,and magnetic resonance imaging,except when thick and proteinaceous,and then it tends to be hypoechoic with fine internal echoes or have complex echogenicity on US,hyperdense on CT,and hyperintense on T1and hypointense on T2-weighted images,compared to ***,knowledge of characteristic mucin imaging features is helpful to diagnose various mucinproducing neoplastic conditions and to facilitate appropriate treatment.

In or Ga gradients in the Cu(In1-xGax)Se2(CIGS)absorbing layer lead to change the lattice parameters of the absorbing layer,giving rise to the bandgap grading in the absorbing layer which is directly associated with the degree of absorbing ability of the CIGS solar *** tried to characterize the depth profile of the lattice parameters of the CIGS absorbing layer using a glancing incidence X-ray diffraction(GIXRD)technique,and then investigate the bandgap grading of the CIGS absorbing *** the glancing incident angle increased from 0.50 to 5.00°,the a and c lattice parameters of the CIGS absorbing layer gradually decreased from 5.7776(3)to 5.6905(2)?,and 11.3917(3)to 11.2114(2)?,*** depth profile of the lattice parameters as a function of the incident angle was consistent with vertical variation in the compositionof In or Ga with depth in the absorbing *** variation of the lattice parameters was due to the difference between the ionic radius of In and Ga co-occupying at the same crystallographic *** to the results of the depth profile of the refined parameters using GIXRD data,the bandgap of the CIGS absorber layer was graded over a range of 1.222-1.532 *** approach allows to determine the In or Ga gradients in the CIGS absorbing layer,and to nondestructively guess the bandgap depth profile through the refinement of the lattice parameters using GIXRD data on the assumption that the changes of the lattice parameters or unit-cell volume follow a good approximation to Vegard’s law.

AIM:To evaluate the clinical outcomes of radiation therapy(RT)for early-stage gastric mucosa-associated lymphoid tissue lymphoma(MALToma).METHODS:The records of 64 patients treated between 1998 and 2011 were analyzed *** Helicobacter pylori(***)-positive patients(n=31),chemotherapy or *** eradication therapy was the initial *** patients with failure after *** eradication,RT was *** *** patients(n=33),chemotherapy or RT was the first-line *** median RT dose was *** target volume included the entire stomach andthe perigastric lymph node ***:All of the patients completed RT without interruption and showed complete remission on endoscopic biopsy after *** a median follow-up period of 39 mo,the 5-year local control rate was 89%.Salvage therapy was successful in all relapsed *** malignancies developed in three *** 5-year overall survival rate was 94%.No patient presented symptoms of moderate-to-severe treatmentrelated toxicities during or after ***:Radiotherapy results in favorable clinical outcomes in patients with early-stage gastric MALToma who experience failure of *** eradication therapy and those who are *** negative.
