Structural and luminescent properties of (Eu,Tb) PO_4·H_2O nanorods/nanowires prepared by microwave technique

Nanowires/nanorods of europium/terbium orthophosphate monohydrate with Eu^3＋ concentration of 6, 11, and 20 at.% were prepared by microwave synthesis method. The effects of Eu^3＋ doping concentration on structure, morphology and optical properties of nanomaterials were also investigated. The results showed that, for all studied Eu^3＋ doping concentrations, a single-crystalline phase of rhabdophane-type （Eu,Tb）PO4·H2O nanowires/nanorods was obtained by using microwave heating of an aqueous solution of terbium（Ⅲ） nitrate, europium（Ⅲ） nitrate and NH4H2PO4 with pH=2. The length and width of these nanowires/nanorods ranged from 150 to 300 nm and from 10 to 50 nm, respectively. The evidence of energy transfer from Tb^3＋ to Eu^3＋ due to the energy overlap between the donor Tb^3＋ and the acceptor Eu^3＋was observed obviously via a significant enhancement in the luminescent intensity of Eu^3＋. The phenomenon of sloshing causes a significantly negative impact on a wide range of industries.A time‐optimal flatness‐based trajectory planning and Lyapunov‐based model predictive control(LMPC)is proposed for trajectory tracking of a transmitting cylindrical container filled with ***,this research presents an equivalent discrete model based on a mass‐spring‐damper ***,after the flatness of the adopted non‐linear model for 2D is established,time‐optimal trajectories are introduced.A control method called LMPC is shown to solve the problem of orbital tracking,which allows setting limits for state *** addition,to ensure system performance,a linear extended state observer(LESO)is integrated to cope with system ***,the efficiency of the proposed approach for liquid sloshing suppression and tracking is illustrated by simulations.

In recent years,water for agricultural production gradually became a significant challenge in the context of climate change in *** solutions are required,which consider the use of resources for both human needs and ecology,and that account for the equitable distribution and the livelihood of the farmers now and in the *** particular,the farmers in the province of Quang Nam faring water shortage in the cultivation of paddy in the summer-autumn *** arise regarding the sharing of the water between the farmers,the drinking water company and the hydropower *** the context of climate change,the water shortage is expected to increase in the *** article presents the results of participatory action research (PAR) approach to develop a local level mechanism for water sharing,in which stakeholders actively *** sharing mechanism was developed,envisioning a sustainable solution for inclusive water *** mechanism was successfully implemented in two cases,one at commune level (Tho stream) and one at the district level (Mo stream).The participatory approach proved to be successful in setting up a broadly acceptable mechanism that will need to be further incorporated in the institutional set-up.

冻结法目前己经广泛应用于地铁上下行隧道间联络通道的施工中,特别是在软弱地层中,该工法能够提高开挖区域围岩的强度和防水性能,增强围岩的自稳能力,提高施工的安全性。以武汉轨道交通3号线两地铁站区间联络通道为例,介绍了工程概况及其联络通道的布设情况。根据联络通道施工条件并结合其他相近地层联络通道施工经验,提出了冻结法施工方案及安全监测控制要点。并针对该区间联络通道冻结法施工方案,进行了施工风险分析并提出了应对措施。

Oysters are nutritious food organisms,rich in protein,minerals and *** from Pacific oyster(Crassostrea gigas)aquaculture is increasing and supports the livelihoods of coastal *** ensure both success and long-term sustainability of oyster production,the determination of suitable sites is an important step in any aquaculture *** study applied GIS(Geographic Information System)based MCE(Multi-Criteria Evaluation)for locating suitable sites for Pacific oyster(Crassostrea gigas)farms in coastal regions in Central *** sensing data were obtained viaMODIS(Moderate Resolution Imaging Spectroradiometer)and high resolution imagery from the Google Earth Engine,while oceanic data were obtained from HYCOM-NCODA(Hybrid Coordinate Ocean Model-Navy Coupled Ocean Data Assimilation)coupled with local hydrodynamic FEM(Finite Element Model)Hydrographic charts and GPS(Global Positioning System)data were used to extract required information layers for GIS based MCE for the suitable site selection of oyster *** thematic layers of biophysical parameters were used to analysis MCE non-constraints including the depth,temperature,salinity,Chl-a(Chlorophyll-a)content,suspended matter concentration and velocity of sea ***,an MCE analysis with constraint was used to exclude the areas from suitability maps where oyster aquaculture could not be *** were conducted in two subgroups,biophysical subgroup(including un-suitable depth,un-suitable substratum and shore line types,potential regions prone to strong impact of natural disasters and environmental risks,sensitive habitats in MPAs(Marine Protection Areas),and social-infrastructural subgroups(including human settlement in urban area,wastewater system,industrial zones,piers,harbors etc.).A series of GIS models was developed to identify the most suitable areas for oyster culture using MCE with the estimating of factor score(Xi)based on expert knowledge as well as calculating of

地下连续墙技术起源于欧洲,1950年意大利最先在工程中应用,我国在二十世纪五十年代后期开始应用这项技术。地下连续墙是通过专用的挖(冲)槽设备,沿着地下建筑物或构筑物的周边,按预定的位置,开挖出或冲钻出具有一定宽度与深度的沟槽,用泥浆护壁,并在槽内设置具有一定刚度的钢筋笼结构,然后用导管浇灌水下混凝土,分段施工,用特殊方法接头,使之连成地下连续的钢筋混凝土墙体。本文选取武汉地铁六号线琴台站为工程实例,对该工程进行分析地下连续墙槽壁加固施工工艺、施工技术要求和施工质量控制。
