Chalcopyrite and bornite are the main Au-bearing minerals at Cu porphyry deposits,v.lcanogenic massiv. sulfide(v.S)deposits,Cu-Ni deposits of the mafic magmatic complexes,and ores of submarine sulfide *** and intermediate solid solutions with wide compositional v.riations(bnss and iss–high-temperature chalcopyrite,correspondingly),which can scav.nge economic concentrations of Au,appear in the Cu-Fe-S system at ore-forming ***,the state of Au in bnss and iss is yet *** solv. this conundrum,we synthesized samples with net chemical composition of bnss and iss,studied them by in situ X–ray absorption spectroscopy(XAS),and used the experimental data to explain the Au distribution among natural ore-forming *** sulfide samples were obtained at 495–700℃ in Au-saturated system by means of salt flux *** bnss contained1.2–1.6 log units more Au than iss:up to 18 wt.%Au in bnss v. 0.4 wt.%Au in iss at 700*** increase of temperature resulted in the sharp increase of Au concentration in both phases,1 log unit per 100℃ at f(S2)close to S_((l)) *** of Au L_(3)-edge spectra recorded at 25–675℃ rev.aled that at 25℃ Au exists mainly in the metallic *** t>500℃ the spectral features of Audisappear,and “chemically bound”Au *** Au form of occurrence in the iss field is interpreted as Au-bearing clusters with a stromeyerite-like(CuAgS)*** Cu_(2–x)S and bnss contain Au in a mixture of stromeyeritelike and petrov.kaite-like(Au_(0.8)Ag_(1.2)S)*** chemical composition of both forms is close to CuAuS,where the nearest Au neighbors are two S atoms at R_(Au-S)=2.34–2.36Å.Results of the present study allow to determine the state of Au and its concentration in the main Cu-bearing minerals of sulfide ores as a function of the T-f(S_(2))-compositional *** to the sharp increase of the CuAuS clusters stability with increasing temperature,in high-temperature ores formed at t>350℃ A

Recent methodological adv.nces in quantitativ. wood anatomy hav. prov.ded new insights into the climatic responses of radial growth at the scale of cell structure of tree rings. This study considered long-term chronologies of tracheid measurements, indexed by a nov.l approach to separate their specific climatic responses from signal recorded in cell production(closely reflected in tree-ring width). To fill gaps in understanding the impact of climate on conifer xylem structure, Scots pine(Pinus sylv.stris L.)trees > 200 years old were selected within the forest-steppe zone in southern Siberia. Such habitats undergo mild moisture deficits and the resulting climatic regulation of growth processes. Mean and maximum v.lues of cell radial diameter and cell wall thickness were recorded for each tree *** a low lev.l of climatogenic stress, components of cell chronologies independent of cambial activ.ty were separated to obtain significant climatic signals rev.aling the timing of the specific stages of tracheid differentiation. Cell expansion lasted from mid-April to July and was impacted similarly to tree-ring width(stimulated by precipitation and stressed by heat), maximum cell size formed late June. A switch in the climatic responses of mean anatomical traits indicated transition to latewood in mid-July. Secondary wall deposition lasted until mid-September, suppressed by end of season temperatures. Generally, anatomical climatic responses were modulated by a less dry May and September compared with summer months.

Dev.loping medicines for hemodynamic disorders that are characteristic of cirrhosis of the liv.r is a relev.nt problem in modern hepatology. The increase in hepatic v.scular resistance to portal blood flow and subsequent hyperdynamic circulation underlie portal hypertension(PH) and promote its progression, despite the formation of portosystemic collaterals. Angiogenesis and v.scular bed restructurization play an important role in PH pathogenesis as well. In this regard, strategic directions in the therapy for PH in cirrhosis include selectiv.ly decreasing hepatic v.scular resistance while preserv.ng or increasing portal blood flow, and correcting hyperdynamic circulation and pathological angiogenesis. The aim of this rev.ew is to describe the mechanisms of angiogenesis in PH and the methods of antiangiogenic therapy. The Pub Med database, the Google Scholar retriev.l system, and the reference lists from related articles were used to search for relev.nt publications. Articles corresponding to the aim of the rev.ew were selected for 2000-2017 using the keywords: "liv.r cirrhosis", "portal hypertension", "pathogenesis", "angiogenesis", and "antiangiogenic therapy". Antiangiogenic therapy for PH was the inclusion criterion. In this rev.ew, we hav. described angiogenesis inhibitors and their mechanism of action in relation to PH. Although most of them were studie donly in animal experiments, this selectiv. therapy for abnormally growing newly formed v.ssels is pathogenetically reasonable to treat PH and associated complications.

Carbon nanotube （CNT） arrays were fabricated on Ct-Me-N-（O） alloys with content of Ct in the range of 6-40 at.% by chemical v.pour deposition. The Ct was a catalytic metal from the group of the following elements： Ni, Co, Fe, Pd, while Me was a transition metal from the group of Iv.v.I of the periodic table （where Me=Ti, v. Cr, Zr, Nb, Mo, Ta, W, Re）. Carbon nanotubes were found to grow efficiently on the alloy surface with its composition containing Ti, v. Cr, Zr, Hf, Nb or Ta. The growth of CNTs was not observ.d when the alloy contained W or Re. Additions of oxygen and nitrogen in the alloy facilitated the formation of oxynitrides and catalyst extrusion on the alloy surface. Replacement of the metals in alloy composition affected the diameter of the resulting CNTs. The obtained results showed that the alloy films of v.rying thickness （10-500 nm） may be used for the CNTs growth. The resulting CNT material was highly homogenous and its synthesis reproducible.

We report the expression profile of acyl-lipid △12-desaturase （desA） gene from Synechocystis sp. PCC6803 and its effect on cell membrane lipid composition and cold tolerance in prokaryotic （Escherichia coil） and eukaryotic （Solanum tuberosum） cells. For this purpose, a hybrid of desA and reporter gene encoding thermostable lichenase （licBM3） was constructed and used to transform these cells. The expression of this hybrid gene was measured using qualitativ. （Petri dish test, electrophoregram and zymogram） and quantitativ. methods （spectrometry and gas liquid chromatography assays）. The maximum lev.l of linoleic acid in the bacterial cells containing hybrid gene was 1.9% of total fatty acids. Cold stress tolerance assays using plant damage index and growth parameters showed that cold tolerance was enhanced in primary transgenic lines because of increased unsaturated fatty acid concentration in their lipids. The greatest content of 18：2 and 18：3 fatty acids in primary transgenic plants was observ.d for lines 2 （73%） and 3 （41%）. Finally, our results showed that desaturase could enhance tolerance to cold stress in potato, and desaturase and lichenase retain their functionality in the structure of the hybrid protein where the enzymatic activ.ty of target gene product was higher than in the case of reporter lichenase gene absence in the construction.
