The demand for cosmetology services has been recently growing in Ukraine,but there is no proper legal regulation for their *** aim of the article is to analyze the current status and specific features of legal regulation for the provision of cosmetology services in Ukraine,as well as to suggest the improvements to Ukrainian legislation in this *** main objective is to distinguish the problems and to develop suggestions to improve regulatory legal acts regulating the provision of cosmetic services in *** to identify the specific features of the current state of legal regulation in regard to the provision of cosmetology services in Ukraine were the legislation and case law of Ukraine,the works of Ukrainian scholars,analytical materials and Internet *** methodological basis of the research is general and special methods of scientific cognition,the use of which is due to specific features of the legal regulation of the market of cosmetology *** has been stated that there is currently no normatively established procedure and specific features for the implementation of activities for the provision of cosmetology services in Ukrainian laws;there are also no standards for their provision,treatment of complications and training of qualified *** author has formulated proposals to improve the legislation regulating the provision of cosmetology services and cosmetic care to the Ukrainian *** Ministry of Health of Ukraine was offered to develop and approve a regulatory legal act governing the procedure for the provision of cosmetology services and the list of services that can be provided exclusively by health professionals.

BACKGROUND Primary liver teratoma is an extremely rare tumor usually affecting children under the age of 3 *** signs of teratoma on ultrasound,computed tomography(CT)or magnetic resonance imaging are lacking,which makes morphology the only diagnostic *** of a mature teratoma may lead to excessive liver resection,whereas misdiagnosis of an immature teratoma may result in spread,causing a life-threatening ***,a careful tumor examination is important,and the rarest types of tumors must be accounted *** SUMMARY We describe a 52 years old female who presented with a solid mass in the left liver ***-enhanced CT and magnetic resonance imaging(MRI)revealed a round,heterogeneous lesion containing a number of fluid areas and areas of calcification in the middle,and the provisional diagnosis was *** patient underwent resection of liver segment *** analysis of the resected lesion indicated thyroid follicular epithelium;however,the thyroid gland was intact.10 years prior to presentation the patient underwent a surgery due to mature teratoma of the right ovary,nevertheless the tumor was benign and could not spread to the liver,in addition teratoma of the liver was also *** led to the final diagnosis of primary mature liver *** Primary hepatic teratoma,including heterotopia of the thyroid gland in the liver,is an extremely rare condition in adults that needs to be considered in the differential diagnosis of solid-cystic neoplasms in the liver and *** case adds to the limited literature on the patient presentation,clinical workup and management of liver teratomas.

Correlation between fat content and features of generative growth of arabesque greenling Pleurogrammus azonus

Objective:To determine the correlation between fat content and features of generative growth of arabesque greenling Pleurogrammus ***:The samples were collected by bottom trawl during trawl surveys of research vessel MRS-055 conducted by TINRO-Center in Peter the Great Bay(Sea of Japan).A total of 332 individuals of arabesque greenling were *** content was determined by the standard method of extraction by sulfuric ether from the dry ***:The most part of deposit fat of arabesque greenling is concentrated in muscles and hypodermis:86.2%-97.0%(mean value 92.3%)of the total deposited fat *** liver fat was 1.1%-7.7%(mean value 4.8%)and the internal fat was 0.9%-5.2%(mean value 2.8%)of the total *** of the muscles fat was observed at sudden changes of qualitative and quantitative characteristics of sexual products,and for immature fish the relation between accumulation of fat in muscles and generative growth was not ***:Dynamics of fat in liver corresponds closely with the processes of generative growth,and increasing of gonads weight causes decreasing of liver fat content,both for mature and immature fish.
