Heart failure is common in adult population,accounting for substantial morbidity and mortality *** main risk factors for heart failure are coronary artery disease,hypertension,obesity,diabetes mellitus,chronic pulmonary diseases,family history of cardiovascular diseases,cardiotoxic *** main factor associated with poor outcome of these patients is constant progression of heart *** the current review we present evidence on the role of established and candidate neurohumoral biomarkers for heart failure progression management and diagnostics.A growing number of biomarkers have been proposed as potentially useful in heart failure patients,but not one of them still resembles the characteristics of the"ideal biomarker."A single marker will hardly perform well for screening,diagnostic,prognostic,and therapeutic management ***,the pathophysiological and clinical significance of biomarkers may depend on the presentation,stage,and severity of the *** authors cover main classification of heart failure phenotypes,based on the measurement of left ventricular ejection fraction,including heart failure with preserved ejection fraction,heart failure with reduced ejection fraction,and the recently proposed category heart failure with mid-range ejection *** could envisage specific sets of biomarker with different performances in heart failure progression with different left ventricular ejection fraction especially as concerns prediction of the future course of the disease and of left ventricular adverse/reverse *** article is intended to provide an overview of basic and additional mechanisms of heart failure progression will contribute to a more comprehensive knowledge of the disease pathogenesis.

Protective Composite Coatings Formed on Mg Alloy Surface by PEO Using Organofluorine Materials

The results of the surface modification of magnesium alloys by plasma electrolytic oxidation（PEO） and subsequent treatment in suspension of the superdispersed polytetrafluoroethylene（SPTFE） or telomeric solution of tetrafluoroethylene（TFE） are presented. Composite coatings have been obtained by dipping with subsequent heat treatment. Electrochemical, tribological properties and wettability of protective composite coatings have been investigated. Composite coatings formed on PEO-layer by fourfold treatment of samples in SPTFE suspension possess best protective properties. The obtained coatings decrease the corrosion current density（5.4 × 10^（-11） A cm^（-2）） and wear（7.6 × 10^（-7）mm^3（Nm）^（-1））, and increase the polarisation resistance（1.7 × 10~9 cm^2） and impedance modulus（1.9 × 10~9 cm^2） by orders of magnitude in comparison with unprotected magnesium alloy and base PEO-coating. The highest value of contact angle（CA） has been obtained for coatings with triple application in telomeric solution. CA for such composite coatings attains（171 ± 2）？, as the result of multimodal roughness of the composite coating＇s surface.

Chemical imaging based on mid-infrared(MIR)spectroscopic contrast is an important technique with a myriad of applications,including biomedical imaging and environmental *** MIR cameras,however,lack performance and are much less affordable than mature Si-based devices,which operate in the visible and nearinfrared ***,we demonstrate fast MIR chemical imaging through non-degenerate two-photon absorption(NTA)in a standard Si-based charge-coupled device(CCD).We show that wide-field MIR images can be obtained at 100 ms exposure times using picosecond pulse energies of only a few femtojoules per pixel through NTA directly on the CCD *** this on-chip approach does not rely on phase matching,it is alignment-free and does not necessitate complex postprocessing of the *** emphasize the utility of this technique through chemically selective MIR imaging of polymers and biological samples,including MIR videos of moving targets,physical processes and live nematodes.

BACKGROUND Ilizarov non-free bone plasty is a method of distraction osteogenesis using the Ilizarov apparatus for external fixation which originated in Russia and was disseminated across the world. It has been used in long bone defect and nonunion management along with free vascularized grafting and induced membrane technique. However, the shortcomings and problems of these methods still remain the issues which restrict their overall *** To study the recent available literature on the role of Ilizarov non-free bone plasty in long bone defect and nonunion management, its problems and the solutions to these problems in order to achieve better treatment *** Three databases(Pub Med, Scopus, and Web of Science) were searched for literature sources on distraction osteogenesis, free vascularized grafting and induced membrane technique used in long bone defect and nonunion treatment within a five-year period(2015-2019). Full-text clinical articles in the English language were selected for analysis only if they contained treatment results,complications and described large patient samples(not less than ten cases for congenital, post-tumor resection cases or rare conditions, and more than 20 cases for the rest). Case reports were *** Fifty full-text articles and reviews on distraction osteogenesis were ***-five clinical studies containing large series of patients treated with this method and problems with its outcome were analyzed. It was found that distraction osteogenesis techniques provide treatment for segmental bone defects and nonunion of the lower extremity in many clinical situations, especially in complex problems. The Ilizarov techniques treat the triad of problems simultaneously(bone loss, soft-tissue loss and infection). Management of tibial defects mostly utilizes the Ilizarov circular fixator. At the altitude,hypoxia and training load are key factors in the development of oxidative ***-induced oxidative stress is developed due to the depletion of antioxidant *** the current study,we examined the non-enzymatic antioxidant profile of blood plasma in 7 males and 5 females specializing in speed skating at a 21-day training camp at 1850m above sea *** included:cycling,roller skating,ice skating,strength training,and special *** the start point and the endpoint,total hemoglobin mass(tHb-mass),hemoglobin concentration,and circulating blood volume were *** profiles,hypoxic doses,hypoxic impulses,and training impulses were assessed at 3,6,10,14,and 18 *** profiles consisting of“urate”and“thiol”parts were registered with *** the training dynamics,antioxidant parameters changed individually,but in total there was a decrease in the“urate”capacity by a factor of 1.6(p=0.001)and an increase in the“thiol”capacity by a factor of 1.8(p=0.013).The changes in“urate”capacity positively correlated(r_(S)=0.40)and the changes in“thiol”capacity negatively correlated(r_(S)=−0.45)with changes in *** exercise and hypoxic factors affect the antioxidant parameters *** correlated with a decrease in thiol capacity and with an increase in urate *** assessment of the non-enzymatic antioxidant profile can be a simple and useful addition to screening the reactive oxygen species homeostasis and can help choose the personalized training schedule,individualize recovery and ergogenic support.

通过对过去40年收集的西伯利亚北极地区水文地球化学数据进行分析及综合解释,对数据进行了分类、评价和统计分析,评估区域背景值和异常值,估算水源之间接近程度的各种相关系数。西伯利亚沉积盆地的古水文地质重建表明,油气藏的水体有3种成因类型:(1)海相沉积过程中形成的水体;(2)渗入盆地内并经历了各个地质时期表生作用的大气降水成因的水体;(3)烃类混合物冷凝形成的水体。油气藏的水文地球化学模式受控于水-岩-气-有机质体系漫长的地质演化过程。西伯利亚北极地区沉积盆地内分布总矿化度为0.2~350.0 g/L的含氯化钠-碳酸氢盐、氯化钠、氯化钙地下水和其他类型的地下水。通过对西伯利亚北极地区地下水的对比分析,发现含有氯化钠组分的样品总矿化度超过250 g/L,表明卤水的形成与蒸发岩的浸出有关。水文地球化学数据分析显示,地下水的成分随其演化而发生非常大的变化,阿纳巴尔—拉普帖夫、西西伯利亚等盆地中生界的地下水处于其化学演化的初始阶段。
