A Cartesian decomposition of a coherent configuration✗is defined as a special set of its parabolics that form a Cartesian decomposition of the underlying *** turns out that every tensor decomposition of✗comes from a certain Cartesian *** is proved that if the coherent configuration✗is thick,then there is a unique maximal Cartesian decomposition of✗;i.e.,there is exactly one internal tensor decomposition of✗into indecomposable *** particular,this implies an analog of the Krull–Schmidt theorem for the thick coherent configurations.A polynomial-time algorithm for finding the maximal Cartesian decomposition of a thick coherent configuration is constructed.

Objective:Metabolic disturbances in the folate cycle in mothers can lead to fetal growth retardation(FgR).This study was to analyze the role of intergenic interactions among maternal folate cycle genes in the development of ***:This case-control study recruited 365 women in the third trimester of pregnancy,including 122 FgR patients and 243 *** women were genotyped for 5 polymorphisms of the 4 folate cycle genes:MTR(rs1805087),MTRR(rs1801394),serine hydroxymethyl transferase(SHMT1;rs1979277),and TYMS(rs699517 and rs2790).The SNP×SNP interactions in the two-,three-,and four-locus models were analyzed using the multifactor dimensionality reduction method and a modification of it(the model-based multifactor dimensionality reduction method).Results:Four loci of maternal folate cycle genes(rs1805087 MTR,rs2790 TYMS,rs1801394 MTRR,and rs1979277 SHMT1)were associated with FgR in 3 significant models of single nucleotide polymorphism(SNP)×SNP interactions(two-,three-,and four-locus models)(Pghest contribution to FgR was made by polymorphic loci rs1979277 SHMT1(1.70%of entropy),rs1805087 MTR(0.96%),and interactions between rs1979277 SHMT1×rs1805087 MTR(-1.11%)and rs1801394 MTRR×rs1979277 SHMT1(-0.64%).The four-locus maternal genotype combination Ag rs1801394 MTRR×AA rs1805087 MTR×CT rs1979277 SHMT1×Ag rs2790 TYMS was associated with an increased risk of FgR(β=2.69,P=0.012).FgR-associated SNPs were correlated with the expression of 16 genes(MTR,MTRR,SHMT1,ALKBH5,CTD-2303H24.2,ENOSF1,FAM106A,FOXO3B,LgALS9C,LLgL1,MIEF2,NOS2P2,RP11-806L2.6,SMCR8,TOP3A,and USP32P2)in various tissues and organs related to FgR ***:SNP×SNP interactions of maternal folate cycle genes(MTR,MTRR,SHMT1,and TYMS)are associated with the development of FgR.

Adults of the aquatic coptoclavid beetles （Coleoptera： Adephaga： Dytiscoidea）, described from four Middle Jurassic fossil localities in Inner Mongolia and Liaoning in northeastern China, are attributed to Daohugounectes primitives Wang, ponomarenko and Zhang, 2009, which was previously proposed after study of larvae. The generic name Timarchopsis Brauer, Redtenbacber and ganglbauer, 1889 is proposed as a substitute for the preoccupied and junior homonym Necronectes ponomarenko, 1977, non Milne-Edwards, 1881. Furthermore, the subfamily name Necronectinae ponomarenko, 1977 is substituted by the available name Timarchopsinae. Daohugounectes is placed into Timarchopsinae because its adults have long, slightly apically widened tibiae and small femoral plates. The adults of this genus differ from those of other Timarchopsinae in the following features： antennae short and widened in the middle part; basal segments of protarsi not cut apically; metaventrite with a triangular plate. The larvae look like somewhat primitive forms in the subfamily Timarchopsinae. In contrast to these primitive larvae, the adults with some advanced characters can be regarded as among the most advanced forms in the subfamily Timarchopsinae, and probably represent a transition between the Timarchopsinae and Charanoscaphinae. Such mosaic evolution within Daohugounectes indicates that the evolutionary process of aquatic beetles is far more complex than previously thought.

The present paper is devoted to an overview on fossil Coleoptera studied from Inner Mongolia, Daohugou （Middle Jurassic, Jiulongshan Formation） and Liaoning （Upper Jurassic-Lower Cretaceous, Yixian Formation） deposited in Chinese collections. As a result, species of the tribe Sperchopsini and Hydrophilini from Hydrophilidae, families and subfamilies Silphidae, Syndesinae from Lucanidae, Pleocomidae, Trogidae, Trogissitidae, Pyrochroidae, Diaperinae from Tenebrionidae, and Cerambycidae were first registered in the Mesozoic and some families were defined as new. It was shown that many superfamilies represented in the Recent Fauna were formed within the Middle Jurassic and Lower Cretaceous. The materials examined confirm the hypothesis that Cucujiformian beetles are a younger group than other infraordera of Polyphaga （Staphyliniformia and Elateriformia） and, therefore, they appeared in the fossil record only in the late Mesozoic. It was shown and confirmed that most superfamilies appeared in the fossil records before Cucujoidea. The synonymy of Notocupes ponomarenko, 1964; Sinocupes Lin, 1976, syn. nov.; Amblomma Tan, Ren et Liu 2005, syn. nov.; Euryomma Tan, Ren et Shih, 2006, syn. nov., non Stein, 1899 and Ovatocupes Tan et Ren, 2006, syn. nov.; synonymy of Tetraphalerus Waterhouse, 1901 and Odontomma Tan, Ren et ge 2006, syn. nov.; and synonymy of Priacmopsis ponomarenko, 1966 and Latocupes Tan et Ren, 2006, syn. nov. are proposed. Sinorhombocoleus papposus Tan et Ren, 2009 is transferred from the family Rhombocoleidae to Schizophoridae. Cervicatinius complanus Tan, Ren et Shih, 2007 and Forticatinius elegans Tan, Ren et Shih, 2007 are transferred from the family Catiniidae （suborder Archostemata） to superfamily Cleroidea （suborder Polyphaga： first among the family Peltidae and second as a closely related group to the latter family）. 提要本文重新描述华南和新疆上三叠统和下侏罗统20枚甲虫模式标本,共识别出Cupedidae科3属5种,Elateridae科4属4种,Permosynidae科4属5种,Schizocoleidae科2属3种,未定科3属3种。将Notocupoides fasciatus ponomarenko,1966归入Notocupes,建立一新种Notocupes lini ***.;基于Ademosynoides chinaticus Lin,1992建立一新属Toksunius ***.,形成一新组合Toksunius chinaticus(Lin,1922)***.。

China's Higher Education Cooperation Within the Framework of "the Belt and Road Initiative"

The subject of this paper seems to be important due to the ever-increasing interest in architectural traditions of Russia’s regions. The goal of the study is to reveal features of the architecture of the churches of southern Urals in the 18 th and 19 th centuries. The key approach I chose for this study was historical architectural analysis and integration of data from archives and field surveys. A novel step-by-step analysis of the evolution of church design in the region since ancient times till nowadays is offered. The beginning of the process is presumed to date back to 18 th c., as the active development of the South Urals by Russians began at this time. Descriptions and analyses of the region’s lesser-known specimen of religious architecture are introduced for the scientific use based on the author’s own in situ investigations. Lots of archival materials from Russia’s central and regional repositories are considered and published for the first time. The presented study results can be used as a basis for further research in the field of religious architecture of the Southern Urals.

China's Higher Education Cooperation Within the Framework of...

Education cooperation within the framework of the China's President Xi Jinping "the Belt and Road" initiative is perceived as a key element of boosting comprehensive partnership between China and other developing countries. The initiative was announced in 2013 and has been placed among the top priorities of China's foreign policy. The article highlights Chinese vision, principles, and priorities of cooperation within the framework of OBOR initiative. In particular, the article highlights the importance of the project to China and the countries involved. The author of the article affirms that such cooperation plays an indispensable role in collaboration between the states and represents a new model of multilateral relations. The author calls upon China and other countries to broaden cooperation.
