The title compound, 〔NH 4〕 6〔(CH 3CO) 2(Mo 8O 28 )〕·4H 2O, was produced from (NH 4) 6〔Mo 7O 24 〕·4H 2O aqueous solution in the presence of N 2H 4·H 2SO 4 and its structure has been determined by X ray single crystal analysis. The crystallographic data: C 4H 38 Mo 8N 6O 34 , M r =1481.92, triclinic, P1, a=8.127(2), b = 10\^373(2), c = 12.383(3) , α=99.51(3), β=105.47(3), γ=112.92(3)°, V=883.0(3) 3, Z=1, D c =2.787g/cm 3, F(000)= 712, μ =2.864 mm -1 , Final R =0.0368 and wR =0.0924 for 2926 reflections with i>2σ(i ). The X ray crystal structure analysis reveals that there is one independent molecule in the unit cell of the title compound which contains one centrosymmetric diacetyloctamolybdate anion, six ammonium cations and four water molecules.

AiM:To construct Hsp90 antisense RNA eukaryotic expression vector, transfect it into SGC7901 and SGC7901/VCR of MDR-type human gastric cancer cell lines, HCC7402 of human hepatic cancer and Ec109 of human esophageal cancer cell lines, and to study the cell cycle distribution of the gene transected cells and their response to chemotherapeutic ***:A 1.03kb cDNA sequence of Hsp90beta was obtained from the primary plasmid phHSP90 by EcoR i and BamH i nuclease digestion and was cloned to the EcoR i and BamH i site of the pcDNA by T4DNA ligase and an antisense orientation of Hsp90beta expression vector was constructed. The constructs were transfected with lipofectamine and positive clones were selected with G418. The expression of RNA was determined with dot blotting and RNase protection assay, and the expression of Hsp90 protein determined with western blot. Cell cycle distribution of the transfectants was analyzed with flow cytometry, and the drug sensitivity of the transfectants to Adriamycin (ADR), vincrinstine (VCR), mitomycin (MMC) and cyclophosphamide (CTX) with MTT and intracellular drug concentration of the transfectants was determined with flow ***:in EcoR i and BamH i restriction analysis, the size and the direction of the cloned sequence of Hsp90beta remained what had been designed and the gene constructs were named ***-SGC7901, AH-SGC7901/VCR, AH-HCC7402 and AH-Ec109 cell clones all expressed Hsp90 anti-sense RNA. The expression of Hsp90 was down-regulated in AH-SGC7901, AH-SGC7901/VCR, AH-HCC7402 and AH-Ec109 cell clones. Cell cycle distribution was changed differently. in AH-SGC7901/VCR and AH-Ec109 cells, G(1) phase cells were increased; S phase and G(2) phase cells were decreased as compared with their parental cell lines. in AH-SGC7901 cell, G(1)phase cells were decreased, G(2) phase cells increased and S phase cells were not changed, and in AH-HCC7402 cells G(1), S and G(2) phase cells remained unchanged as compared wi

Spectral, temporal and polarization characteristics of spontaneous and stimulated luminescence of Al0.5Ga0.5N/A1N structures grown by molecular beam epitaxy were studied at the optical pulsed pumping with 2 = 266 nm. Samples with a high degree of silicon doping were investigated. The vast majority of radiation falls on transitions within the band gap between the levels of defects. As a result, the radiation band embracing the whole visible range of more than 300 THz is observed in both spontaneous radiation and induced luminescence. in spon- taneous radiation the band has a smooth spectral intensity distribution over the wavelengths, whereas induced radi- ation has its sharp peaks corresponding to the mode structure of the planar waveguide. The measured gain of the active medium is g ≈ 70 cm 1 for a weak signal.

中国澳门是中西文化交融之地,中国澳门出版业在“中学西传”和“西学东渐”中发挥了重要作用。中国澳门出版业发展历史悠久,从16世纪末至17世纪初萌芽兴起、17—18世纪发展式微、19世纪初繁荣发展、民国时期缓慢发展到新中国成立后进入新的发展阶段。研究发现,中国澳门出版业的发展过程受多方面复杂因素综合影响。一是经济结构调整,1535年中国澳门开埠后成为明清政府与其他国家经贸往来、文化交流的基地,16世纪末中国澳门的中西文化出版枢纽作用开始凸显,但后来以博彩旅游为主的产业结构挤占了出版业发展空间。二是政府管制强度,19世纪葡萄牙政府取消海外出版禁令、清朝政府放松出版管制、中国澳门议事会取消出版审查制度,促进了中国澳门出版业快速发展。三是印刷技术水平,它对中国澳门出版业16世纪的萌芽以及19世纪的繁荣发展起到了重要作用,中国澳门除了是天主教传教士最早使用中式雕版印刷术的地方之一,也是西方近代活字印刷术最早传入中国的地方。四是多语翻译机制,中国澳门出版业的发展与中葡、中英等翻译密不可分。总体而言,梳理总结中国澳门出版业历史经验对“一国两制”新时代下中国澳门出版业的发展有重要的学术价值和现实意义。

目的:总结近年来国内外关于不同冲击力运动方式对生长期骨量累计的研究状况,比较不同运动方式对生长期骨量累计的作用,为促进青少年时期骨量的的增加,改善骨骼质量和预防老年性骨质疏松运动处方的优化提供依据。资料来源:应用计算机检索Medline,EBSCO全文数据库,1980-01/2006-06关于运动与生长期骨量的研究文献,检索词"exercise,growing,bone",限定语言种类为English。资料选择:对资料进行初审,选取包含对生长期进行运动干预的文献。纳入标准:①生长期的人体和动物研究。②有突出特点的运动方式的干预。排除综述文献。资料选择:共收集文献62篇,纳入符合标准的文献为34篇。资料综合:①动力性运动负荷对骨量累积的促进作用大于静力性运动负荷。②在骨对运动的适应的研究中,有学者根据体质量对骨的作用把运动分为负重运动和非负重运动。基于外力作用的性质,又将运动分为冲击运动和无冲击运动,前者包括负重运动和执拍运动,后者即为非负重运动。③对不同项目运动员骨量累积、运动员与普通人群的比较以及对在校生长期少年儿童进行不同方式运动干预的研究,认为抗体质量运动对骨量累积的促进作用大于非抗体质量运动,高冲击力运动促骨形成作用大于低冲击力的运动。④各种方式动物实验的结果提示适宜的跑台和游泳运动对受力部位的骨形成均有促进作用,高冲击力运动的成骨作用较强。结论:运动是有效预防骨质疏松的主要方法之一,这一观点已被广泛接受,尤其是在生长期进行运动提高峰值骨量是近十多年来极受关注的问题,但不同的运动方式对生长期骨量累积的作用不同。为了全面提高少年儿童的骨量累计,为儿童少年推荐的体育运动应包含产生高冲击力动作的多样化的运动。

BACKGROUND Cardiovascular disease(CVD)is the leading cause of death globally,and diabetes mellitus(dm)is a well-established risk *** the risk factors for CVD,dm is a major modifiable *** the fatal CVD outcomes,acute myocardial infarction(AMi)is the most common cause of *** To develop a long-term quality-of-care score for predicting the occurrence of AMi among patients with type 2 dm on the basis of the hypothesis that good quality of care can reduce the risk of AMi in patients with *** Using Taiwan’s Longitudinal Cohort of Diabetes Patients Database and the medical charts of a medical center,we identified incident patients diagnosed with type 2 dm from 1999 to 2003 and followed them until *** constructed a summary quality-of-care score(with values ranging from 0 to 8)with process indicators(frequencies of HbA1c and lipid profile testing and urine,foot and retinal examinations),intermediate outcome indicators(low-density lipoprotein,blood pressure and HbA1c),and co-morbidity of *** associations between the score and the incidence of AMi were evaluated using Cox regression *** A total of 7351 patients who had sufficient information to calculate the score were *** comparison with participants who had scores≤1,those with scores between 2 and 4 had a lower risk of developing AMi[adjusted hazard ratio(AHR)=0.71;95% confidence interval(95%Ci):0.55-0.90],and those with scores≥5 had an even lower risk(AHR=0.37;95%Ci:0.21-0.66).CONCLUSiON Good quality of care can reduce the risk of AMi in patients with type 2 *** quality-of-care score developed in this study had a significant association with the risk of AMi and thus can be applied to guiding the care for these patients.

Percutaneous image guided thermal ablation has become a cornerstone of therapy for patients with oligometastatic disease and primary liver *** from percutaneous ethanol injection(PEi),thermal ablation utilizing radiofrequency ablation(RFA)and microwave ablation(MWA)have become the standard approach in the treatment of isolated lesions that fit within the size criteria for curative intent therapy(typically 3-4 cm).With the evolution of more intense thermal ablation,such as MWA,the dramatic increase in both the size of ablation zone and intensity of heat generation have extended the limits of this *** a result of these innovations,intra-procedural and post-procedural pain have also significantly increased,requiring either higher levels of intravenous sedation or,in some institutions,general *** addition to the increase in therapeutic intensity,the use of intravenous sedation during aggressive ablation procedures carries the risk of over-sedation when the noxious insult(*** ablation)is removed,adding further difficulty to post-procedural recovery and ***,high subdiaphragmatic lesions become challenging in this setting due to issues relating to sedation and compliance with breath hold/breathing *** general anesthesia may mitigate these complications,the added resources associated with providing general anesthesia during ablation is not cost effective and may result in substantial delays in *** reduction of Aerosol Generating Medical Procedures(AGMP),such as intubation due to the COViD-19 Pandemic,must also be taken into *** to the potential increased risk of infection transmission,alternatives to general anesthesia should be considered when safe and *** abdominal regional nerve block techniques have been used to manage pain related to trauma,surgery,and cancer;however,blocks of this nature are not well described in the interventional radiology ***
