Introduction: In the general population as well as in the workplace, hypertension is one of.the main causes of.morbidity and mortality in the world. The particularities of.hypertension in the world of.work remain little studied. The objective of.this study was to determine the prevalence and f.ctors associated with hypertension among workers in a town hall in Benin in 2019. Methods: This was a descriptive, analytical cross-sectional study conducted f.om December 2018 to January 2019. A comprehensive recruitment was conducted. Data were collected during a f.ce-to-f.ce interview, supplemented by measurement of.anthropometric parameters and blood pressure as well as a work stress assessment. f.equencies were compared using the chi-square test and f.sher’s test. The signif.cance level was 5%. Results: A total of.86 workers were included. Their mean age was 41.55 ± 9.82 years with a sex ratio of.6.1. The prevalence of.hypertension was estimated to be 18.6% [95% CI: 11.96% - 29.75%]. Hypertension was higher in workers under work stress (41.18%) as opposed to non-stressed workers (14.49%) (p = 0.032);in those who were overweight (30.77) as opposed to non-overweight (2.94%) (p Conclusion: Work stress and obesity are modif.able f.ctors associated with hypertension in workers at the Bohicon city hall. These f.ctors deserve to be corrected by occupational health promotion and prevention actions.

DecMamba:Mamba Utilizing Series Decomposition f.r Multivariate Time Series f.recasting

Multivariate time series f.recasting iswidely used in traf.ic planning,weather f.recasting,and energy *** decomposition algorithms can help models better understand the underlying patterns of.the original series to improve the f.recasting accuracy of.multivariate time ***,the decomposition kernel of.previous decomposition-based models is f.xed,and these models have not considered the dif.erences in f.equency f.uctuations between *** problems make it dif.icult to analyze the intricate temporal variations of.real-world time *** this paper,we propose a series decomposition-based Mamba model,DecMamba,to obtain the intricate temporal dependencies and the dependencies among dif.erent variables of.multivariate time series.A variable-level adaptive kernel combination search module is designed to interact with inf.rmation on dif.erent trends and periods between *** backbone structures are proposed to emphasize the dif.erences in f.equency f.uctuations of.seasonal and trend *** with superior perf.rmance is used instead of.a Transf.rmer in backbone structures to capture the dependencies among dif.erent variables.A new embedding block is designed to capture the temporal f.atures better,especially f.r the high-f.equency seasonal component whose semantic inf.rmation is dif.icult to acquire.A gating mechanism is introduced to the decoder in the seasonal backbone to improve the prediction accuracy.A comparison with ten state-of.the-art models on seven real-world datasets demonstrates that DecMamba can better model the temporal dependencies and the dependencies among dif.erent variables,guaranteeing better prediction perf.rmance f.r multivariate time series.

Because of.the important role of.the absorption heat pump in low-grade thermal energy utilization, this paper extends it to micro domain and perf.rms a f.nite-time thermodynamic modelling f.r a three-heat-reservoir (THR) thermal Brownian heat pump with heat transf.r ef.ect by using an equivalent combined cycle method, which was applied f.r macro endoreversible THR heat pumps. The working principle and energy transf.rmation rule are studied, and the coef.icient of.perf.rmance (COP) and heating load are derived. With a f.xed overall thermal conductance of.three heat exchangers, the maximal heating load is determined by optimizing thermal conductance distributions among three heat exchangers and barrier height, and the optimal working temperatures are also obtained. The impact of.external heat transf.r is elucidated to show the dif.erence between this model and a non-equilibrium thermodynamic one. Results indicate that external heat transf.r determines the energy transf.rmation directly, and perf.rmance characteristics are closer to reality when external heat transf.r is considered. The heating load has a maximal value about thermal conductance allocation ratios. About half.the overall heat exchanger inventory needs to be assigned to the heat exchanger of.the heating space f.r maximal heating load. When the cycle is with only heat transf.r ef.ect, the net particle numbers are zero, and the cycle f.ils to pump heat. The research results are expected to of.er an idea f.r thermodynamic optimization and design of.micro THR thermal Brownian heat pump devices.

An Improved Practical Byzantine f.ult-Tolerant Algorithm Based on XGBoost Grouping f.r Consortium Chains

In response to the challenges presented by the unreliable identity of.the master node,high communication overhead,and limited network support size within the Practical Byzantine f.ult-Tolerant(PBf.)algorithm f.r consortium chains,we propose an improved PBf. algorithm based on XGBoost grouping called XG-PBf. in this ***-PBf. constructs a dataset by training important parameters that af.ect node perf.rmance,which are used as classif.cation indexes f.r *** XGBoost algorithm then is employed to train the dataset,and nodes joining the system will be grouped according to the trained grouping *** them,the nodes with higher parameter indexes will be assigned to the consensus group to participate in the consensus,and the rest of.the nodes will be assigned to the general group to receive the consensus *** order to reduce the resource waste of.the system,XG-PBf. optimizes the consensus protocol f.r the problem of.high complexity of.PBf. ***,we evaluate the perf.rmance of.*** experimental results show that XG-PBf. can signif.cantly improve the perf.rmance of.throughput,consensus delay and communication complexity compared to the original PBf. algorithm,and the perf.rmance enhancement is signif.cant compared to other algorithms in the case of.a larger number of.*** results demonstrate that the XG-PBf. algorithm is more suitable f.r large-scale consortium chains.

Nowadays,presynaptic dopaminergic positron emission tomography,which assesses def.ciencies in dopamine synthesis,storage,and transport,is widely utilized f.r early diagnosis and dif.erential diagnosis of.*** review provides a comprehensive summary of.the latest developments in the application of.presynaptic dopaminergic positron emission tomography imaging in disorders that manif.st *** conducted a thorough literature search using reputable databases such as PubMed and Web of.*** criteria involved identif.ing peer-reviewed articles published within the last 5 years,with emphasis on their relevance to clinical *** f.ndings f.om these studies highlight that presynaptic dopaminergic positron emission tomography has demonstrated potential not only in diagnosing and dif.erentiating various Parkinsonian conditions but also in assessing disease severity and predicting ***,when employed in conjunction with other imaging modalities and advanced analytical methods,presynaptic dopaminergic positron emission tomography has been validated as a reliable in vivo *** validation extends to screening and exploring potential neuropathological mechanisms associated with dopaminergic *** summary,the insights gained f.om interpreting these studies are crucial f.r enhancing the ef.ectiveness of.preclinical investigations and clinical trials,ultimately advancing toward the goals of.neuroregeneration in parkinsonian disorders.

N6-methyladenosine(m^(6)A), the most prevalent and conserved RNA modif.cation in eukaryotic cells, prof.undly inf.uences virtually all aspects of.mRNA metabolism. mRNA plays crucial roles in neural stem cell genesis and neural regeneration, where it is highly concentrated and actively involved in these processes. Changes in m^(6)A modif.cation levels and the expression levels of.related enzymatic proteins can lead to neurological dysf.nction and contribute to the development of.neurological diseases. f.rthermore, the prolif.ration and dif.erentiation of.neural stem cells, as well as nerve regeneration, are intimately linked to memory f.nction and neurodegenerative diseases. This paper presents a comprehensive review of.the roles of.m^(6)A in neural stem cell prolif.ration, dif.erentiation, and self.renewal, as well as its implications in memory and neurodegenerative diseases. m^(6)A has demonstrated divergent ef.ects on the prolif.ration and dif.erentiation of.neural stem cells. These observed contradictions may arise f.om the time-specif.c nature of.m^(6)A and its dif.erential impact on neural stem cells across various stages of.development. Similarly, the diverse ef.ects of.m^(6)A on distinct types of.memory could be attributed to the involvement of.specif.c brain regions in memory f.rmation and recall. Inconsistencies in m^(6)A levels across dif.erent models of.neurodegenerative disease, particularly Alzheimer's disease and Parkinson's disease, suggest that these disparities are linked to variations in the af.ected brain regions. Notably, the opposing changes in m^(6)A levels observed in Parkinson's disease models exposed to manganese compared to normal Parkinson's disease models f.rther underscore the complexity of.m^(6)A's role in neurodegenerative processes. The roles of.m^(6)A in neural stem cell prolif.ration, dif.erentiation, and self.renewal, and its implications in memory and neurodegenerative diseases, appear contradictory.
