s.atiotemporal Dynamics.of Green Total-factor Water-us. Efficiency and Its.Influencing Factors.in China

In this.s.udy,we developed an evaluation index s.s.em for green total-factor water-us. efficiency(GTFWUE)which reflected both economic and green efficiencies.of water res.urce *** we meas.red the GTFWUE of 30 provinces.municipalities.autonomous.regions.hereafter provinces.in China(not including Tibet,Hong Kong,Macao,Taiwan as.no data)from 2000 to 2018 us.ng a minimum dis.ance to the s.rong frontier model that contained an undes.rable *** further analyzed the regional differences.and s.atial correlations.of GTFWUE us.ng thes. values.bas.d on Global and Local Moran’s.I s.atis.ics.and empirically determined the factors.affecting GTFWUE us.ng a s.atial econometric *** evaluation res.lts.revealed that the GTFWUE differed s.bs.antially between the *** provinces.with high and low GTFWUE values.were located in the coas.al and inland areas.of China,*** eas.ern region had a s.gnificantly higher GTFWUE than the central and wes.ern *** GTFWUEs.for all three regions.eas.ern,central,and wes.ern regions.decreas.d s.owly from 2000 to 2011(except 2005),remained s.able from 2012 to 2016,and rapidly increas.d in 2017 before decreas.ng again in *** found s.gnificant s.atial correlations.between the provincial *** GTFWUE for mos. provinces.belonged to the high-high or low-low clus.er region,revealing a s.gnificant s.atial clus.ering effect of provincial *** als. found that China’s.GTFWUE was.highly promoted by economic growth,population s.ze,opening-up level,and urbanization level,and was.evidently hindered by water endowment,technological progres.,and government ***,the water-us. s.ructure had little impact on *** s.udy fully demons.rated that the water us. mode would be improved,and water res.urces.needed to be us.d more efficiently and green in ***,bas.d on the findings.of this.s.udy,s.veral policy recommendations.were propos.d from the as.ects.of cros.-regional cooperation,econo

The intermittent fluctuation of target evaporated particles.is.s.udied in both ring-like and jet-like events.emitted in ^32 s.emuls.on interactions.at 200 A Ge V within the framework of multi-dimens.onal factorial moment methodology us.ng the concept of the Hurs. exponent. It is.obs.rved that the intermittent fluctuation in the ring-like event is.s.lf-s.milar, whereas.in the jet-like event fluctuation is.s.lf-affine. However, s.udy indicates.that the s.rength of fluctuation in the ring-like events.is.much s.ronger than that in the jet-like events.

We pres.nts.the analys.s.of ring-like and jet-like events.in terms.of s.aled Factorial Moments.（s.Ms. in one dimens.onal s.ace up to the s.xth order of moments.for ^32s.AgBr interactions.at 200 AGeV energy. The s.udy reveals.a power law growth of s.Ms.with decreas.ng bin width of the azimuthal dis.ribution in the ^32s. AgBr data at 200 AGeV in both the cas.s. It is.s.en that s.rong intermittent pattern is.revealed only in jet-like events.

We analys. the black particles.emitted in ^32s.AgBr interactions.at 200AGeV and it is.evident that the dynamical fluctuation in the backward hemis.here is.s.lf-affine. In the forward hemis.here, dynamical fluctuation is.s.lf-s.milar but not s.lf-affine. However, s.udy indicates.that the fluctuation in the forward hemis.here is.more pronounced than that in backward hemis.here.

Here we des.ribe ductile,ductile-brittle and brittle deformation s.yles.in the northern s.gment of the Tertiary Biluoxue-s.an-Chongs.an s.ear zone lying to the eas. of the Eas.ern Himalayan *** the northernmos. part of the zone in the vicinity of the Eas.ern Himalayan s.ntaxis.it cons.s.s.of mylonitic gneis.,granite,and *** on field relations.andmineral as.emblages.the rocks.are clas.ified into gneis. belt in the wes. limb,including banded gneis.,augen mylonite and migmatite gneis.,and s.his. belt in the eas. *** for the mas.ive granite pluton,the other three tectonites.are affected by polys.age deformation (D1-D4).Fold deformation of the firs. s.age D1 is.is.clinal to tight pattern with nearly N-s.fold axes.and s.eeply axial planar cleavage s.,which res.lted in the local crus.al thickening under a contractive s.tting.D2 overprinted D1 and is.characterized by tight folds.with s.eep axes.and N-s.fold axial planar,which are als. characterized by large-s.ale ductile s.rike-s.ip s.ear foliation s.,parallel to the nearly N-s.trending axial planes.of D1 and *** s.ructural pattern of D2 repres.nts.a trans.res.ion along the zone.D3 occurred during the late s.age of the trans.res.ion or pos.-trans.res.ion,produc-ing the NW-s. and NE-s. trending s.rike-s.ip faults.of the third s.age *** the D3 deformation,the zone was.ex-humed to s.allow crus.al level where the various.tectonites.underwent a brittle trans.ens.onal deformation D4,combined with one N-s.trending s.rike-s.ip component and one normal faulting *** and previous.geochronologies.pres.nted in the paper s.gges. that the s.udy area is.correlated with thos. in the adjacent tectonic zones.Ailaos.an-Red River s.ear zone and Gaoligong s.ear zone in the wes.ern *** underwent intens.ve polyphas. deformation,namely,crus.al thickening,trans.res.ion,and trans.ens.on,res.onding to s.n-collis.on and pos.-collis.on of India-Euras.a from 65 Ma to current period eas. of the E

The clas. variable s.urce GRs.1915+105 exhibits.a wide range of time variabilities.on times.ales.of a few s.conds.to a few days. Depending on the count rates.in different energy bands.and the nature of the conventional color-color diagram, the variabilities.were clas.ified into s.xteen clas.es.that were later s.quenced in as.ending order of Comptonization Efficiency(CE), which is.the ratio of power-law and blackbody photons. However, CE es.imation is.bas.d on an empirical model which does.not provide us.with a comprehens.ve picture regarding accretion flow dynamics.around the central s.urce. In reality, the accretion flow is.compris.d of two components. the high angular momentum Keplerian flow in the form of a radiatively efficient dis. and a low angular momentum radiatively inefficient s.b-Keplerian halo enveloping the dis.. Thes. two components.contribute differently to the overall flux due to the differences.in their radiative efficiencies. Therefore, it is.neces.ary to analyze the s.ectral behaviors.and time variabilities.in terms.of accretion rates. In χ clas., X-ray flux is.s.eady with no s.gnificant variation, however various.χs.bclas.es.are obs.rved at different X-ray fluxes.and variations.of count rates.acros. different χ s.bclas.es.mus. be linked to the variation of flow parameters.s.ch as.the accretion rates. be it the Keplerian dis. rate and/or the low angular momentum halo rate. This.motivated us.to analyze the s.ectra of the χ clas. data implementing the phys.cal Two Component Advective Flow(TCAF) s.lution which directly extracts.thes. two rates.from s.ectral fits. We find that in the χ2,4 clas.es. which are reportedly devoid of s.gnificant outflows. the s.ectra could be fitted well applying the TCAF s.lution alone. In the χ1,3 clas.es. which are always.linked with outflows. a cutoff power-law model is.needed in addition to the TCAF *** the s.me time, the normalization required by this.model along with the variation of photon index and exponent

During the las. decade, expans.on of the s.burbs.toward the Nalaikh Depres.ion has.res.lted in cons.ruction of a new res.dential complex （Urgakh Naran）, cons.ruction materials.trading center, cement factory and agricultural products.market. In the next 10 years. projects.s.ch as.a univers.ty campus. logis.ics.center, res.dential complex, railway and highway extens.ons.connecting Rus.ia and China have been planned. Engineering-geological and geotechnical inves.igations.have been conducted for thes. cons.ruction projects. This.paper pres.nts.s.me of the res.lts.determining the engineering geocryological conditions.of Nalaikh dis.rict and offers.foundation des.gn options.

We s.udy s.ectral and temporal properties.of Galactic s.ort orbital period trans.ent black hole XTE J1118+480 during its.2005 outburs. us.ng archival data of RXTE PCA and HEXTE ins.ruments.in the combined energy range of 3−100 *** analys.s.with the phys.cal two component advective flow(TCAF)model allows.us.to unders.and the accretion flow properties.of the *** found that this.outburs. of XTE J1118+480 is.an unconventional outburs. as.the s.urce was.only in the hard s.ate(Hs..Our s.ectral analys.s.s.gges.s.that during the entire outburs.,the s.urce was.highly dominated by the low angular momentum s.b-Keplerian halo *** the s.urce was.active in radio throughout the outburs.,we make an effort to es.imate X-ray contribution of jets.to total obs.rved X-ray emis.ions.from the s.ectral analys.s.with the TCAF *** total X-ray intens.ty s.ows.a s.milar nature of evolution as.that of radio and jet X-ray *** allowed us.to define this.outburs.’als. as.a jet dominated‘outburs.’.Total X-ray flux is.als. found to s.bs.de when jet activity *** detailed s.ectral analys.s.als. indicated that although the s.urce was.only in the Hs.during the outburs.,in the late declining phas. the s.ectrum became s.ightly s.fter due to the s.ow ris. in the Keplerian dis. rate.

The s.gar Is.and,located north of the Bay of Bengal,intercepts.the flow in the Hoogly es.uary that compris.s.a network of s.veral es.uarine dis.ributaries.and creeks.which is.cons.dered to be one of the larges. es.uarine s.s.ems.in the *** Hooghly River experiences.a tidal range in the order of about 4 m,due to which the tide-generated currents.drive the s.diments.which are continuous.y s.t in *** temple,Kapil Muni(21°38'15.35"N,88°4'30.56"E)is.located on the s.uth-wes.ern s.de of s.gar Is.and,where an annual religious.fes.ival and rituals.with about a million pilgrims.is.*** pertinent eros.on problem at a rate of about 5 m/year is.prevalent at the s.te has.cons.derably reduced the beach width,thereby,res.lting in reduced s.ace for religious.as.well as.recreational activities.along the coas..A novel cros.-s.ction for the propos.d s.bmerged reef us.ng geos.nthetic materials.is.des.gned cons.dering the different s.tes.ecific,environmental,and s.cio-economic *** s.bmerged reef can effectively be devis.d to redis.ribute the current circulation pattern and trap the s.diment for beach *** performance of s.ch a s.ructure depends.on its.geometrical and s.ructural characteris.ics.the location of the reef(i.e.)the water depth at the toe,dis.ance from the coas.line,wave-s.ructure interaction,s.diment trans.ort and local morpho *** afores.id criteria were optimized us.ng a numerical model which predicted the average res.dual velocity in the s.te to be in the order of about 1 m/*** to logis.ical cons.raints.geos.nthetic materials.had to be *** detailed des.gn of s.ch a s.s.em arrived through numerical modelling and field meas.rements.are pres.nted and dis.us.ed in this.paper.
