Some Optical, Electrical Properties of Lead Free KNN-CZN Ceramics

Lead free (1−x)K0.5Na0.5NbO3-xCa(Zn1/3Nb2/3)O3 (abbreviated KNN-xCZN) ferroelectric ceramics, with x = 0, 0.02, 0.04, 0.06, 0.08, 0.10, have been fabricated by the conventional solid-state reaction method. the effects of CZN content on the structure, microstructure and some optical, electrical properties of KNN-xCZN ceramics were studied in detail. the experimental results showed that the crystal structure of ceramics gradually transformed from orthorhombic phase into pseudo-cubic phase with doping of xCa(Zn1/3Nb2/3)O3. With increasing of the CZN concentration, the ceramic density increased and reached the highest value (4.29 g/cm3) at x = 0.08 mol, besides, the grain size of the ceramics decreased gradually, the microstructure more uniform, the grains are packed with clear grain boundaries, fewer pores, especially at x = 0.08 mol. With the dense and fine-grained microstructures, the optical transmission of the ceramics is strong, the ceramic sample with x = 0.08 mol exhibits stably high transmittance above 60% in the visible spectrum and the largest optical band gap energy (Eg = 3.0 eV) was obtained. the Curie temperature (tC) decreases when the concentration of CZN increases. the broadness of dielectric peaks around tm indicated a diffusive phase transition for all compositions suggesting the relaxor-like behavior of KNN-xCZN ceramic systems.

Liver transplant(Lt)is the curative treatment for patients with hepatocellular carcinoma(HCC).Bridge therapies are local treatments given to patients on the Lt waitlist,to prevent tumor progression and to reduce the dropout *** presentation:We reported a 40-year-old man diagnosed with Barcenola-Clinic Liver Cancer BCLC intermediate stage HCC and Child-Pugh A5 hepatitis B virus cirrhosis who underwent combined bridge therapies to ***,the patient received transarterial chemoembolization(tACE)for two times and showed a partial *** he underwent stereotactic body radiation therapy(SBRt)with a total dose of 45 Gy in 3 *** months later,the tumor size and serum protein induced by Vitamin K absence or antagonists-II,alpha fetoprotein levels decreased *** June 2019 a suitable donor was found and his Lt was successfully ***:We propose that a combination of tACE and SBRt was feasible as bridge therapy for HCC patients on the Lt waitlist.

this paper presents the results of application of a 3D （three-dimensional） numerical model to study on MtZ （maximum turbidity zone） in the coastal zone of Mekong River Delta. In this study, a 3D system model with combination of hydrodynamics--wave and suspended sediment transport was set up and validated with measured data in the study area. Based on calculated scenarios for the flood and the dry season, the results have shown appearance of MtZs in the coastal zone of Mekong River with suspended sediment concentration prevalent of 0.04-0.07 kg·m^3 （the dry season） and 0.05-0.1kg·m^3 （the flood season）. the position and MtZs scale change with the interaction between fresh water and tidal oscillations. the MtZ occur more in the dry seasons compared to the wet season. the MtZs are prevalent located far away from estuaries about in 12-22 km （in the dry season）, and 5-15 km in the flood season.

Role of CD97^(stalk) and CD55 as molecular markers for prognosis and therapy of gastric carcinoma patients

Objectives： to explore the mechanism of development and aggressiveness in gastric carcinomas by investigating the expression and role of CD97 and its cellular ligand CD55 in gastric carcinomas. Methods： tumor and corresponding normal mucosal tissue, collected from 39 gastric carcinoma patients, were examined by immunohistochemistry and Rt-PCR for the expression of CD97 and CD55. Results： CD97^stalk was strongly stained on scattered tumor cells or small tumor cell clusters at the invasion front of gastric carcinomas. the expression of CD97^stalk was frequently observed in tumors of stage Ⅰ and t1 gastric carcinoma patients. the expression of CD97^stalk between Stage Ⅰ and Stage Ⅱ, Ⅲ, Ⅳ specimens showed significant difference （P〈0.05）, between t1 and t2, t3, t4 specimens also showed significant difference （P〈0.05）. Specimens with tumor invasion depth limited in mucosa of t1 specimens showed higher positive CD55 expression than specimens with the same tumor invasion depth in t2, t3, t4 specimens, the expression of CD55 between t1 and t2, t3, t4 specimens was significantly different （P〈0.05）. there was strong correlation between the distribution patterns of CD97^stalk and CD55 on tumor tissues （r=0.73, P〈0.05）. Signet ring cell carcinomas frequently contained strong CD97^stalk and CD55-staining. Conclusions： Our results suggest that CD97^stalk is probably involved in the growth, invasion and aggressiveness of gastric carcinomas by binding its cellular ligand CD55. CD97^stalk and CD55 could be useful as molecular markers for prognosis and therapy of gastric carcinoma patients.

DICER-like （DCL） proteins produce small RNAs that silence genes involved in development and defenses against viruses and pathogens. Which DCLs participate in plant-herbivore interactions remains unstudied. We identified and stably silenced four distinct DCL genes by RNai in Nicotiana attenuata （torrey ex. Watson）, a model for the study of plant-herbivore interactions. Silencing DCL1 expression was lethal. Manduca sexta larvae performed significantly better on ir-dcl3 and ir-dcl4 plants, but not on ir-dcl2 plants compared to wild type plants. Phytohormones, defense metabolites and microarray analyses revealed that when DCL3 and DCL4 were silenced separately, herbivore resistance t.aits were regulated in distinctly different ways. Crossing of the lines revealed complex interactions in the patterns of regulation. Single ir-dcl4 and double ir-dcl2 ir-dcl3 plants were impaired in JA accumulation, while JA- Ile was increased in ir-dcl3 plants. Ir-dcl3 and ir-dcl4 plants were impaired in nicotine accumulation; silencing DCL2 in combination with either DCL3 or DCL4 restored nicotine levels to those of Wt. trypsin proteinase inhibitor activity and transcripts were only silenced in ir-dcl3 plants. We conclude that DCL2/3/4 interact in a complex manner to regulate anti-herbivore defenses and that these interactions significantly complicate the already challenging task of understanding smRNA function in the regulation of biotic interactions.

Damage assessments in three dimensional (3D) textile composites subjected to mechanical loading can be performed by non-destructive and destructive *** paper applies the two techniques to investigate the fracture behavior of 3D tufted textile composites.X-ray computed tomography as a non-destructive evaluation method is appropriate to detect damage locations and identify their progression in 3D textile *** methods such as sectioning toward observing damage provide valuable information about damage *** results of this research could be utilized to evaluate the initial cause of rupture in 3D tufted composites used in aerospace structures and analyze fracture modes and damage progression.

Hydropower Projects on Se San River Impact on Social Economical Development and Environmental Protection

Se San river is one of main branches of Me Kong river, it has rather rich water resource, and the topographical condition of the catchment and river are very good for hydropower development. the aquatic life in Se San River is rich, both with respect to species diversity and biomass. there are about 120 fish species are recorded, but the number of species is most likely higher, in the range from 200-300 species, fish is a very important food source for the local people. Up to now, in the Vietnam part of the Se San catchment there are 6 hydropower projects along Se San river from upstream to Vietnam – Cambodia boundary, and Se San 4A re-regulation reservoir. In the part catchment in Cambodia, in development plan there will be 3 hydropower projects, they are Se San 5/lower Se San 1, lower Se San 3, and lower Se San 2. the hydropower projects on Se San river have impacts on socio-economical development of the region （Vietnam and Cambodia） such as create new energy sources and product condition for remote and difficult areas of the catchmnet, improve the transportation system and living conditions for the rural areas. these hydropower projects also have impacts on natural environment such as flow regime changes at downstream, sediment in downstream river reaches, and some impacts on the ecosystems along river.
