This paper is concerned with the large time behavior of the Cauchy problem for Navier-Stokes/AllenCahn system describing the interface motion of immiscible two-phase flow in 3-D. The existence and uniqueness of global solutions and the stability of the phase separation state are proved under the small initial perturbations. Moreover, the optimal time decay rates are obtained for higher-order spatial derivatives of density,velocity and phase. Our results imply that if the immiscible two-phase flow is initially located near the phase separation state, then under small perturbation conditions, the solution exists globally and decays algebraically to the complete separation state of the two-phase flow, that is, there will be no interface fracture, vacuum, shock wave, mass concentration at any time, and the interface thickness tends to zero as the time t → +∞.

Therapeutic cancer vaccines have undergone a resurgence in the past *** of the high level of immune cell accumulation and abundant capillary lymphatic system in the dermis,percutaneous vaccination is considered to be an ideal treatment *** convenient administration,the recent development of microneedles(MNs)provides a safe,painless,and low-cost transdermal delivery strategy,which could bypass the first-pass metabolism of vaccines for enhanced stability and ***,the therapeutic effect of MNs-based cancer vaccines is not optimal,which is limited by the complex set of host,tumor,and environmental factors,as well as the limited vaccine loading ***,further improvements are still required to push their clinical *** this critical review,we deliberate on how to improve the therapeutic effect of MNs-based vaccines for cancer immunotherapy,summarize the recent advances in MNs-based cancer vaccination,and provide an overview of various design strategies and mechanisms for active or passive targeting delivery,aiming to develop safer,more effective,and more stable MNs-based cancer ***,we briefly describe the potential of vaccine platforms in combination with other therapies,suggest the need to design vaccines according to specific circumstances,and discuss the biosafety of repeated administration for enhancing clinical efficacy.

Soil effect on the bearing capacity of a double-lining structure under internal water pressure

Water conveyance tunnels usually experience high internal water pressures and complex soil ***,shield tunnels with double-lining structure have been adopted because of their high bearing *** effect of the interface between the segmental and inner linings on the bearing capacity has been widely investigated;however,the effect of soil on the internal water pressure bearing capacity has not been emphasized ***,in this study,model tests and an analytical solution are presented to elucidate the effect of soil on the internal water pressure bearing ***,model tests are conducted on double-lining models under sandy soil and highly weathered argillaceous siltstone *** internal force and earth pressure under these different soil conditions are then compared to reveal the contribution of soil to the internal water pressure bearing *** this,an analytical solution,considering the soil–double-lining interaction,is proposed to further investigate the contribution of the *** analytical solution is verified with model *** analytical solution is in good agreement with the model test results and can be used to evaluate the mechanical behavior of the double-lining and soil *** effect of soil on the bearing capacity is found to be related with the elastic modulus of the soil and the deformation state of the *** the double-lining cracks,the sandy soil contributes 3.7%of the internal water pressure but the contribution of the soil rises to 10.4%when it is the highly weathered argillaceous *** the double-lining cracks,the soil plays an important role in bearing internal water *** soil contributions of sandy soil and highly weathered argillaceous siltstones are 10.5%and 27.8%,*** effect of soil should be considered in tunnel design with the internal water pressure.

To study the anti-explosion protection effect of polyurea coating on reinforced concrete box girder,two segmental girder specimens were made at a scale of 1:3,numbered as G(without polyurea coating)and PCG(with polyurea coating).The failure characteristics and dynamic responses of the specimens were compared through conducting explosion *** reliability of the numerical simulation using LS-DYNA software was verified by the test *** effects of different scaled distances,reinforcement ratios,concrete strengths,coating thicknesses and ranges of polyurea were *** results show that the polyurea coating can effectively enhance the anti-explosion performance of the *** top plate of middle chamber in specimen G forms an elliptical penetrating hole,while that in specimen PCG only shows a very slight local *** peak vertical displacement and residual displacement of PCG decrease by 74.8% and 73.7%,respectively,compared with those of specimen *** the TNT explosion with small equivalent,the polyurea coating has a more significant protective effect on reducing the size of *** the increase of TNT equivalent,the protective effect of polyurea on reducing girder displacement becomes more *** optimal reinforcement ratio,concrete strength,thickness and range of polyurea coating were also drawn.

In this paper, nonsingular prescribed-time control is studied based on periodic delayed sliding mode surfaces. Different from the existing sliding mode control, where either singularity problems may appear or the convergence time depends on the initial state, the proposed sliding mode control approaches can achieve prescribed-time convergence without singularity. The proposed nonsingular sliding mode control approaches can be applied to both second-order and high-order nonlinear systems with prescribed-time convergence. As applications of the proposed sliding mode control approaches, the control of hypersonic vehicle systems is revisited. Numerical simulations on the nonlinear model of the hypersonic vehicle system show the effectiveness of the proposed methods.

目的基于多任务学习，构建深度学习模型辅助临床医师进行尘肺病鉴别诊断与分期。方法收集2011—2022年四川省某职业病医院3 600名就诊者的数字化摄影后前位胸片，使用全卷积神经网络（UNet）进行肺野分割。基于多任务学习，利用任务间相关性，以DenseNet121为骨干网络，添加两个分类器构建多任务模型，并在ChestX-ray14数据集上预训练。采用配对t检验比较单任务模型与多任务模型之间准确率、精确度、灵敏度、F1分数的差异。结果测试集结果显示，单任务模型鉴别诊断和诊断分期性能约90%和77%。多任务模型鉴别诊断和诊断分期性能约94%和86%，分别高于单任务模型约4%和9%，评价指标间差异具有统计学意义（P<0.05）。结论多任务模型较单任务模型更具优势，可有效实现尘肺病与肺结核的鉴别诊断和尘肺病精准分期。

Nicotinamide adenine dinucleotide(NADH)regeneration is necessary for the sustainable application of enzymatic *** Rh-based complex[Cp^(*)Rh(bpy)(H)]+has been widely used as an important mediator in NADH regeneration systems,but it is limited by complexity and high ***,a Z-scheme was constructed by loading Rh onto carbon nitride nanosheets/carbon nitride quantum dots(CN-CNQD).The resultant catalyst achieved a high yield of NADH in a mediator-free(M-free)system of 0.283 mmol L^(−1) g^(−1) min^(−1),which is 5.29 times that of pure *** enzyme introduction experiments confirmed that the enzyme active product 1,4-NADH could reach 34.21%selectivity in the M-free *** research revealed that the heterojunction between CNs and CNQDs improved the NADH regeneration activity in the traditional M-involved system,while Rh loading was proved to optimize the yield and selectivity of 1,4-NADH in M-free *** immobilized Rh shows more competitiveness than[Cp^(*)Rh(bpy)(H)]^(+).This study contributes to the construction of an M-free system for further application in greener,lower-cost enzymatic processes.

目的:探讨基于FastStroke软件的多期CT血管成像(Multi-phase CT angiography,mCTA)彩色编码(ColorViz)融合图对急性缺血性脑卒中患者新发脑梗死病灶的诊断价值。方法:前瞻性收集69例单侧前循环闭塞急性缺血性脑卒中患者,所有入组患者均行mCTA扫描(动脉期、静脉期和静脉晚期)。CT后处理使用GE医疗FastStroke软件的ColorViz将来自mCTA所有期的血管信息融合为一个时变ColorViz图。所有患者3 d内进行磁共振扩散加权成像(Magnetic resonance-diffusion weighted imaging,MR-DWI)检查。以MR-DWI检查结果作为诊断新发脑梗死病灶的金标准,评价mCTA的ColorViz融合图对脑内新发梗死病灶的诊断能力。结果:mCTA的ColorViz融合图检出灰质区新发梗死病灶的敏感性为90.3%,检出白质区新发梗死病灶的敏感性为36.7%。mCTA的ColorViz融合图主观血管分级评分与MR-DWI梗死面积呈中等程度负相关(r=-0.540,P<0.001)。结论:基于FastStroke软件的mCTA ColorViz融合图对急性缺血性脑卒中患者新发脑梗死病灶的诊断具有一定的价值。mCTA的ColorViz融合图在灰质区的敏感性较高,在白质区的敏感性较低。

目的了解尘肺病患者门诊与住院服务利用情况及其影响因素。方法采取便利抽样方法，在四川大学华西第四医院选取共199名尘肺病患者，使用中国疾病预防控制中心编制的《尘肺病患者就医行为及其影响因素问卷》调查其人群特征、就医行为与影响因素。采用多因素logistic回归模型与多因素poisson回归模型分析患者门诊与住院服务利用的影响因素。结果调查的尘肺病患者两周门诊率为27.6%，一年利用门诊次数中位数为2次；一年住院率为61.8%，对已住院患者，一年住院次数中位数为1次，住院累积天数中位数为30 d；患者平均直观式健康标尺（VAS）得分为（48.3±17.4）分。多因素logistic回归与多因素poisson回归分析显示，已参加基础医保（OR=0.067,95%CI:0.006～0.716）、用药频率更高（OR=0.100,95%CI:0.037～0.269）、VAS得分更低（OR=0.992,95%CI:0.988～0.997）的尘肺病患者利用门诊服务更少，近期出现咳嗽加重（OR=5.530,95%CI:2.446～12.501）、有工伤保险（OR=1.183,95%CI:1.015～1.379）、收入较低（OR=0.980,95%CI:0.965～0.997）的尘肺病患者利用门诊服务更多；已婚（OR=0.063,95%CI:0.005～0.771）、VAS得分更低（OR=8.463,95%CI:3.090～23.248）的尘肺病患者利用住院服务更少；用药频率更高（OR=8.463,95%CI:3.090～23.248）、合并肺心病（OR=1.855,95%CI:1.307～2.634）、获得尘肺赔偿（OR=3.358,95%CI:1.183～9.529）、获得社会救济（OR=1.402,95%CI:1.047～1.877）、更主动与病友交流病情（OR=2.158,95%CI:1.061～4.390）的尘肺病患者利用住院服务更多。结论尘肺病患者门诊与住院利用率均高于全国平均水平。尘肺病患者自身健康状况、经济水平和社会支持水平是影响其就医行为的重要因素。
