Natural biological microtubular networks have undergone adaptive evolutionary selection and may offer viable solutions to design challenges in artificial microtubular networks. The plasmodium of the slime mold Physarum polycephalum(P. polycephalum) extends continuously to form a protoplasmic microtubular network structure, directly connecting food *** simulations revealed that the formation of this adaptive P. polycephalum microtubular network could be captured by a mathematical algorithm. Inspired by the P. polycephalum microtubular networks, we propose an adaptive optimization design method for artificial microtubular networks. Specifically, we utilized hydrogels with biodegradable and tissue-adhesive properties to replicate the P. polycephalum microtubular networks via photomask. In Rhodamine B diffusion and glucosecatalyzed reaction experiments, we found that the P. polycephalum microtubular networks exhibited significantly enhanced efficiency compared to vascular and artificial networks. Furthermore, we demonstrated the potential for uric acid(UA) degradation of the hydrogels with a real P. polycephalum microtubular network loaded with urate oxidase(UOx) in a rodent model of hyperuricemia. And this network achieved more than double the effect of the artificial network. This underscores the potential of natural microtubular networks to replace artificial microtubular networks.

The effects of acyclic liquid nitrogen(LN)treatment in a temperature range of-196℃to 50℃on the thermal and magnetic stability of Fe78Si9B13 and Fe73.5Si13.5B9Nb3cu1 glassy ribbons have been *** intrinsic heterogeneities of the metallic glasses can be activated through cryogenic thermal cycling,making irreversible structural changes after the treatment and inducing rejuvenation to the *** microstructural changes of both Fe-based metallic glass(MG)and nanocrystalline alloy induced by LN treatment were *** experimental results show that the LN treatment could effectively rejuvenate the Fe-Si-B MGs and change their thermomechanical and magnetic *** on the partially-crystallinity and well-known magnetic constants,the increase of the energy at the order of 10m J/g and magnetic domain wall movement and rotation at the order of 5-6μm and 0.5°-0.8°are found for FINEMET-type amorphous alloy after LN *** is also found that LN treatment can contribute a little stored energy to the magnetic domain wall movement and magnetic domain rotation.

低碳经济环境下,中小型制造商为了缓解碳减排资金压力,选择依托电商平台进行线上销售。基于由电商平台主导的低碳电商供应链系统,本文将产品的网络外部性纳入模型,构建了碳交易政策和碳税政策下的供应链决策模型,研究政府和低碳电商供应链“共赢”的最佳碳政策。研究发现:(1)探讨各成员企业的最佳碳政策时,制造商的实际碳排放量与政府碳配额的大小关系是重要的影响因素。当实际碳排放量超过政府规定的碳配额时,若碳交易价格超过一个特定的阈值,碳交易政策的惩罚力度大于碳税政策,此时对于供应链成员和政府而言,实施碳税政策更有利;若碳交易价格小于该阈值,则反之。当实际碳排放量小于政府规定的碳配额时,对供应链成员和政府而言,碳交易政策是最佳碳政策。(2)产品的网络外部性对产品价格、市场需求和供应链成员的利润都有正向作用。这些结论为电商供应链成员在低碳背景下的决策提供了参考。

Limited by low conductivity,designing cathode materials with excellent electron transfer efficiency for high-performance nickel-zinc batteries （NZBs） remains *** this study,a series of bimetallic metal-organic nanowires were fabricated by doping M ions in NiNTA,resulting in NiMNTA (M=Mg2+,Mn2+,co2+,Zn2+,Ag+),and Nixco6-xNTA （x=1,2,3,4,5）.The proportions and types of metal ions can be modified without altering the initial coordination structure.X-ray absorption fine structure spectroscopy （XAFS） revealed that only M–O bonds,not metal bonds,were present in the *** performance of Ni2co4NTA as the cathode for aqueous NZBs was significantly improved,achieving the maximum energy density of 279.17Wh kg-1with the high cycle stability （retention rate of 72.0%after 1,000 cycles）.The flexible Ni2co4NTA//Zn@carbon cloth battery employing gel electrolyte also exhibits the excellent coulombic efficiency of 96%after 350 *** approach shows considerable potential for designing one-dimensional materials with bimetallic modifications,providing new strategies for developing cathode materials for NZBs with high specific capacity and cycle stability.

Peroxynitrite（ONOO-） is a highly reactive nitrogen species that plays pivotal roles in cell signal transduction and physiological or pathological progresses. however, commonly used ONOO-optical imaging probes are still hampered by high background/autofluorescence（fluorescence probe）, short emission wavelength, or poor selectivity in the case of chemiluminescence. herein,we report a facile method to prepare an activatable chemiluminescence probe（PPA-PEG） with good biocompatibility and functionality for in vivo autofluorescence-free imaging of ONOO-. The PPA-PEG consists of pyropheophorbide-a（PPA）, a typical deep red photosensitizer that acts as both the recognition and signaling element, and 4-arm poly（ethylene glycol）(4-arm PEG), which improves the biosafety and water solubility of probe. These components can self-assemble into nanoparticles（namely PPA-PEG nanoprobe） in aqueous solution. The PPA-PEG nanoprobe showed an ultra-low chemiluminescence signal before interacting with ONOO-, but exhibited good selectivity, high sensitivity and a fast response toward ONOO-. The PPAPEG was successfully applied to image cellular ONOO-changes, as well as the endogenous ONOO-changes in inflammation models and subcutaneous or orthotopic hepatocellular carcinoma（hcc） tumors models in living mice. In vitro and in vivo studies verified the good detection and imaging capabilities of PPA-PEG for peroxynitrite, demonstrating suitable tissue penetration and a high signal-to-background ratio（SBR）. Thus, our nanoprobe can serve as a valuable activatable chemiluminescence imaging tool for studying important peroxynitrite-related chemical and biological applications.

A local domain-free discretization-immersed boundary method(DFDIBM)is presented in this paper to solve incompressible Navier-Stokes equations in the primitive variable *** the conventional immersed boundary method(IBM),the local DFD-IBM solves the governing equations in the whole domain including exterior and interior of the immersed *** effect of immersed boundary to the surrounding fluids is through the evaluation of velocity at interior and exterior dependent *** be specific,the velocity at interior dependent points is computed by approximate forms of solution and the velocity at exterior dependent points is set to the wall *** compared to the conventional IBM,the present approach accurately implements the non-slip boundary *** a result,there is no flow penetration,which is often appeared in the conventional IBM *** present approach is validated by its application to simulate incompressible viscous flows around a circular *** obtained numerical results agree very well with the data in the literature.

In the intricate process of natural product biosynthesis, a metabolon can enhance metabolic flux by associating sequential enzymes. A fungal metabolon, comprising of flavin-dependent monooxygenase Spe F and P450 monooxygenase Spe G, is identified in the biosynthesis of spiro polycyclic alkaloids(+)-notoamide B and its diastereomer(+)-versicolamide B. Using notoamide E as a substance, Spe F/Spe G metabolon can control the stereoselectivity of its 2,3-epoxidation, followed by hydrogen atom ion at c-17 to generate reactive epoxide tau-m A with dienyl iminium unit. Subsequently,(+)-notoamide B and(+)-versicolamide B are produced via tandem nonenzymatic inverse-electron-demand Diels-Alder reaction and semipinacol rearrangement. This provides the first example of metabolon in the biosynthesis of spiro-prenylated indole alkaloids.
