Objectives:Human epider.al gr.wth factor.r.ceptor.2(HEr.)-tar.eted ther.pies have demonstr.ted potential benefits for.metastatic color.ctal cancer.mCr.)patients with HEr. amplification,but ar. not satisfactor. in cases of HEr. mutant ***:Consequently,fur.her.elucidation of amplifications and somatic mutations in er.thr.blastic oncogene B-2(Er.B2)is *** genomic pr.filing was conducted on 2454 Chinese Cr. cases to evaluate genomic alter.tions in 733 cancer.r.lated genes,tumor.mutational bur.en,micr.satellite instability,and pr.gr.mmed death ligand 1(pD-L1)***:Among 2454 Cr. patients,85 cases(3.46%)exhibited Er.B2 amplification,and 55 cases(2.24%)car.ied Er.B2 mutation.p.r.78Q(28%),p.V8421(24%),and p.S310F/Y(12%)wer. the most pr.valent of the 16 detected mutation *** compar.son to the Er.B2 alter.d(alt)gr.up,Kr.S/Br.F mutations wer. mor. pr.valent in Er.B2 wild-type(wt)samples(Er.B2wt ***2alt,Kr.S:50.9%vs.25.6%,pr.F:8.5%vs.2.3%,pr.s with Er.B2 mutation exhibited micr.satellite instability high(MSI-H),while no cases with HEr. amplification displayed *** genes var.ed between Er.B2 copy number.var.ation(CNV)and Er.B2 single nucleotide var.ant(SNV);Tp53 alter.tions tended to co-occur.with Er.B2 amplification(92.3%)as opposed to Er.B2 mutation(58.3%).Kr.S and pIK3CA alter.tions wer. mor. pr.valent in Er.B2 SNV cases(Kr.S/pIK3CA:45.8%/31.2%)compar.d to Er.B2 amplification cases(Kr.S/pIK3CA:14.1%/7.7%).Conclusion:Our.study delineates the landscape of HEr. alter.tions in a lar.e-scale cohor. of Cr. patients fr.m *** findings enhance our.under.tanding of the molecular.featur.s of Chinese Cr. patients and offer.valuable implications for.fur.her.investigation.

The coal tar.was qualitative and quantitative anMyzed by gas chr.matogr.phy （GC） method. 74 components wer. identified exactly by gas chr.matogr.phY-mass spectr.metr. （GC-MS）. 31 components （37%） wer. quantitatively analyzed by gas chr.matogr.phy-flame ionization detector.（GC-FID）. The linear.ty, accur.cy, pr.cision, limit of detection （LOD） and limit of quantitative （LOQ） deter.ination wer. inspected. The scope of quantitative analysis by CC was discussed. The exper.mental r.sults of ther.ogr.vimetr.c analysis （TGA） pr.ved that GC quantitative analysis of the coal tar.was r.liable.

目的探讨心理资本在护理硕士研究生情绪智力与职业认同间的中介效应,为提高护理硕士研究生职业认同水平提供参考依据。方法采用便利抽样法,于2023年5—6月使用一般资料调查表、心理资本量表、情绪智力量表和职业认同量表对我国9个省13... 详细信息

目的探讨心理资本在护理硕士研究生情绪智力与职业认同间的中介效应,为提高护理硕士研究生职业认同水平提供参考依据。方法采用便利抽样法,于2023年5—6月使用一般资料调查表、心理资本量表、情绪智力量表和职业认同量表对我国9个省13所高等院校的在读护理硕士研究生进行问卷调查,并对数据进行分析。结果242名在读护理硕士研究生心理资本总分为(80.1±12.19)分,情绪智力总分为(54.40±13.00)分,职业认同总分为(55.88±9.56)分。单因素分析结果显示,不同读研原因、择业意向、是否热爱护理工作及是否为独生子女的护理硕士研究生心理资本、情绪智力和职业认同得分比较,差异均有统计学意义(均pr.0.788、0.720,均p<0.05)。中介效应分析结果显示,心理资本在情绪智力与职业认同间起不完全中介效应,效应占比为52.86%。结论心理资本不仅可以直接影响护生的职业认同,还可以通过情绪智力间接影响其职业认同水平,提示高校可通过针对性的策略,加强心理资本水平的培养,改善情绪智力现状,进而提升职业认同感。

The second-to-four.h digit(2D:4D)r.tio is thought to be associated with pr.natal andr.gen ***,the r.lationship between the 2D:4D r.tio and hypospadias is poor.y under.tood,and its molecular.mechanism is not *** this study,by analyzing the hand digit length of 142 boys with hypospadias(23 distal,68 middle,and 51 pr.ximal)and 196 contr.ls enr.lled in shanghai Childr.n’s Hospital(shanghai,china)fr.m December.2020 to December.2021,we found that the 2D:4D r.tio was significantly incr.ased in boys with hypospadias(ppositively cor.elated with the sever.ty of the *** was fur.her.ver.fied by the compar.son of contr.l mice and pr.natal low testoster.ne mice model obtained by knocking out the r.sk gene(dynein axonemal heavy chain 8[DNAH8])associated with ***,the discr.pancy was mainly caused by a shift in *** char.cter.zation of a mouse model validated that low testoster.ne levels dur.ng pr.gnancy can impair.the gr.wth and development of *** mechanistic explor.tions r.vealed that dur.ng the andr.gen-sensitive window,the downr.gulation of the andr.gen r.ceptor.Ar.caused by low testoster.ne levels,as well as the suppr.ssed expr.ssion of chondr.cyte pr.lifer.tion-r.lated genes such as Wnt family member.5a(Wnt5a),Wnt5b,Smad family member.2(Smad2),and Smad3;mitochondr.al function-r.lated genes in car.ilage such as AMp-activated pr.tein kinase(AMpK)and nuclear.r.spir.tor. factor.1(Nr.-1);and vascular.development-r.lated genes such as myosin light chain(MLC),notch r.ceptor.3(Notch3),and sphingosine kinase 1(Sphk1),ar. r.sponsible for.the limitation of 4D gr.wth,which r.sults in a higher.2D:4D r.tio in boys with hypospadias via decr.ased endochondr.l *** study indicates that the r.tio of 2D:4D is a r.sk mar.er.of hypospadias and pr.vides a potential molecular.mechanism.
