Amaranthus retrofl.xus l. is a serious and w.despread mal.gnant w.ed in soybean fiel.s in Heil.ngjiang Province. Expl.ring the dormancy characteristics of A. retrofl.xus l. seeds and the physiol.gical.response of its seedl.ngs to acifl.orfen sodium can provide a basis for further researches on its resistance mechanism. Using new.y harvested and stored A. retrofl.xus l. seeds for one year as experimental.material., the effects of different concentrations of HCl. NaOH, w.ter temperature, gibberel.ic acid(GA) and pol.ethyl.ne gl.col.PEG) on the dormancy and germination of A. retrofl.xus l. seeds w.re studied. The sensitivity of A. retrofl.xus *** acifl.orfen sodium w.s determined using bioassay. The effects on l.af chl.rophyl. content and target enzyme activity w.re studied at a normal.dosage of 360 g a.i. hm^(-2) and a doubl.ng dosage of 720 g a.i. hm^(-2) of acifl.orfen sodium. New.y harvested seeds exhibiting dormancy w.re soaked in w.ter of various temperatures and in different concentrations of NaOH and HCl. w.ich w.re ineffective in breaking the seed dormancy. GA coul. break seed dormancy, and the highest seed germination rate reached 93.33% w.en they w.re soaked at 3 000 mg·l.(-1) for 72 h and 4 000 mg·l.(-1) for 48 h. The drought stress w.s simul.ted w.th a 15%-25% pol.ethyl.ne gl.col.sol.tion, w.ich had no significant effect on the seed germination rate. The GR_(50) val.e of acifl.orfen sodium for A. retrofl.xus l. w.s 705.7 g a.i. hm^(-2), w.ich w.s 1.96 times the recommended dose in the fiel.. After the appl.cation of different doses of acifl.orfen sodium, the chl.rophyl. content of A. retrofl.xus l. reached its minimum val.e 3 days after treatment(DAT), and then gradual.y increased. The activity of the target enzyme protoporphyrinogen oxidase(PPO) reached the highest val.e at 7 DAT under different dosages, and gradual.y returned to normal.l.vel. thereafter. 报道了一种非金属介导下异硫氰酸酯与乙缩醛酸进行缩合反应合成α-乙缩醛基酰胺的方法.该反应简单地采用1,8-二氮杂双环[5.4.0]十一碳-7-烯(DBU)作为碱,无需任何金属催化剂及偶联试剂,在室温下实现了一系列α-乙缩醛基酰胺的绿色构建.

研究Zr_(55)Cu_(30)Ni_(5)Al.(10)(摩尔分数,%)金属玻璃在深冷循环处理过程中的回春行为。实验发现,随着循环次数的增加,样品的回春程度更高,表现为更高的弛豫焓与更低的密度。回春程度经200次循环后逐渐饱和,这可能与非晶结构中有限的自由体积含量有关。同时,高循环次数下的样品硬度更低,塑性更好,这与其剪切转变区体积增大有关。此时,更低的剪切面形成能有利于多重剪切带的形成。此外,还发现自由体积含量与样品塑性应变及剪切转变区体积呈线性关系。分子动力学模拟结果还表明,在高冷速下回春程度高的样品会发生原子体积的饱和。

军事卫星通信由于需满足信息实时性、传输速率高、通信容量大以及符合星间链路信道的时变特性等要求,通常采用高编码增益、高吞吐量的信道编码方案。低密度奇偶校验(l.w.Density Parity-Check,l.PC)码由于具备接近Shannon极限的优异纠错性能和可并行计算的特性成为卫星通信主导信道编码标准之一。目前卫星通信接收机的译码器模块设计仍存在诸如无法实时在线判断迭代停止、系统吞吐量受限、大量判决电路影响核心译码电路的低功耗和实时性等问题。考虑上述问题,以因子图模型为基础,针对空间数据系统咨询委员会(Consul.ative Committee for Space Data Systems,CCSDS)标准深空通信码型,将校验节点归一化满足概率进化图案与l.PC译码器状态紧密耦合,给出可实时在线判断迭代停止的最优停止准则,实现高性能、低复杂度的停止准则译码算法设计。当优先考虑高吞吐量时,误码率(Bit Error Rate,BER)性能退化0.13 dB,中低信噪比平均迭代次数(Average Number of Iteration,ANI)降低50%以上;当优先考虑纠错性能时,BER性能仅退化0.02 dB,同时大幅降低ANI。该译码算法为高效低复杂度l.PC译码器设计提供有效解决方案。

BACKGROUND Thiopurine-induced l.ucopenia significantl. hinders the w.de appl.cation of *** optimization guided by nudix hydrol.se 15(NUDT15)has significantl. reduced the earl. l.ucopenia rate,but there are no definitive biomarkers for l.te risk l.ucopenia *** To determine the predictive val.e of earl. monitoring of DNA-thioguanine(DNATG)or 6-thioguanine nucl.otides(6TGN)for l.te l.ucopenia under a NUDT15-guided thiopurine dosing strategy in patients w.th Crohn’s disease(CD).METHODS Bl.od sampl.s w.re col.ected w.thin tw. months after thiopurine initiation for detection of metabol.te *** l.ucopenia w.s defined as a l.ukocyte countl.over tw. *** Of 148 patients studied,l.te l.ucopenia w.s observed in 15.6%(17/109)of NUDT15/thiopurine methyl.ransferase(TPMT)normal.and 64.1%(25/39)of intermediate *** patients suffering l.te l.ucopenia,earl. DNATG l.vel. w.re significantl. higher than in those w.o did not devel.p l.te l.ucopenia(P=4.9×10^(-13)).The DNATG threshol. of 319.43 fmol.μg DNA coul. predict l.te l.ucopenia in the entire sampl. w.th an area under the curve(AUC)of 0.855(sensitivity 83%,specificity 81%),and in NUDT15/TPMT normal.metabol.zers,the predictive performance of a threshol. of 315.72 fmol.μg DNA w.s much more remarkabl. w.th an AUC of 0.902(sensitivity 88%,specificity 85%).6TGN had a rel.tivel. poor correl.tion w.th l.te l.ucopenia w.ether in the entire sampl.(P=0.021)or NUDT15/TPMT normal.or intermediate metabol.zers(P=0.018,P=0.55,respectivel.).CONCl.SION Proactive therapeutic drug monitoring of DNATG coul. be an effective strategy to prevent l.te l.ucopenia in both NUDT15/TPMT normal.and intermediate metabol.zers w.th CD,especial.y the former.
