BCI+VR Rehabilitation Design of Closed-Loop Motor Imagery Based on the Degree of Drug Addiction

After abusing drugs for long,drug users will experience deteriorated self-control cognitive ability,and poor emotional *** paper designs a closed-loop virtual-reality(VR),motorimagery(MI)rehabilitation training system based on brain-computer interface(BCI)(MI-BCI+VR),aiming to enhance the self-control,cognition,and emotional regulation of drug addicts via personalized rehabilitation *** paper is composed of two *** the first part,data of 45 drug addicts(mild:15;moderate:15;and severe:15)is tested with electroencephalogram(EEg)and near-infrared spectroscopy(NIRS)equipment(EEg-NIRS)under the dual-mode,synchronous signal collection *** these data sets,a dual-modal signal convolutional neural network(CNN)algorithm is then designed based on decision fusion to detect and classify the addiction *** the second part,the MIBCI+VR rehabilitation system is designed,optimizing the Filter Bank Common Spatial Pattern(FBCSP)algorithm used in MI,and realizing MI-EEg intention *** VR rehabilitation scenes are devised,achieving the communication between MI-BCI and VR scene *** subjects are selected to test the rehabilitation system offline and online,and the test accuracy verifies the feasibility of the *** future,it is suggested to develop personalized rehabilitation programs and treatment cycles based on the addiction degree.

With the advent of cross-domain interconnection,large-scale sensor network systems such as smart grids,smart homes,and intelligent transportation have *** complex network systems often have a CPS(Cyber-Physical System)architecture and are usually composed of multiple interdependent *** faults between interdependent networks may cause serious cascading failures between the entire ***,in this paper,we will explore the robustness detection schemes for interdependent ***,by calculating the largest giant connected component in the entire system,the security of interdependent network systems under different attack models is ***,a comparative analysis of the cascade failure mechanism between interdependent networks under the edge enhancement strategy is carried ***,the simulation results verify the impact of system reliability under different handover edge strategies and show how to choose a better handover strategy to enhance its *** further research work in this paper can also help design how to reduce the interdependence between systems,thereby further optimizing the interdependent network system’s structure to provide practical support for reducing the cascading *** the later work,we hope to explore our proposed strategies in the network model of real-world or close to real networks.

The SARS-CoV-2 Omicron variant has become the dominant variant in the *** the structural basis of altered immune response and enhanced transmission of Omicron is particularly ***,taking twenty-five antibodies from four groups as examples,we comprehensively reveal the underlying mechanism of how mutations in Omicron induces the weak neutralization by using molecular ***,the binding strength of 68%antibodies is weakened in Omicron,much larger than that in Delta(40%).Specifically,the percentage of the weakened antibodies vary largely in different ***,the mutation-induced repulsion is mainly responsive for the weak neutralization in AB/CD groups but does not take effect in EF ***,we demonstrate that the disappearance of hydrophobic interaction and salt bridges due to residue deletions contributes to the decreased binding energy in NTD *** work provides unprecedented atomistic details for the distinct neutralization of WT/Delta/Omicron,which informs prospective efforts to design antibodies/vaccines against Omicron.

Objective:generic drugs provide an opportunity for savings in drug expenditure since they are available at a lower cost and do not affect patients’health.A better understanding of pharmacists’knowledge,attitudes,and perception can promote the quality use of generic *** objective of this study was to investigate the knowledge,attitudes,and perception of pharmacists from tertiary hospitals in China regarding generic ***:A cross-sectional survey using a postal questionnaire was conducted,which was sent to 200 hospital pharmacists randomly selected from tertiary hospitals in Hubei Province.A total of 125 questionnaires out of 200 were *** the respondents,80 were female and 45 were ***:The majority of respondents(87.2%)could clearly distinguish between original and generic *** agreed that generic drugs were less effective(52.8%)and produced more side effects(52%).Forty-nine respondents thought that generic drug products were not adequately *** 78% and 60% of the pharmacists indicated that generic substitution was not feasible for drugs with narrow therapeutic windows and drugs for critical diseases,*** of them supported the recommendation of generic drugs based on professional ***:Our study showed that a considerable portion of Chinese hospital pharmacists hold negative perceptions of generic *** to improve pharmacists'knowledge of generic drugs are needed.

Fish oils are important substances in the field of food and drug *** to their unstable double bonds,fishy taste,and poor water solubility,it is pivotal to investigate novel dosage forms for fish oils,such as encapsulated *** this work,we primarily prepared gelatin-stabilized fish oil-loaded traditional emulsions and investigated their emulsion forms,droplets,and storage stability under different preparation and storage *** results showed that higher gelatin solution pH,higher storage temperature in the range of 4–37℃,and increased storage time induced the emulsion form switch from a liquid form to a redispersible gel form of the fish oil *** droplets had core-shell microstructures and a trimodal size distribution,which decreases linearly with increasing gelatin solution pH and homogenizing time,but decreases exponentially with increasing homogenizing *** addition,storage temperature showed a notably different effect on traditional emulsion *** work provides a fundamental knowledge for the formation,microstructure,and properties of gelatin-based traditional *** also provides a promising new application for fish oil-loaded emulsions in food beverages,soft candy,and other food products.

Objective:Mammographic calcifications are a common feature of breast cancer,but their molecular characteristics and treatment implications in hormone receptor-positive(HR+)/human epidermal growth factor receptor 2-negative(HER2−)breast cancer remain ***:We retrospectively collected mammography records of an HR+/HER2−breast cancer cohort(n=316)with matched clinicopathological,genomic,transcriptomic,and metabolomic *** the basis of mammographic images,we grouped tumors by calcification status into calcification-negative tumors,tumors with probably benign calcifications,tumors with calcification of lowmoderate suspicion for maligancy and tumors with calcification of high suspicion for *** then explored the molecular characteristics associated with each calcification status across multiple ***:Among the different statuses,tumors with probably benign calcifications exhibited elevated hormone receptor immunohistochemical staining scores,estrogen receptor(ER)pathway activation,lipid metabolism,and sensitivity to endocrine *** with calcifications of high suspicion for malignancy had relatively larger tumor sizes,elevated lymph node metastasis incidence,Ki-67 staining scores,genomic instability,cell cycle pathway activation,and may benefit from cyclin-dependent kinase 4 and 6(CDK4/6)***:Our research established links between tumor calcifications and molecular features,thus proposing potential precision treatment strategies for HR+/HER2−breast cancer.

In this paper,molecular dynamic(MD)simulation was adopted to study the ductile response of single-crystal gaAs during single-point diamond turning(SPDT).The variations of cutting temperature,coordination number,and cutting forces were revealed through MD *** experiment was also carried out to qualitatively validate MD simulation model from the aspects of normal cutting *** simulation results show that the fundamental reason for ductile response of gaAs during SPDT is phase transition from a perfect zinc blende structure(gaAs-I)to a rock-salt structure(gaAs-II)under high ***,a strong anisotropic machinability of gaAs was also found through MD simulations.
