Lip reading is typically regarded as visually interpreting the speaker’s lip movements during the *** is a task of decoding the text from the speaker’s mouth *** paper proposes a lip-reading model that helps deaf people and persons with hearing problems to understand a speaker by capturing a video of the speaker and inputting it into the proposed model to obtain the corresponding *** deep learning technologies makes it easier for users to extract a large number of different features,which can then be converted to probabilities of letters to obtain accurate *** proposed methods for lip reading are based on sequence-to-sequence architectures that are designed for natural machine translation and audio speech ***,in this paper,a deep convolutional neural network model called the hybrid lip-reading(HLR-Net)model is developed for lip reading from a *** proposed model includes three stages,namely,preprocessing,encoder,and decoder stages,which produce the output *** inception,gradient,and bidirectional GRU layers are used to build the encoder,and the attention,fully-connected,activation function layers are used to build the decoder,which performs the connectionist temporal classification(CTC).In comparison with the three recent models,namely,the LipNet model,the lip-reading model with cascaded attention(LCANet),and attention-CTC(A-ACA)model,on the GRID corpus dataset,the proposed HLR-Net model can achieve significant improvements,achieving the CER of 4.9%,WER of 9.7%,and Bleu score of 92%in the case of unseen speakers,and the CER of 1.4%,WER of 3.3%,and Bleu score of 99%in the case of overlapped speakers.

目的对白背枫Buddleja asiatica进行化学成分研究。方法采用正反相硅胶柱色谱、MCI、Sephadex LH-20柱色谱以及半制备高效液相色谱等分离手段进行分离纯化,根据1D和2D NMR,MS等波谱数据和理化性质对化合物进行结构鉴定。采用分光光度发测定化合物对α-葡萄糖苷酶的抑制活性。结果从白背枫茎叶90%甲醇提取物的二氯甲烷萃取部分中分离鉴定了9个化合物,分别为(S)-1,4-di(benzo[d][1,3]dioxol-5-yl)-3-(hydroxymethyl)butan-2-one(1)、meridinol(2)、3,3’-bis(3,4-dihydro-4-hydroxy-6-methoxy-2H-1-benzopyran)(3)、protocatechualdehyde(4)、丁香醛(5)、3,4-二甲氧基桂皮酸(6)、4-甲氧基桂皮酸(7)、异东莨菪内酯(8)、松柏醛(9)。化合物3表现出一定的α-葡萄糖苷酶抑制作用,IC50值为41.3μmol/L。其余化合物未见α-葡萄糖苷酶抑制活性。结论化合物1为1个新的降木脂素,命名为白背枫酮。除化合物6外,其余化合物均为首次从该植物中分离得到。化合物3有中等程度的α-葡萄糖苷酶抑制活性。

Non-alcoholic fatty liver disease (NAFLD) includes a spectrum of diseases that have insulin resistance in common and are associated with metabolic conditions such as obesity, type 2 diabetes mellitus, and dyslipidemia. NAFLD ranges from simple liver steatosis, which follows a benign course, to nonalcoholic steatohepatitis (NASH), a more severe entity, with necroinflmmation and f ibrosis, which can progress to cryptogenic cirrhosis and end-stage liver disease. Liver biopsy remains the gold standard for evaluating the degree of hepatic necroinflammation and f ibrosis; however, several noninvasive investigations, such as serum biomarkers, have been developed to establish the diagnosis and also to evaluate treatment response. These markers are currently neither available in all centers nor validated in extensive studies. Examples include high-sensitivity C reactive protein and plasma pentraxin 3, which are associated with extensive liver f ibrosis in NASH. Interleukin-6 correlates with inflammation, and cytokeratin-18 represents a marker of hepatocyte apoptosis (prominent in NASH and absent in simple steatosis). Tissue polypep-tide specif ic antigen seems to have a clinical utility in the follow-up of obese patients with NASH.

A series of Dy^(3+)-activated phosphors with the general formula LiGd_(9)(SiO_(4))6-x(GeO_(4))xO_(2):Dy^(3+)(0≤x≤3)characterized by an apatite-type structure were successfully synthesized via a simple solid-state technique involving a partial substitution of[SiO_(4)]^(4-)with[GeO_(4)]^(4-)*** effects of homovalent[GeO_(4)]^(4-)-[SiO_(4)]^(4-)substitution on the crystal structure,electronic structure,luminescence properties and thermal performance of LiGd_(9)(SiO_(4))6-x(GeO_(4))xO_(2):Dy^(3+)phosphors were studied in *** phases and microstructure were performed by using X-ray diffraction(XRD)Rietveld refinement method and scanning electron microscopy(SEM)*** substitution of smaller[SiO_(4)]^(4-)ions by larger[GeO_(4)]^(4-)ones makes their unit cell parameters increase gradually,and their band gaps *** photoluminescence spectra of LiGd_(9)(SiO_(4))6-x(GeO_(4))xO_(2):Dy^(3+)(0≤x≤3)exhibit obvious emission peaks located at 477,573 and 675 nm within a visible wavelength region,resulting in an excellent white ***,the I573nm/I477nm values of LiGd_(9)(SiO_(4))6-x(GeO_(4))xO_(2):Dy^(3+)(0≤x≤3)become larger with the partial substitution of[SiO_(4)]^(4-)by[GeO_(4)]^(4-),and their CIE chromaticity coordinates exhibit a yellow shift.

Objective:To explore the effect of Persea americana supplementation on inflammation,oxidative stress,and lipid profiles in ovariectomized rats fed with a high-fat diet and exposed to ***:The control group was sham operated,while groups 2-5 were ovariectomized and fed a high-fat *** 4 and 5 were exposed toγ-radiation(1 Gy/week for 5 weeks)after *** 3 and 5 were treated with 1 mL/250 g/day of Persea americana for one *** levels of estrogen,alanine aminotransferase,aspartate aminotransferase,cholesterol,triglycerides and lipoproteins were ***,hepatic oxidative stress,inflammatory and fibrogenic markers were ***:Persea americana treatment reduced the oxidative stress markers as well as the levels of triglyceride,total cholesterol,and low-density lipoprotein cholesterol,which in turn lowered hepatic fat ***,it suppressed hepatic inflammatory mediators(interleukin-6,tumor necrosis factor-α,and C-reactive protein)and downregulated pro-fibrogenic markers(transforming growth factor-βand tissue inhibitor of metalloproteinase-1).Conclusions:Persea americana provides protection against ovariectomy,and gamma radiation-mediated hepatic inflammation not only through its antioxidant,anti-inflammatory,lipid-lowering effect but also by modulating the fibrogenic markers.

在建筑物的地震易损性分析中,人们常采用基于概率的抗震需求谱来进行,而云分析是常用的一种方法。在云分析方法中,统计模型用来预测建筑物在地面地震强度下的需求。这些模型的地震破坏参数(EDP s)等数据,通过建筑物在一组不同烈度(IM)地震动下的动态或静态非线性分析获得。统计模型得到了任意强度IM下的地震损伤指数(EDP),并给出不同记录间的差异。本论文通过在动力非线性分析中考虑记录间的差异及参数的不确定性,提出一种扩展的云分析方法。案例研究通过一个三跨四层的钢筋混凝土建筑,满足欧洲抗震规范的设计。采用的EDP为楼层最大层间位移,此指标可由Opensees软件计算获得。参数不确定性主要考虑了混凝土轴心抗压强度变化C30/37以及S450钢材的屈服强度变化。采用蒙特卡洛方法研究从模型参数到EDP指标间的不确定性,并采用常用的克里格替代模型来大幅减少动力非线性分析的计算成本。对比考虑这些参数不确定性及不考虑参数不确定性的云分析结果,可以得到基于性能的抗震设计中较感兴趣的易损性结果。

Serum leptin and ghrelin in chronic hepatitis C patients with steatosis

AIM:To determine the associations between leptin and ghrelin concentrations and sustained virological response(SVR)in chronic hepatitis C patients with ***:We retrospectively assessed 56 patients infected with hepatitis C virus(HCV)genotype-1 and 40 with HCV *** with decompensated cirrhosis,and those with other causes of chronic liver disease,were *** HCV-RNA concentra-tions were measured before the initiation of treatment;at weeks 12(for genotype 1 patients),24 and 48 during treatment;and 24 wk after the end of *** was determined using INNO-LIPA HCV as-says,and serum leptin and ghrelin concentrations were measured using enzyme-linked immunosorbent *** specimens were scored according to the Ishak system and steatosis was graded as mild,moderate,or severe,according to the Brunt classif ***:Overall,SVR was positively related to the presence of genotype-3,to biopsy-determined lower histological stage of liver disease,and lower grade of *** ≥ 40 years old tended to be less responsive to *** genotype-1 infected pa-tients,SVR was associated with a lower grade of liver steatosis,milder fibrosis,and an absence of insulin ***-1 infected patients who did not achieve SVR had significantly higher leptin concen-trations at baseline,with significant increases as the severity of steatosis worsened,whereas those who achieved SVR had higher ghrelin *** genotype-3 infected patients,SVR was associated only with fibrosis stage and lower homeostasis model as-sessment insulin resistance at baseline,but not with the degree of steatosis or leptin ***-type-3 infected patients who achieved SVR showed signif icant decreases in ghrelin concentration at end of *** ghrelin concentrations were elevat-ed in responders of both genotypes who had moderate and severe ***:Increased serum leptin before treat-ment may predict non
