Diffusive dynamics of fluid forming layers of high and low density regions in a nanochannel has been *** coefficient in direction parallel and perpendicular to the confining wall has been found to show behaviour which is not observed in micro channel or bulk *** behaviour of diffusion is found to be controlled by the width of layers formed in nanochannel due to wall and particle *** is an important result as width of layers and hence flow of fluid inside nano pores/tube can be controlled by an external source.

Through-silicon vias （TSVs） have provided an attractive solution for three-dimensional （3D） integrated devices and circuit technologies with reduced parasitic losses and power dissipation, higher input-output （I/O） den- sity and improved system performance. This paper investigates the propagation delay and average power dissipation of single-walled carbon nanotube bundled TSVs having different via radius and height. Depending on the physical configuration, a comprehensive and accurate analytical model of CNT bundled TSV is employed to represent the via （vertical interconnect access） line of a driver-TSV-load （DTL） system. The via radius and height are used to estimate the bundle aspect ratio （AR） and the cross-sectional area. For a fixed via height, the delay and the power dissipation are reduced up to 96.2% using a SWCNT bundled TSV with AR = 300 ： 1 in comparison to AR = 6：1.

L10ordering at low temperature and controlled grain size are prerequisites for the fabrication of magnetic recording media. This can be achieved by several methods such as addition, under layer or over layer of third element in FePt. In the present work, the kinetics of L10 ordering in the presence of immiscible element Au is investigated by varying the Au concentration at different annealing temperatures. The structural analysis shows that the Au additive not only promotes the ordering at low temperature but also supports the textured growth along(001) plane. The magnetic measurements supported by theoretical simulations using Monte Carlo predicts that the enhancement in coercivity attributed to induced strain anisotropy and weakening of inter-granular exchange coupling may be due to presence of Au at grain boundaries.

In this paper,a method is proposed to deal with factors affecting the fuzzy time series forecasting.A new fuzzification process is used by considering all the fuzzy sets with nonzero membership values corresponding to the data points.A strong alpha-cut based method is presented to select appropriate fuzzy logical relationships that carry importance in analyzing the trend of time ***,a unique defuzzification approach based on weights is proposed to get crisp *** obtained variation is finally converted to the forecasted *** presented method is tested on the benchmark enrolment dataset of Alabama University and seven datasets of the Taiwan Capitalization Weighted Stock *** comparing the results,it is observed that the presented method performs better than the existing ***,the statistical measures indicate the good forecasting results of the presented method.

BACKGROUND Data regarding the worldwide gastrointestinal surgery rates in patients with Crohn’s disease(CD)remains *** To systematically review the global variation in the rates of surgery in *** A comprehensive search analysis was performed using multiple electronic databases from inception through July 1,2020,to identify all full text,randomized controlled trials and cohort studies pertaining to gastrointestinal surgery rates in adult patients with *** included continent based demographic data,CD surgery rates over time,as well as the geoepidemiologic variation in CD surgery *** analyses were conducted using *** Twenty-three studies spanning four continents were *** median proportion of persons with CD who underwent gastrointestinal surgery in studies from North America,Europe,Asia,and Oceania were 30%(range:1.7%-62.0%),40%(range:0.6%-74.0%),17%(range:16.0%-43.0%),and 38%*** clear association was found regarding the proportion of patients undergoing gastrointestinal surgery over time in North America(R^(2)=0.035)and Europe(R^(2)=0.100).A moderate,negative association was seen regarding the proportion of patients undergoing gastrointestinal surgery over time(R^(2)=0.520)in *** There appears to be significant inter-continental variation regarding surgery rates in *** evidencebased guidelines accounting for the geographic differences in managing patients with CD is ***,as a paucity of data on surgery rates in CD exists outside the North American and European continents,future studies,particularly in less studied locales,are warranted.

Energy levels, radiative rates, oscillator strengths and line strengths are reported for transitions among the lowest 97 levels of the（1s22s22p6） 3s23p2, 3s23p3 d, 3s3p3, 3p4, 3s3p23 d, and 3s23d2 configurations of Rb XXIV. A multiconfiguration Dirac-Fock（MCDF） method is adopted for the calculations. Radiative rates, oscillator strengths, and line strengths are provided for all electric dipole（E1）, magnetic dipole（M1）, electric quadrupole（E2）, and magnetic quadrupole（M2）transitions from the ground level to all 97 levels, although calculations are performed for a much larger number of *** achieve the accuracy of the data, comparisons are provided with similar data obtained from the Flexible Atomic Code（FAC） and also with the available theoretical and experimental results. Our energy levels are found to be accurate to better than 1.2%. Wavelengths calculated are found to lie in EUV（extreme ultraviolet） and x-ray regions. Additionally, lifetimes for all 97 levels are obtained for the first time.

YFa and analogs:Investigation of opioid receptors in smooth muscle contraction

AIM:To study the pharmacological profile and inhibition of smooth muscle contraction by YFa and its analogs in conjunction with their receptor selectivity. METHODS:The effects of YFa and its analogs (D-Ala2) YFa, Y (D-Ala2) GFMKKKFMRF amide and Des-Phe-YGGFMKKKFMR amide in guinea pig ileum (GPI) and mouse vas deferens (MVD) motility were studied using an isolated tissue organ bath system, and morphine and DynA (1-13) served as controls. Acetylcholine was used for muscle stimulation. The observations were validated by specific antagonist pretreatment experiments using naloxonazine, naltrindole and norbinaltor-phimine norBNI. RESULTS:YFa did not demonstrate significant inhibition of GPI muscle contraction as compared with mor-phine (15% vs 62%, P = 0.0002), but moderate inhibition of MVD muscle contraction, indicating the role of κ opioid receptors in the contraction. A moderate inhibition of GPI muscles by (Des-Phe) YFa revealed the role of anti-opiate receptors in the smooth muscle contraction. (D-Ala-2) YFa showed significant inhibition of smooth muscle contraction, indicating the involvement of mainly δ receptors in MVD contraction. These results were supported by specific antagonist pretreatment assays. CONCLUSION:YFa revealed its side-effect-free analgesic properties with regard to arrest of gastroin-testinal transit. The study provides evidences for the involvement of κ and anti-opioid receptors in smooth muscle contraction.

Airline industry has witnessed a tremendous growth in the recent *** of people choosing air travel as first choice to commute is continuously *** demanding and congested air routes are resulting in inadvertent delays,additional fuel consumption and high emission of greenhouse *** planning involves creation identification of cost-effective flight plans for optimal utilizationof fuel and *** situation warrants the need of an intelligent system for dynamic planning of optimized flight trajectories with least human intervention *** this paper,an algorithm for dynamic planning of optimized flight trajectories has been *** proposed algorithm divides the airspace into four dimensional cubes and calculate a dynamic score for each cube to cumulatively represent estimated weather,aerodynamic drag and air traffic within that virtual *** are several constraints like simultaneous flight separation rules,weather conditions like air temperature,pressure,humidity,wind speed and direction that pose a real challenge for calculating optimal flight *** validate the proposed methodology,a case analysis was undertaken within Indian *** flight routes were simulated for four different air routes within Indian *** experiment results observed a seven percent reduction in drag values on the predicted path,hence indicates reduction in carbon footprint and better fuel economy.

Semiconductor dopability is inherently limited by intrinsic defect *** many thermoelectric materials,narrow band gaps due to strong spin-orbit interactions make accurate atomic level predictions of intrinsic defect chemistry and self-doping computationally *** we use different levels of theory to model point defects in PbTe,and compare and contrast the results against each other and a large body of experimental *** find that to accurately reproduce the intrinsic defect chemistry and known self-doping behavior of PbTe,it is essential to(a)go beyond the semi-local GGA approximation to density functional theory,(b)include spin-orbit coupling,and(c)utilize many-body GW theory to describe the positions of individual band *** hybrid HSE functional with spin-orbit coupling included,in combination with the band edge shifts from G0W0 is the only approach that accurately captures both the intrinsic conductivity type of PbTe as function of synthesis conditions as well as the measured charge carrier concentrations,without the need for experimental *** results reaffirm the critical role of the position of individual band edges in defect calculations,and demonstrate that dopability can be accurately predicted in such challenging narrow band gap materials.
