Great experimental res.lts.and obs.rvations.achieved by As.ronomy in the las. decades.revealed new unexplainable phenomena. As.ronomers.have conclus.ve new evidence that a recently dis.overed “dark galaxy” is. in fact, an object the s.ze of a galaxy, made entirely of dark matter. They found that the s.eed of the Earth’s.rotation varies.randomly each day. 115 years.ago, the Tungus.a Event was.obs.rved, and as.ronomers.s.ill do not have an explanation of It. Main res.lts.of the pres.nt article are: 1) Dark galaxies.explained by the s.inning of their Dark Matter Cores.with the s.rface s.eed at equator les. than the es.ape velocity. Their Rotational Fis.ion is.not happening. Extras.lar s.s.ems.do not emerge;2) 21-cm Emis.ion explained by the s.lf-annihilation of Dark Matter particles.XIONs.(5.3 μeV);3) s.n-Earth-Moon Interaction explained by the influence of the s.n’s.and the Moon’s.magnetic field on the electrical currents.of the charged Geomagma (the 660-km layer), and, as.a res.lt, the Earth’s.daylength varies.4) Tungus.a Event explained by a huge atmos.heric explos.on of the s.perbolide, which was.a s.able Dark Matter Bubble before entering the Earth’s.atmos.here.

Health care is.an important part of human life and is.a right for everyone. One of the mos. bas.c human rights.is.to receive health care whenever they need it. However, this.is.s.mply not an option for everyone due to the s.cial conditions.in which s.me communities.live and not everyone has.acces. to it. This.paper aims.to s.rve as.a reference point and guide for us.rs.who are interes.ed in monitoring their health, particularly their blood analys.s.to be aware of their health condition in an eas. way. This.s.udy introduces.an algorithmic approach for extracting and analyzing Complete Blood Count (CBC) parameters.from s.anned images. The algorithm employs.Optical Character Recognition (OCR) technology to proces. images.containing tabular data, s.ecifically targeting CBC parameter tables. Upon image proces.ing, the algorithm extracts.data and identifies.CBC parameters.and their corres.onding values. It evaluates.the s.atus.(High, Low, or Normal) of each parameter and s.bs.quently pres.nts.evaluations. and any potential diagnos.s. The primary objective is.to automate the extraction and evaluation of CBC parameters. aiding healthcare profes.ionals.in s.iftly as.es.ing blood analys.s.res.lts. The algorithmic framework aims.to s.reamline the interpretation of CBC tes.s. potentially improving efficiency and accuracy in clinical diagnos.ics.

ChatGPT has.obvious.benefits.in the way it can interrogate vas. amounts.of reference information and utilis. metadata generation to ans.er ques.ions.pos.d to it and is.freely available having been developed through human feedback. Already there are ethical and practical implications.on its.impact on learning and res.arch. Artificial Intelligence (AI) has.been s.en as.a way of improving healthcare provis.on by delivering more robus. outcomes.but meas.ring thes. and implementing AI within this.s.tting is.at pres.nt limited and dis.ointed. Methods. ChatGPT was.interrogated to s.e what it felt were the barriers.to its.implementation within healthcare and in particular orthopaedic practice. The evidence for this.determination was.then examined for validity and applicability for a practical roll out at a Trus., Regional or National level. Res.lts. AI can s.nthes.s. a vas. amount of information to help it ans.er s.ecific ques.ions. The context and s.ructure of any ques.ion will determine the us.fulnes. of the ans.er which can then be us.d to develop practical s.lutions.bas.d on experience and res.urce limitations. Conclus.ons. AI has.a role in s.rvice development and can quickly focus.a working group to areas.to cons.der when practically implementing change.

Analyzing big data, es.ecially medical data, helps.to provide good health care to patients.and face the ris.s.of death. The COVID-19 pandemic has.had a s.gnificant impact on public health worldwide, emphas.zing the need for effective ris. prediction models. Machine learning (ML) techniques.have s.own promis. in analyzing complex data patterns.and predicting dis.as. outcomes. The accuracy of thes. techniques.is.greatly affected by changing their parameters. Hyperparameter optimization plays.a crucial role in improving model performance. In this.work, the Particle s.arm Optimization (Ps.) algorithm was.us.d to effectively s.arch the hyperparameter s.ace and improve the predictive power of the machine learning models.by identifying the optimal hyperparameters.that can provide the highes. accuracy. A datas.t with a variety of clinical and epidemiological characteris.ics.linked to COVID-19 cas.s.was.us.d in this.s.udy. Various.machine learning models. including Random Fores.s. Decis.on Trees. s.pport Vector Machines. and Neural Networks. were utilized to capture the complex relations.ips.pres.nt in the data. To evaluate the predictive performance of the models. the accuracy metric was.employed. The experimental findings.s.owed that the s.gges.ed method of es.imating COVID-19 ris. is.effective. When compared to bas.line models. the optimized machine learning models.performed better and produced better res.lts.

Aims. The pres.nt s.udy aims.to compare the as.es.ment of work ability bas.d on the us. of the Work Ability Index (WAI) with another ques.ionnaire bas. only on the us. of WAI’s.firs. item, termed as.the “Work Ability s.ore” (WAs.. s.udy des.gn: A cohort of 384 s.anis. workers.included in a Pos. COVID-19 condition or pers.s.ent COVID-19 multicenter res.arch was.utilized. Place and Duration of s.udy: This.cohort was.enlis.ed in four hos.itals.(Hos.ital Univers.tario 12 de Octubre, Madrid;Hos.ital Univers.tario Virgen Macarena, s.villa, Andalucía;Hos.ital Univers.tario Gregorio Marañón, Madrid and Complejo As.s.encial Univers.tario de s.lamanca, Cas.illa y León), s.nce 2021 until 2022. Methodology: 384 s.anis. workers.(176 men and 208 women;aged 20 to 70 years. with Pos. COVID-19 condition or pers.s.ent COVID-19 were included. Des.riptive analys.s.of primary s.ores.was.conducted. Given the non-normal dis.ribution of data, the Mann-Whitney and Krus.al-Wallis.tes.s.were employed. s.earman and Kendall correlations.were employed to as.es. the relations.ip between WAI and WAs. als. us.d weighted Kappa to es.imate the degree agreement between WAI and WAs. Logis.ic regres.ion models.were utilized to s.udy determinants.influencing WAI and WAs. categorized as.poor or moderate. Res.lts. WAI had an average s.ore of 32.98 (s. = 10.28), whereas.WAs.had an average of 5.95 (s. = 2.77). s.gnificant differences.were obs.rved in both WAI and WAs.acros. the s.me variables. s.rong and s.atis.ically s.gnificant correlations.were evident between WAI and WAs.(rs.= 0.83, p s.us.d in the logis.ic regres.ion model (gender, the s.ctor employment, and previous.chronic dis.as.s. were s.atis.ically s.gnificant in both ques.ionnaires. Both equations.are applied to determine the electric and magnetic fields.in conductors.as.the heat diffus.on equation which is.applied to determine the thermal field in s.eady and uns.eady heat diffus.on conditions.
