A texture-modified dessert with high nutritional value designed for people with dysphagia:effect of refrigeration and frozen storage

Dysphagia is commonly associated with malnutrition and an increased choking *** overcome these complications,food designed for people with dysphagia should have an appropriate texture and a high nutritional *** this study,six formulations of a strawberry dessert enriched in protein(calcium caseinate)and fiber(wheat dextrin or inulin)were developed using different hydrocolloids(xanthan gum,carboxymethyl cellulose or modified starch)to provide desirable texture and *** value was calculated and total phenolic content and antioxidant activity of the samples were ***-extrusion test,rheological measurements and sensory analysis were performed in refrigerated and frozen samples to characterize their textural and viscoelastic *** high content in protein(14.7 g/100 g)and fiber(7.9-8.7 g/100 g)made possible to use the claims“high protein”and“high fiber”.Phytochemicals supplied by strawberries contributed to the antioxidant properties of the *** tangent ranged 0.28-0.35 for all the formulations,indicating a weak gel behavior,which could be considered safe to *** formulations with dextrin in combination with carboxymethyl cellulose or xanthan gum seemed to be less susceptible to structural changes during frozen *** work provides insights for the development of a nutrient-dense dessert that meets the requirements of people with dysphagia.

In this paper we study a bilinear optimal control problem for a diffusive Lotka-Volterra competition model with chemo-repulsion in a bounded domain of ℝ^(ℕ),N=2,*** model describes the competition of two species in which one of them avoid encounters with rivals through a chemo-repulsion *** prove the existence and uniqueness of weak-strong solutions,and then we analyze the existence of a global optimal solution for a related bilinear optimal control problem,where the control is acting on the chemical ***,we derive first-order optimality conditions for local optimal solutions using the Lagrange multipliers ***,we propose a discrete approximation scheme of the optimality system based on the gradient method,which is validated with some computational experiments.

本篇论文利用实验语音学技术来分析并总结哈萨克斯坦学生使用汉语普通话时的一级元音习得的过程及成果,并将这些数据整合后进行了深入探讨,同时也根据元音模式理论为对外汉语课程提供了一些教育策略和建议。本文选取了哈萨克斯坦大学的高级汉语水平的学生作为实证调查的主体,并采用中文对照哈萨克文的一级元音格局来探究他们的汉语元音发声及习得状况,目的是为了给教育工作带来借鉴。在此文章里,我们将利用实验语音学的方法,把留学生的汉语普通话已经有元音的习得过程及其成果提炼出做深入探讨。第一章主要对论文的研究目的、内容、创新点等方面进行概述,并介绍了相关的研究背景;接下来的章节则详细讨论如何使用实验方法去深入了解哈萨克斯坦的学生学习汉语中元音的习得过程,特别关注的是他们的元音特征(如元音的位置)和整体格局(如元音的排列方式);接下来的一章则是比较了汉语与学生所学的汉语中的元音,重点在于他们之间的共振峰和V值差异;然后是关于留学生们母语中的元音发音的声学分析,特别是利用哈萨克语中的元音声音特性及元音分布模式来做深度解析;最后一章探讨了他们在学习汉语过程中出现的元音发音偏误的表现形式及产生的原因,同时还给出了一些针对性的教育策略建议。本文的核心内容基于语言实验的研究基础提出了如下论断:就各个元音的习得状况而言,[i]的元音位置是最稳定的且习得成果最佳;[u]、[y]、[a]都相当集中的并且习得的进程也相对顺畅。然而对于元音(?)、(?)和(?)来说,它们是哈国大学生初次接触中文时易犯偏误的最主要原因之一。总体上看,男性留学生的初级元音习得表现明显好过女性留学生。

Beneficial use of mussel shell as a bioadditive for TPU green composites by the valorization of an aqueous waste

Semi-analytical investigation of heat transfer in a porous convective radiative moving longitudinal fin exposed to magnetic field in the presence of a shape-dependent trihybrid nanofluid

The thermal examination of a non-integer-ordered mobile fin with a magnetism in the presence of a trihybrid nanofluid(Fe_3O_4-Au-Zn-blood) is carried out. Three types of nanoparticles, each having a different shape, are considered. These shapes include spherical(Fe_3O_4), cylindrical(Au), and platelet(Zn) configurations. The combination approach is utilized to evaluate the physical and thermal characteristics of the trihybrid and hybrid nanofluids, excluding the thermal conductivity and dynamic viscosity. These two properties are inferred by means of the interpolation method based on the volume fraction of nanoparticles. The governing equation is transformed into a dimensionless form, and the Adomian decomposition Sumudu transform method(ADSTM) is adopted to solve the conundrum of a moving fin immersed in a trihybrid nanofluid. The obtained results agree well with those numerical simulation results, indicating that this research is reliable. The influence of diverse factors on the thermal overview for varying noninteger values of γ is analyzed and presented in graphical representations. Furthermore, the fluctuations in the heat transfer concerning the pertinent parameters are studied. The results show that the heat flux in the presence of the combination of spherical, cylindrical, and platelet nanoparticles is higher than that in the presence of the combination of only spherical and cylindrical nanoparticles. The temperature at the fin tip increases by 0.705 759% when the value of the Peclet number increases by 400%, while decreases by 11.825 13% when the value of the Hartman number increases by 400%.

Facial emotion recognition(FER)has become a focal point of research due to its widespread applications,ranging from human-computer interaction to affective *** traditional FER techniques have relied on handcrafted features and classification models trained on image or video datasets,recent strides in artificial intelligence and deep learning(DL)have ushered in more sophisticated *** research aims to develop a FER system using a Faster Region convolutional Neural Network(FRcNN)and design a specialized FRcNN architecture tailored for facial emotion recognition,leveraging its ability to capture spatial hierarchies within localized regions of facial *** proposed work enhances the accuracy and efficiency of facial emotion *** proposed work comprises twomajor key components:Inception V3-based feature extraction and FRcNN-based emotion *** experimentation on Kaggle datasets validates the effectiveness of the proposed strategy,showcasing the FRcNN approach’s resilience and accuracy in identifying and categorizing facial *** model’s overall performance metrics are compelling,with an accuracy of 98.4%,precision of 97.2%,and recall of 96.31%.This work introduces a perceptive deep learning-based FER method,contributing to the evolving landscape of emotion recognition *** high accuracy and resilience demonstrated by the FRcNN approach underscore its potential for real-world *** research advances the field of FER and presents a compelling case for the practicality and efficacy of deep learning models in automating the understanding of facial emotions.
